Great little gym. Multiple times I thought they werent going to have a piece of equipment I wanted, but sure enough I would find it. Everything is clean and well organized. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help when needed. Its never too busy either. Really, its a great gym at a great price.

Bodily (Ammon) gym has friendly members & staff. The gym over the last several months has show a decline in cleanliness - bathrooms (no soap & towels) and overall condition. Inconsistent professionalism & promptness with opening hours and now changed hours on weekends. The website and advertisement outside the facility is not accurate. The company is aware and to date deciding not to correct it. I recommend speaking with members & staff in detail prior to joining the gym. If you are an early workout person....I would recommend calling before arriving in parking lot to find out they are not open yet. This topic has been brought to management and its been stated they are working on it. Change over in staff is high. Note: Pay attention to hours.

This is one of my favorite gyms Ive ever been to. They keep everything really clean and everyone is really nice. The front desk girl was making puns this morning which was just fantastic. And the dumbells go up to 140! 10/10 would recommend.

This was a good gym away from home while I was in Idaho. The equipment was plentiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was more than a little sense of community among the regulars. Floor space was a bit hard to come by, but the weights got re-racked way more often than not. Its easy for me to see this being my go-to gym if I find myself with more business in Idaho Falls.

Came back after it switched to Bodifi (supporting local business) sign up process was easy if you pay in full for the tier 2 and 3 level memberships they will usually wave sign up fee. Great gym and great selection of equipment. The GM Justin was super helpful and rest of staff is friendly! Highly recommended!

It’s impossible to cancel. Pretty good gym but if you ever think you might cancel. It’s the biggest pain in the but and bodifi made sure to make it as hard as possible to cancel even with the fee.

Read your contract! they make it almost impossible to cancel even when your membership is supposed to expire! I made it very clear I did not want it to auto renew after our 1 year mark...guess what, it is auto renewing and I have to send in a letter and wait 30 days for it to cancel meaning I will have to pay for another month......dirty rotten thieves!

The atmosphere is pleasant and they have all the equipment you need for all types of training. I’ve lifted off an on for 30 years and your options are limitless! The trainers that I have talked to are knowledgeable and have your best interest for long term results in mind! They are a great group of people! And the tanning is quite a bonus!!! If you want a healthy lifestyle I would definitely recommend it. But you will definitely have to work for it!! 🏋️‍♀️💃🏻

The gym is really clean and the equipment is great! It isnt too busy in the morning and everyone at the gym is nice! BEWARE --- We went in person and cancelled our memberships before Bodifi took over this gym. Come to find out they never stopped billing us, monthly, for the LAST TWO YEARS. $1,000. We went in and cancelled this membership in person, because we were moving out of the area. Something must have happened when Bodifi took over, whether they transferred the customers info or whatever. No idea. We had cancelled our memberships, but they were somehow reinstated without letting us know. They wont offer a refund, only said the way to cancel membership now is to write a letter to the company. BUYER BEWARE.

Terrible Experience with Worlds Gym - My wife signed up for VIP for a year and I as a guest because we were told we could not pay monthly. We went twice a week for a couple of months until we got too busy to go. We ended up paying 11 months even though we didnt have the time. Today, we went in to sign up monthly which they have on the wall. They told us because we have just ended our VIP we are required to pay for one more month. This is absolutely absurd. Because it is at the 6 month mark we would also end up paying another maintenance fee which is $49 if we signed up again for monthly. We have decided to never go to this place again. The workers behind the desk were not sympathetic at all and did not offer any other offers. They will not work with you in anyway. They then told us that we could not cancel there at the shop, we have to send it in by mail. I am looking for a number so we can call corporate because they didnt couldnt provide one. If you go beware. I finally found the number to corporate and they said there is a form we have to send in for cancellation. I called the store and they said there is no form but he has finally told us what needs to be in the letter. Why didnt he give this information at the store when we requested cancellation. Also the letter doesnt even go to Worlds Gym but their billing company. They are probably the only ones on the planet that uses mail to cancel which says something. They do not care about their customers experience. Also they rather have $50 than have monthly payments from someone. Just makes no sense.

I can not speak to the quality of customer service since I came as a guest with a friend. I felt that the equipment was very good quality. The bathroom was not fantastic, but throughout my travels I have come to expect that from a gym. Wear sandals if you are going to use the showers and you should be good to go. Great workout for a good price.

