Leasing office is always closed; however, manager sends way too many sms/emails when they aren’t personalized or applicable to my unit. I never consented to receive these type of messages from the office. Incompetent manager, there are still patios that haven’t been painted, reach out to those particular units not to the whole complex through sms/emails, too unorganized.Same message is sent 2-3 times in one day through email/sms.Never did I receive a message that the leasing office is closed to the residents, but I’m receiving irrelevant spam.Ghetto…snack vending machine in the laundry room has been broken into, guys smoking weed in front of complex and parking lot.All in all, stop spamming me, my cellular phone is for emergency only.
DONT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!Here is my experience after a 3 year lease... Typical corporate apartment. ZERO parking for guests. Manager is worthless and militant to tenants who know the lease. She even fights with her maintenance staff in front of other tenants. Theres a pretty big homeless problem with parking lot crime daily. Ask the car owner who lost his wheels to theft in broad daylight. Also they tax the F out of your deposit when you leave regardless of cleaning. Basically this place is a 9 iron. It only looks good from 100 yards away. My advise is toSTAY AWAY
Management doesnt care about tenants, they just want money. Manager treats people unequally, and does racial profiling.Manager Nicole chooses who needs to follow the lease. Nicole is unprofessional, doesnt follow the lease and yells at tenants, and fights with them.UPDATE 9/27- I was waiting for the car gate to open and saw the manager and a guy yelling and fighting with tenants outside of a townhome. The manager and the guy were threatening to hit the tenants. One of the tenants being attacked was yelling for help, and to call the police. I looked around and saw the assistant manager and maintenance guy were laughing. The manager and the guy with her were moving their hands, about to harm the tenants…so I dialed 911.The manager was humiliating them in front of other tenants, and getting violent. No one is safe here, anyone can be the manager’s victim. She’s a hostile manager.
I have been here almost 6mos now and cant wait to move out of here when my lease is up. I have several reasons why i want to do this. They secured parking is gates only no security cameras anywhere. I have had are car broken into and had over $2000 worth of tools stolen out of the car and when i informed management here their response to me not our problem. This happened the first nite here. The second night they towed our rented U-haul out of here and that cost $312 to get out of impound they had it for 10 hrs and that was the cost of that. 3 weeks later our car was stolen right of our parking space inside the security gates. We got it back a week later when they caught someone driving it that cost a $190 to get it out of impound the i had to fix the car so it could be started with a key again so that was another $60 for the ignition cylinder. Now the total cost out pocket sense we have moved in is at $2600 and counting.
Horrible place to rent from. Judgemental managers. Zero parking for guests anywhere. Residents are not allowed to store anything and management decides what is allowed on your patio and when. Residents are discouraged to sit in the courtyard for very long. Not unusual to find auto theft, items taken from cars and vandolism.7/28/21 - See the response from management? No concerns about what a tenant might have suffered that prompted a bad review.Instead, the conversations redirected to their own concerns of miss characterizing their management publicly. Let that be a clue as to what this place is all about.WARNING: Be very careful about what you say in your reviews if you are a current tenant. They punish tenants for sharing their opinions by non renewing their housing lease at the end of the next term. They just did this to my disabled neighbors over sharing concerns about a rodent problem in their apartment.
I currently am a resident, unfortunately Claudia is no longer the manager but my fiance and I were delighted with Nadine. The rent is kind of high but they had an amazing move in special. I would reccomend checking it out. Its a gated community and it is quiet for the most part. This place is dog friendly :)
Well is clean and very organized place,The little problem is tenants live pets without slech
I went to check out the apartments at Fairway village and was thoroughly surprised on how helpful the staff was. Ive been apartment hunting for a few weeks now and this is by far the most friendliest place Ive been to. I had initially called in and spoken to Juan who was very nice and informative on the phone. Had a appointment available right away for me . As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Juan he was great!! He showed me the apartments and all the great amenities. I was very impressed by him knowledge of the property and his outgoing and friendly personality. He was able to answer all my questions and really made me feel welcome
So I been here since April, Ive seen 3 managers so far, and Im going to give you an honest assessment of these apartments. For one im not renewing my lease here, not because of the apartments itself, because these are great starter apartments, but the new management are rude and never in the office. I had to talk to this manager today so I went to the office at 3, on the window they would be back at 430, okay I come back at 430, and then they said they would be back at 530, wth? The new manager swears by these Southside towing company, and they are the bottom of the barrel type of towing company, which of course how can I get her to understand that. But she has a bit of an unnecessary attitude, also if you took your job seriously you wouldnt be gone from the office for 2 hours, seriously? So yes I left them a message, give me Brandon, Rita, or Stephanie back at least they didnt have snarky attitudes. Geez.
This is a very quiet complex. The pool is always sparkling and the laundry usually has a machine available. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The evening security is great. Room size is perfect. The only thing I could say in a negative is that they could use more parking.
Been talking to one of the property managers for a few weeks now and supposably had an appointment today to look at an apartment, we called today before heading over to look at the apartment and she said she already rented it out and didnt even book our appointment. Management at FDC is complete garbage. Incompetence is not a good look.
