I really enjoy living in Spring Tree Apartments my experience here has been positive. The apartment complex is peaceful, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The atmosphere here is lovely. Everything is kept very clean and has a very welcoming feeling. The unit is very beautiful and spacious. The service here is amazing. I love the emails they send to update on what is going on in the apartment complex. It is very trouble-free to put in a maintenance request. Maintenance is always on top of things. Francisco is fast and professional and gets the job done. The apartment complex has everything I need, laundry rooms, parking, pools, and great maintenance service, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. A big plus is that it is conveniently located minutes away from the mall, grocery stores, and there are multiple places to explore and eat.

It is a nice community and a safe place to live in. My apartment is very beautiful. I love the appliances it comes with. I would recommend this place to friends and family. It is calm and quiet. The maintenance is quick to response.

We have been here for 2 months and we dont have a working heater to where Francisco maintenance guy has lied to Ken about fixing it to the point our electricity bill went up 5x because we had to use portable heaters... They pressured me into leaving a 5 star review and now they wont help me or my 17 mo th daughter from having heat.. I would like to speak to the owner in regards to this to make a formal complaint..

Ive been a resident for a year now and I really enjoy living here. The manager and maintenance are incredible and always on top of things. The property is very clean. The pool area is really nice too.

Honestly Spring Tree Apartments is probably the best place I’ve ever lived in. Super safe community with amazing staff workers. The maintenance guy Frankie is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just wonderful which is a big plus for me.

Love this place! Always kept nice and clean, and service is there when we need it. The service manager, Francisco, is so nice and always a pleasure. He has done an amazing job and whenever I need something he is there!

Love this place. Very beautiful location. I had gone to several of the various apartment complexes in the area and by far this location was the best. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Spring tree is a great place to live especially If you have family. It Is near schools, the mall, knott was berry farm and close the 91 and 5 freeway. The manager is fantastic too!

I have been living here for a few months. And have no complaints. The buildings are kept clean & my side of the building has very minimal nose which I greatly appreciate & enjoy.

Lived there and and they will charge you when you move despite your security deposit. We left with a move in ready apt... even cleaned the carpet and still had to pay almost $1000...smh we payed for the next persons renovations... Oh and parking sucks.. had to park in neighborhood across magnolia sometimes and on magnolia most others.

**Updated review**We recently moved out of Spring Tree after another theft. They only gave us $100 out of a $600 deposit back. (Which was given when they had reasonable people managing the property and not this horrible Remm Group) They claim they had to charge us $120 for cleaning, which is $5 less than what the law requires to itemize the charges for you. Real convenient. We lived there for 7 years and know for a fact that they are renovating the unit. When we had our move out inspection they even told us the place looked great and there was no major damage so I fail to understand why it needed to be cleaned further or why they claim there are repairs that needed to be made when they are RENOVATING THE UNIT. The neighbors have had a roach problem for almost a year now because of previous tenants and vehicle break-ins continue to be a common occurrence. Every resident we know has had their vehicle broken into at some point. They have done nothing to increase security measures. They keep the dumpsters open so vagrants can dig through all of your trash. The Remm Group is the worst thing to happen to this place. They dont care about your safety or your property and they try to keep any crimes as quiet as possible so they arent pressured to spend more of their precious money on security. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! There are much better places out there. We found a condo with washer/dyer, central a/c, 2 single car garages, granite counter tops and recessed lighting for the same price in the same area.*****They recently switched management companies and since then it has gone downhill. They raise the rent at the end of every lease despite no added benefit to the renter or upgrades to the unit. They are upgrading the cosmetics of the property but its all superficial stuff that doesnt justify raising rents at every opportunity. They recently allowed a unit to be rented to an extremely large group of Romanians who run amok around the property. These tenants gather in the back parking lot and the parking lot across the street and always leave their trash everywhere. People have been complaining about them urinating in the corner in the parking lot where they hang out. A couple of them have ankle monitors on and the police have visited their residence on more than one occasion but the management claims there is nothing they can do about them. There have also been several vehicle break ins (that may not have anything to do with those tenants) that they are trying to keep a secret from people. They installed these new hi-def cameras that dont seem to be of any help in catching the culprits. When my vehicle was broken into the footage they had was completely useless due to the glare from the street lights. Great professional installation that we end up paying for in the rent increases. Basically, they dont care about keeping good tenants or families and are more interested in squeezing every dime out of you until you are forced to find a more reasonably priced place to live. Dont rent here unless you have more money than you need and dont mind being ripped off.