I have tried out other gyms around here and I loved world gum because the atmosphere is amazing. I also really loved how the trainers are knowledgeable and they focus on my needs rather than a standard plan for all people. Definitely a great place to come!

Amazing equipment and machines, wasnt expecting much since theyre $10 a month. Awesome guy at the front desk and super nice people in the gym. Got a day pass for a little over $10. Great place.

This gym is super friendly and has great trainers! Ian and Kaylee are very encouraging and motivating. There is a free 9am bootcamp every Saturday thats very worthwhile and provides you with one on one interactions with the trainers. Highly recommend!

This is a joke. I have asked to cancel this membership for 6 months. I sent them a letter everything. AS INSTRUCTED!!!! Now I just got Charged for an additional $103.20. I have not been to the Gym in 6 months. This is a JOKE of a GYM!!!!!

They made it very difficult for me to cancel my membership, in an effort to squeeze as much money out of my bank as possible, and ended up charging for the following month even though i had moved out of town already. More worried about money than customer satisfaction

I am originally from the SE Idaho area and visit roughly 2 times a year. Every time I am in town I buy a week pass at World Gym (Idaho Falls) the facility is clean and the time I go (11am) there are hardly anyone in the gym. The weights are great and the machines are good as well. Cardio is very acceptable however, the stationary upright bike feels odd. The mens locker room needs just a little more attention and the front desk associates could be a little more friendly however, Im there to workout, not make friends with front desk people, so its all good. All in all the value is great and I would recommend World Gym.

You simply cannot beat this gym for the price in Idaho Falls. Of course it can get crowded at peak times, but so does every other gym in town, and they will charge you five to ten times the monthly fee that Worlds Gym does. If you are looking for a good, affordable gym in Idaho Falls, this is a great option for you!

The staff and people that work out at world gym are awesome. They have all the equipment you need to get in a good workout day to day. Definitely my favorite gym in the area.

Bodifi for working out it great but cancelling is a nightmare. I was never told before hand about needing to send a certified letter and terms on their website just redirects you to the top so you can’t see them. Very disappointed that I can’t just call in, or go in to cancel. Poor decision by Bodifi.

At least this Bodifi is better than the Broadway location, but still is not the best. I think the prices are ridiculous for the higher memberships for what they offer.

As a member since 2001, Ive always been received very well by the staff and management at the World Gym. I love the equipment that they offer. The facility is always clean and inviting and the members are very courteous and helpful to other members, including new members. Experienced and trained Professional Physical/Fitness Instructors are always nearby to answer any questions and help with demobtrating or explaining the equipment and its purpose and how it can be used to achieve ones fitness goal. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people here at World Gym and look forward to continuing my membership and my relationship with this gym.

No commitments? I tried to get out of my month to month gym membership for over 8 months! They had told me it was cancelled until I got a huge bill in the mail. Turned out I had to write a certified letter by snail mail. The staff are completely rude and could care less about their customers. They did not refund me for the 8 months, after they told me my membership was cancelled.

I have been a member at three different gyms in the area and without any hesitation I can say that this one is the absolute worst of them all. Here are the problems with membership with Worlds Gym in Idaho Falls.1- You will forever have difficulty getting onto the main free weight benches or racks. If you dont do free weights, I guess this wont affect you. There are few barbell benches, of which one has been out of service (broken bench) for 3 months. In addition, the gym is totally over-sold leaving you shoulder to shoulder, crowded, and waiting for racks, benches, and cables.3- Broken exercise machines, broken hand sanitizers, and empty auto towels. Despite member complaints concerning the poor condition of equipment and the general lack of attention to the state of the gym, the management does nothing or even seems reluctant to maintain the gym.4- Filthy bathroom and showers. Again, there is a complete apathy by the staff to attend to the basics of running a gym.5- Vulgarity is rampant and this is NOT a family friendly business. Although, as a man, I can tolerate vulgarity, when my wife was interested in going to the gym with me, I had to cancel my membership. Not only are the members vulgar, but several of the staff join in as if this is a high school locker room after a football game. The F-bomb is often not just muttered quietly, but is screamed loudly so that all can hear. This is a frequent every day occurrence and widely accepted at this gym. In addition, the overhead music is a satellite feed often with extremely vulgar music being played.6- The staff come across as arrogant and at times quite rude. My biggest gripe about the staff, however, is their apathy towards the gym and the members.7- Dont buy into the whole month-to-month crap. You are in a contract and cancelling the contract is a real pain. Hand-written and certified letters are required to cancel and you will be charged if your letter arrives at their office just a day late. Unfortunately, in my case, my mid-year rate guarantee fee was also assessed along with my monthly fee during this tedious cancellation process.Avoid this gym!

