Rented here for 5 years. Years ago when rent was $800 for a 2 bedroom. Was give a eviction notice with no reason why. After moving out I came back a few months later to visit a few neighbors. Turns out they kicked every one out. They raised the rent for everyone new coming in. I would of stayed but I guess the state law says you cant raise the rent more than 10%. So it was easier for them to kick everyone out to get more money.

I’ve been living here for a year and 4 months and I’ve been asking the on-site manager about this. It looks like this just in 3 days of getting emptied. I even told her that when the landscape comes that they throw the grass clippings in the trash that it fills up halfway she says oh they can do that.
