So far we really like the apartment and the amenities the building has. The gym is always kept clean and organized. The pet spa is another great amenity we use for our dog. Residents seem friendly. We really enjoy the pool as well.

I love it here! All office staff is great & very helpful. Maintenance is also very quick, friendly and do great work. Building is kept well maintained. I have no complaints. Great location close to freeways, restaurants, shopping and much more. Stop by & take a look! Enjoy the pool, fire pits & gym.

The place is poorly managed as a property (outside of the leasing office which has been nice to deal with). They are not very responsive with maintaining the common areas, floors/carpets/windows which remain dirty.

I have been living here since June and this place is one of the apartment complexes I’ve lived at that actually feels like a home. The staff go above and beyond for your every need big or small they will assist you in handling it and resolving all your issues and concerns immediately. Sarah and Sally are really helpful and attentive. Which made my move-in smooth and easy. Wendy and Roben have helped me address all my issues and questions in the most respectful sincere manner possible since the day I first toured this place til this very day. I am treated so well and all the leasing staff are beyond helpful, professional and determined to solve any and all issues. Parking and guest parking are great! The Mainteance team is awesome, they are always one step ahead and truly make their residents their top priority. I can’t thank the team here enough for all that they do for their residents. The units are modern and so many options to chose from! This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend moving here! Amazing staff and a beautiful complex and they have great amenities aswell! I have never had to stress or worry a day since I’ve lived here and that’s definitely not common when living in appartment complexs. Thank you guys!! You’re all awesome!!

I tried to rent an apartment here and had the unit picked out. My husband and I were super excited, but the staff made the application process so difficult. They sent us a link to upload 1099s and bank statements. The links were not working to upload, so we emailed the pdfs directly. I asked the leasing staff if I could pay the deposit to secure the unit while they reviewed. The girl told me it didnt matter if I did or not, that she couldnt do anything until she talked to her manager the following Monday. So they basically have all of our private information and never even called us back. In the meantime we had let another apartment go that we had on hold thinking we were going to rent with parallel. Super disappointed that they took all of our information and did not call us back like they said they would. Made me nervous about even renting here. Very unprofessional.

The pool was awesome! The manager is really cool and Sally at the front was amazingly helpful! You should really live here.

I will be moving into my new apartment soon but I just wanted to leave a review based on the staff! They are all very helpful and welcoming. Sarah is the one who I personally worked with and she was super on top of every question I had and got my application processed and accepted within 2 days!Can’t wait to live here!

Greystar Management is awesome! I lived here for about two years and Greystar took over managing towards the end of my lease. They were super helpful and communicative during the whole move out process. There was a huge lack of communication with previous management, but since Greystar has taken over, theyve definitely fixed that flaw. Thanks to Greystar, I was able to end my lease here on a positive note.Maintenance team was great and always on time. The unit was updated and clean. Complex and amenities were awesome. Overall, really liked living here.

I really like Parallel Apartment, the maintenance team was awesome! Mangers are friendly too. However I gave 3 star is because the wall is super thin...I can hear my upstairs neighbors every step and I could clearly hear the closet opening...their dog running, and weekend night party music. Its not that easy to choose a top-floor, cause sometimes is pricey, but I dont think if I live on first floor means I deserve to suffer a super loud noise. People is working from home right now, I need a comfort environment. I think Ill move out as soon ad my leases end.

I definitely will not recommend this complex to my friends or family.Pros: Great amenities, I love that its pet friendly there is a pet lounge on the rooftop, Location near great restaurants in walking distance, Freeways are close, Maintenance workers are amazing and worked promptly and efficiently on things that needed to be fixed, There was great leasing staff Gabe was amazing, and a really hardworking cleaning staff.Cons: It has been hard to get ahold of staff during COVID they answer by text only, packages get easily stolen out of the mail room, the front gates break frequently so anyone can walk in, there has been a frequent amount of vehicles broken into, and rent WAS NOT compensated during COVID there was literally closed amenities for a year and I felt like I was paying for things that were not available.

Wirat than bad the Management staff specially after conpany was sold to another. Emergency response is non existent. Nobody working at the apartment office. Covid has given new right for bad qualify.Do not get delivery of big articles or parcels. People steal from the door

Do something about people illegally parking in handicapped parking space!!!!!!! out of 12 spaces only 2 have handicap placard. Theres a disabled parking space for a reason if you not disabled dont park there.

It has been well over 2 months and I still have not received my deposit check. Who can I speak to to fix this because I have been calling for the past few weeks and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I went to the office twice and received the same answer that I will receive it in two weeks. Again it has been 2 months...