Management has been promptly resolving all issues we discovered in the first month we lived here. Neighborhood is great with lots of families and children able to play outside. Not too noisy, but not so quiet you feel embarrassed about having people over late. All in all, a great place to live. Removed 1 star for somewhat regular temperature fluctuations in the shower and the fact that there were a number of issues with included appliances (since resolved) upon moving in. Also, the lack of weight or breed restrictions on pets makes it great for those with or considering any size domestic animal!
When I lived here the office staff was so snotty and rude and my car got broken into about 3 times it was striped. Supposedly it is a safe gated community with security at night. If that is they case then it must of have been and inside job. I hope it has gotten a lot better for the residents sake.
Management is kind-off rude, not much handicapped parking available. Tooo crowded apts.
Been here for about 2 years and I have no real complaints. The front office people are nice enough and the folks that live there are mostly friendly. The maintenance crew makes sure everything is well kept up and is responsive to issues. Only two gripes is theres nearly never guest parking spots and street parking is hard to come by, and there used to be outdoor storage but it was removed (assuming because it had been there since the 70s and it was crumbling). Came home late on several occasions to see homeless people ripping through the dumpsters to find sellables. Overall its decent. Id recommend asking for an apartment in the back building since it doesnt get any noise from Magnolia or Lincoln
Im sorry I have no comment.
Management has no clue what their doing. I ask one of the ladies to explain a fee that I was being charged for and she just kept repeating the name of it and couldnt explain it. Its suppose to be a non smoking community but everyone smokes inside and outside their apartment and by the cars. My first week living there, there was a young lady who worked in the office and I saw her smoking with a group of her friends. They also allow cars to park infront of trash cans and red lined areas, which is annoying that I have to squeeze by a car to throw out trash, plus the trash trucks keep honking at the people to move their car until someone comes out and moves their car. Also I put a few small plants in my window and get noticed we arent allowed to have anything in the windows at all, not even a small plant, yet they allow smoking in a nonsmoking apartment complex? Their priorities are strange. Then there is ALWAYS plumbing issues, the first month our apartment flooded and then atleast once a month or more they have to shut off the water or even just hot water all day for more plumbing issues. My mailbox has never been fixed to the point where I gave up, my mailbox will unlock if anyone just pulls it because its been busted since before I moved in and atleast half of my outlets dont even work! This is my 2nd apartment Ive lived on my own and 1st with my fiance but its been a huge disappointment.
When we first moved here 4 years ago mangment was great, security was great. It was a great place to live with your family. Now the new managment is horrible!! Mayra is very helpful so if you need something go to her! We had a dog since it is a pet freindly community. We let them know she was a service dog for my older step daughter as her mother passed away when she was 4 to help her with her post traumatic stress syndrome. Claudia manger at the time said she had no disability since it was not visible. The most ignorant thing and against the law to say to someone. On top of that we got a phone call if our trash was outside and even my mop when i was letting it dry. Claudia is the worst proffesional i have ever met. STAY AWAY from here! It was almost impossible for us to move out since we were told we had 60 days and on the paper it said until the 20th. They have no accountability for there words and wanted to make us pay the full amount of rent if we stayed until the 20th. NO GOOD!!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would.
This is my and my husbands first apartment and we love it! Anaheim (as a city) has a huuuuuge cockroach problem and apartment complexes get infested very easily. But management does a great job making sure there arent any infestations. Ive seen 3 in my home out of the 2 years Ive been here. They will also send out pest control immediately if anything is amiss.Parking can definitely be better. For the most part it really doesnt affect us because we dont own a car but there has been instances of ppl using our spot when our visitors are trying to park. (Because ppl notice if you dont use your spot often). Ive also heard that there are car break ins etc. But like the cockroaches, thats a big Anaheim problem. The matinance is where they really shine! They will come and fix problems asap. They even change your lightbulbs in the light fixtures!
To date the worst complex i have lived in. After an unfortunate plumbing leak that collapsed the kitchen ceilnig on the first floor of our town home and then being notified the entire upstairs tub needed to be replaced we were subjected to the worst string of subcontractors i have ever witnessed. To date it has been almost 4 weeks and the repairs are still not complete. Drywall everywhere dust throughout the entire house dirty hand prints all over the walls dirt ground into the white carpet and paint splattered everywhere. Just to name a few issues. Horrible neighbors up at all hours and parking their vehicle so that you cant get to your parking space or leave if you are already parked. The managment on site is friendly and tries to help but there supervisor and the corporate entity that runs the complex couldnt care less about the horrific situation. Unfortunately if this continues i see a legal battle in my future so renters beware....
Nice home and nurses.
Got flooded over a week ago and still sleeping in the living room because management wont fix my bedroom. Stay away
Nice home environment
They have a lot of problem
So cozy!!
My catalytic converter was stolen here. Militant apt manager.Update:10-05-21 video camera isnt facing the parking spots its monitoring the townhomes by the leasing office no privacy, this isnt for safety its to be spying on the tenants. No peace living here!Unlawful behavior from the manager, she installed a camera to monitor my units movement. This is America not a fascist country.
Very good place to live. With pool. Laundry
Its a beautiful place