Very crowded, small space, and rather than cancelling your membership without hassle, they make YOU write a personal letter and send it into the billing company. *update- just found out that after sending in my letter to cancel my account they have still been charging me repeatedly and are unwilling to provide any kind of refund. I signed up to the Idaho Falls location, and got excellent customer service, and was told everything in the contract, I am month to month, those whom said you need to call the other company, they state that at start up that you need to call paramount to cancel your membership even a month to month contract... $10 a month you can not go wrong all the other gyms in I.F. want an arm and a leg just for enrollment, plus they bind you in a year or 2 contract where if you cancel in 2 months you still pay that whole year... World Gym does not do that... I liked how they do NOT force you into something you do not want!!! I specifically asked for what I have, and there was no hesitation or sales pitch to the $19.99 plan... I loved that about World Gym!! They dont force a plan on you that you did not ask for!! Plus they give you 2 free sessions with a trainer, I have not used mine because I already know what I need to do, but they are still available when ever I wish to take the opportunity up!! It is a smaller gym, however they do have a lot of equipment to keep you fit and in shape, and that is all that matters!!! Dont take other people opinions research the gym out for yourself, only you can be the one to judge if its the right fit for your needs!!Edit: Where does these negative feedback come from?They state everything when you sign up, and on their website. It is 9.99 a month with tax $10.49 with enrollment fee if done online $84.99 in person $99. There is absolutely NO hidden charges, this is all told to you before you purchase the membership, and also the $42 once a year (due 6th month) to keep the price of $9.99 the same.They tell you to cancel a membership you need to call Paramount, and send a certified cancellation for a receipt for your records you sent it, and for whatever reason you may need prove.I do not get why all you complaining and rating this place down did not listen at sign up?!Every gym you go to is the exact same way, but other gyms bind you into a contract if you leave your left owing the remaining, World Gym does not do this to anyone!! And if you are charged it is because you did not send a certified letter to Paramount like your terms state to do to cancel!!Edit two:Sadly I discontinued my membership back in Feb, because I moved and the state I live in does not have World Gym :(The cancellation went smoothly, they canceled my account right then and there after I sent a certified mail. The gym is very small and half of the equipment doesnt run very well also I signed up about six months ago and when i signed up the man there clearly stated Their is no contract now I am finding out that you have to call a company that has very poor hours and send in a certified letter saying that you want to cancel your membership and it takes 30 days to process. Please take my advice dont go here.

Id give another star if they would clean their showers... Ever. They dont tell you about an initial $100 fee as well as a $60 fee every 6 months. The equipment is okay and fairly clean, but with TVs distracting you on every wall and disinterested employees, my health doesnt seem to be a priority.

A few years ago, I signed a contract with Worlds Gym. They set up all my information at the gym and gave me my membership cards right there. A few months later, I had one of their employees tell me that I was too fat to be taking up the treadmill while more deserving customers were waiting. I had only been on the treadmill for ten minutes and there were three other machines open. When I tried to cancel my membership in the store, they told me that I had to write a letter to this Paramount Acceptance company. I did so and didnt hear anything more about it for an entire year. At that time, I finally realized that they were still charging me for my membership. I had to cancel my credit card to make it stop. After that, their billing company sent me to collections for a membership that I couldnt even use, claiming that they never got my letter. WORLDS GYM and their billing company is a joke! I wouldnt recommend these crooks to anyone!

They took my money each month but wouldnt give me access to the gym. It appears to be a glitch between billing and the local staff and it sucks to pay for something and not get it. I switched to a different gym and am much happier. If you can get through or avoid the billing problems (a continual loop of billing telling you to deal with the local gym and the local gym telling you to call billing) or dont value your time I think itd be a good gym. As for me, Id rather pay more not to have to deal with poor billing and service and get what I pay for. P.S. The cancellation process is kind of a pain. No surprises found there.

They are sneakyHuge billboard will tell you its $10 a month. Walked in and found out they have tons of hidden fees. Sign up fees, 6 month maintenance fee, misc items. Please dont say one price and offer another.

I love the atmosphere and that I can go in after work which working rotating shifts makes it convenient. The staff is awesome and is a clean facility.