This is the worst apartment ever especially with the security of the property. I parked my car in my designated spot in the parking lot and someone broke into my car and stole 5k value of my stuff such as golf clubs and my workout gears. The parking garage gate has been broken numerous time and they have no back up plan such as having some security officer there. I complained to the UDR management for some type of compensation and they are basically saying they have no responsibility of this incident.This is exactly the email that I received We are unable to fully control access to our communities; anyone could follow a resident into the property even with courtesy patrol. Once the gate was reported, we contacted a vendor who made the repairs last Thursday. Unfortunately, gates/doors can malfunction, services are required, parts could be on back order etc. Thank you for the police report, we will be happy to cooperate with the police. We are sorry, we unable to provide compensation and encourage you to contact your vehicle insurance company.

If I could, I want to give a negative score. I absolutely regret living here. It is said to be a non-smoking community, but its just a joke. No smoke detectors, people here smoke a lot, and the management team didnt regulate anything. Even you send complaints to them, they will choose to ignore them. No one here to solve the problem. The disgusting cigarettes and marijuana smell can drift to your unit, hallways. Sometimes, the whole common area has a strong marijuana smell.Dont waste your time and money here if you are a family with babies and children.

I will be moving in this week, the experience has been great so far. Michelle and Cindy have been amazing. Staff members are always attentive and respectful of our time.--6-month Update: This place is pretty cool. Management and maintenance crew are always attentive. Shoutout to Kevin for making this place extra special, he truly goes out of his way to make sure everyone is living comfortably and enjoying the amenities. Community events are fun and no expense is spared.

This place becoming the housing apartments is going to ruin our clean and safe area.

I’ve lived in Paralelle since 07/2018 and satisfied with my living so far with them. Especially, the maintenance team, Marvin, has responded so quickly. I really appreciate his hard works. Until now, I have no problem of living in here. Party on rooftop with Disney fireworks has impressed my friends many times. I’ll move out next week for my job relocation. They offered a hassle-free cleaning service and a pre-inspection before moving out. This process helps me a lot from moving. I’ll update more until finish my move

Moved here about 6 months ago. I have so far lived in 3 different apartments and living at the Parallel Apts is top the list as far as experience. These Apartments are clean, quiet and beautiful.

This is the most worst apt management in my whole life. I was applying this apt then the charged me three times. And only refunded my one of my payment. I went to office to talk with them they said there was no other payment showed up in the system. And gave me the email and phone number to contact other department but I have been sending email to other department. And never responded my email. No one picked up the phone call. The apt is nice . But the service is really terrible. It has been over almost 2months. I still did not get my refund. My payment already went through. And they are keeping tell me there is no other payment go through. They do not really want to help you to solve any problem what they made.Again, I got parallel’s invoice which I have not lived in this community. They asked me to pay $125. I have no idea about what is this payment for.

Lived there for a year. The apartment is good but had issues with the refrigerator all year round. The staff is rude especially Cindy and Adam . They dont treat you well even though youre nice to them. The maintenance team is good. Also when we left the apartment Cindy didnt make the process smooth. She was rude gave us wrong information all the time. Finally we left and we were double charged for cleaning because we had already paid for express cleaning $215 upfront and still they charged us in the last bill after we left. Very Rude billing department of UDR was the final bad experience we had .

I can’t wait until my lease ends in July, very unprofessional staff! They NEVER answer the phone & be aware of other tenants stealing!

Just moved from here and I just had to say what a great year it had been being a resident at the Parallel Apts! I will truly miss the community atmosphere the management team incorporates here! Cindy is a very rude leasing consultant. Very bad phone etiquette, no courtesy. The community itself isn’t all that much. Read the other reviews. Many apartments in the area. Didn’t even want to apply for the apartment after I saw the treatment. Terrible.

Their leasing team is soooo bad... Like they are the guest and I’m a server. Plus, security parked in my parking spot and I had to wait outside 30 min for towing service. And the security told me he did not have a parking spot so he parked in my spot????? I don’t care you have a parking spot or not but DO NOT park in my spot!!!!!! And WHY you have security but can’t provide a parking spot for them??????

I recently applied to this apt and there computer didnt update showing I applied. However they took my money and didnt want to refund me even though they admit computers make errors. They are so rude & lie about every thing. Just because the architecture is nice doesnt mean you should stay there. My bank account has been debited I have proof. This is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review. Stay away from this hell hole.

I am Resident here, Guest Parking System is Worst, my guest car was towed because of their bad system. i issued guest parking at 9:00 PM in Activebuilding application, printer in office did not work, car towed at 10:30 PM . when i asked Manager printer did not work, she Said this is your problem . you should parked out of building . there is no spot next to our building for park. i am so disappointed because of disrespectful answer of manager and bad costumer service .