TIP TO OWNER!When you hang a huge sign above your establishment saying $9.99 a month NO COMMITMENTS, NO KIDDING. Then when a first time customer walks in with $9.99 and you decide to surprise them with a $99.00 commitment package, i think thats grounds for FALSE ADVERTISING!If your going to make a promise to the costumer than you need to be a big boy or girl and you honor it, and if you simply have no integrity or honor than dont post huge banners with false hope. Billing is a joke sent me to collections a year after my year was up. I fulfilled my contact. Next thing you know I have a 400 dollar bill from these guy.these guys are horrific. Adter colectiins was done hot sent again 2 years after. What a joke for a little crappy gym.

Gym and equiptment is fine. Customer service is awful. They are very unclear and deceptive about not only the cost of membership but also the way of canceling the membership. 100 dollar start up fee in addition to the 11 dollar monthly charge which is higher than the stated 9.99, and cancelling it requires written notice that has to go through all sorts of hoops, that they will not tell you about. Also, every 6 months they charge and extra 40 dollars, which you also dont konw about until you already sign up. Very annoyed with the customer service

I enjoyed the gym, but I felt like they were forever trying to squeeze more money out of me. When I have a membership, I want to feel like a member! First off, though they are a national gym, they are privately owned, so you cant use your membership at any other World Gym. Once I came without my barcode keychain, but they said they couldnt manually log me in (huh?), so I had to pay for a new code. When I moved to a different state, they said they couldnt cancel my membership. I had to call a service that gave me an address where I had to send a personal letter by certified mail, THEN I could cancel my membership. They made it seem like I was betraying them, which is weird because I was just moving.Overall, it was a great gym, but some weird management choices.

The staff is extremely rude when I speak to them about these charges, including management. The Ammon location does not include classes. Rude staff.

Ive been a world gym member for three years now ive never had any problems with payments or anything else workers are awesome and the energy here is fun! Just as long as you keep up with payments its never been a issue! Ive been too golds and apple i can say world is the best! For 10$ you get alot out of this gym! Yeah the 100$ enrollmemt is alot but if your ready for a change you shouldnt complain! Managers are cool i will continue to go to this gym always!

False Advertising!! Rude! Cant keep an employee more than a few months. Poor contact. Incompetent payment processing. Changing room smells bad and equipment is constantly out of order. Quitting is a pain. Two certified letters and still having issues. Its worth it to pay more elsewhere and have a clean competent facility to attend. The Ammon location bragged about all the services included at no additional cost for my $20 a month membership. They said I play racquetball, etc in Rexburg. It was a no go. Rexburg charges.

The gym is fairly low rent as they go, in the contract is a clause requiring 30 day written (as in you physically have to write a letter to the company which handles their billing and have the post office certify it) notice of cancellation. Completely archaic. The manager explained that this process is easier and quicker than signing up for a new membership, yuh-huh, signing up for a new membership takes longer than writing a physical letter, driving to the post office and arranging for said letter to be sent. Sure. Why do they need 30 days? He wouldnt give me a satisfactory answer. There is also a fee of $40 every January which I was told is to lock in your membership rate (in the event of a membership fee hike, yours would stay the same as it was when you signed up) but a friend was told this fee was for equipment maintenance. Most likely just another way for this rinky-dink operation to extract money from you. It is the cheapest option in town though, which is probably the only thing they have going for them.

Guess I was spoiled by having an adequate number of machines and weights for the number of people that were at the Gym when I belonged to Golds in Pocatello. Very disappointed with Worlds and will be canceling. From the looks of the other reviews, this could be a process. Would not recommend Worlds.

Lady at front desk left to go hangout with her friend in the tanning room... left people waiting at the counter and came out and acted like she did nothing wrong. She then continued to chat with her friend behind the desk. Really unprofessional honestly. People needed help and she just ignored them

Their billing arm, Paramount Acceptance is very incompetent. There was a change in my card (exp date) and instead of contacting me immediately to fix it, they waited until my payment was late and charged me a late fee. Then the real problems started as my new information was not entered correctly and they continued to tell me my payment was late, despite having accessed my account previously. I ended up quitting owing them money due to their incompetence. Stay far away from these people.

My husband and I now have to come up with $52 extra so we can pay a yearly renewal, but we moved and have been trying to cancel membership since May and its now July. I will never do business with worlds gym or paramount exceptance ever again.

Dont join them because its easy to join and really hard to cancel.you have to send certified mail (which I did not even know before i sent) to cancel your membership and it will take upto a month.they are terrible!! dont join world gym
