Nowadays, having a place to work on your fitness without having to check hours of operation is a must. The only trade of to always open is that, at times (those peak hours), or can feel a little cramped. Facilities for me have always been clean and refreshed. I enjoy their tanning options and the variety of exercise equipment. I would recommend Anytime, anytime.

Wonderful place to workout!

Love my trainer Serria. I have had many trainers over the years and she is one of the best. She recently moved from Boise in August and I was lucky to get her as a trainer. She get down to business not to hard on me but defiantly not to light. If you want a good trainer that makes a difference call her she is awesome!!

This gym isn’t bad but also not amazing. The staff is rarely there, some of the equipment is broken. There is lots of equipment but not sorted very well. Great space for open workouts though!

This gym is great, I have been a member for a while now and I love the convenience of being able to use it 24/7 and being able to use any location worldwide, especially the one over on the other side of Idaho Falls. My wife really enjoys their new tanning bed and the fact that she can use it whenever, even at 2 in the morning. The gym feels safe and more like a community, rather than a competitive atmosphere that I have experienced at other gyms.

Never answers his phone and since its been made my primary gym hes the only one who can assist me especially since the regular office call centers are closed with covid.**Update**Owner called me to apologize and indicated they are having issues with the phone systems and resolved my issue. I appreciate the prompt call back.

My husband and I signed up for anytime fitness in August of 2018. We decided to go with them despite them being more expensive, because they had a daycare available. On the first day I was going to the gym, I went to drop my son off at the daycare and the daycare employees were sitting in chairs against the wall on their phones, while there was a baby screaming on the other side of the room and the place was filthy.The ownership recently changed, and we are extremely frustrated with them. A few weeks ago, we went to let them know that we were done once our two year contract was up this past August. The owner informed us that we owed a $50 cancellation fee because we “signed up for auto renewal” which we never did, nor were we informed about it. What’s the point in signing a contract if you have to pay a fee to move on anyways? We also noticed a $30 charge in July and when we asked about that we were informed it was a “yearly fee.” No one told us about this either when we signed up.We were also charged double in the month of August and when we told the owners about this, it took them 3 weeks to refund us.Needless to say, we have not been pleased with our experience.

New owners are awesome and making a lot of upgrades to the facility! Great location and very clean!

I have been going to this gym for 12 years. It’s one big family. I love the equipment, and the people. The new ownership has went above and beyond making this gym amazing. I recommend it to anyone who wants the family experience. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

First of all, canceling was easy as can be and took 5 minutes. I really liked working out here. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it is a little small which was fine most of the times but could get crowded quickly around 5pm. It also doesnt have a pool or hot tub or things like that. But, the staff was great, things were clean.

This gym is great! The treadmills have brand new belts and I have been a member for a couple years and the new owner has made a bunch of changes and updates. New tanning bed is awesome. I use it almost every day. Another thing I love about this place is they dont have a bunch of hidden fees like other gyms. I was a member at Bodifi and it was just fees after fees after fees. I love Anytime.

Austin was super nice in our time that we used Anytime Fitness! He was great to work with, and the facilities are amazing! We would have continued with Anytime Fitness if we had moved to Idaho Falls as originally planned, but we ended up not moving there. I would highly recommend this Anytime Fitness location, though! Never too crowded. Its easy to enter, and they have great security for your personal belongings. Equipment works well, and gives you a variety of workouts to choose from. The private showers are nice, too!

I love this gym!! I can’t say enough good things about it. The gym and showers are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and there is a good variety of free weights and machines. I travel with work and have used at least 10 other Anytime Fitness gyms and this one is my favorite!

This gym is pretty sweet! They have new belts on their treadmills and I saw their repair man in the other day doing maintenance on all of the cardio equipment. They also have this fridge that has all sorts of products you can purchase, which is nice because I am always forgetting my headphones so they have a pair you can buy whenever you want.

This is an updated, updated, updated review. Had a little misunderstanding on the cancellation, due mainly to the fact we had signed up long before Tyson and Amanda became the new owners. Theyve solved the concern to our satisfaction and have been very understanding to work with. The gym is a great gym to work out at, especially if you have a crazy schedule youre working around. The fact they are open literally anytime is the best perk about working out here. Only reason we cancelled after 2 years is for financial reasons; we are having a new baby very soon and have had a few very unexpected costly bills in the past few months. Anyway thank you for your understanding. Highly recommend.

Really clean gym. Some members dont put the weights back where they belong but thats on them, not the gym. Its not a deal breaker. I wish Anytime had more resistance bands. Love working out here. Friendly staff.

I was never a member of this gym in particular but I have been here several times. Very clean gym and I always had a great workout here. Great place to get in and out and had all great selection of free weights.

Love this gym. I never have to fight over equipment and it is rarely busy. I can come in whenever I want. I really like the Manager, he is very attentive and willing to help out. Great choice.

I get a membership here through my insurance and the staff has always been so kind and helpful. I have been a member for about 3 years now and I have noticed a difference in the facility since there is a new owner. I also use the location over on Broadway, and I like that I can use any location

Great gym. I love the location. When I use the gym it is rarely crowded. The equipment is really nice as well and in good condition.

So far im giving it one star..just moved to town. It said it is open until 6 pm. So I go there at 3 and the door is locked and no sales personnel is there.

New owners - both the Ammon and the IF gym are clean and nice. Staff is wonderful. I really enjoy getting in and out with little yapping and chit chat that goes on in most gyms.

Im only giving you 1 star because 0 is not an option. I cancelled my membership 17 months after initiating per the 18 month contract, providing 30 day written notice. I started my contract Mar of 2013 and paid annual maintenance fees in July 2013. Mid-Jul 2014, Anytime took out the annual fee. I requested it be reimbursed, or at least pro-rated since Id only been in the club for the 18 month membership contract and only had one month left in my contract and was told no, the franchise owner sticks by the contract. The Manager of the IF clubs repeated the annoying phrase at least six times. By this response the club always wins, rather than pro-rating and showing thanks to their customers. Also, the club policy is to not provide the name of the franchise owner to customers leaving no further avenue for negotiation. BTW, six months ago I was told by Anytime that if I cancelled then, there was a stiff penalty fee, so if I just let the contract expire, continuing the membership required my approval anyway and no further action was required. Glad I called them to verify or Im sure theyd be sticking by the contract on that too!

It is now under new ownership and the current owners are fantastic! I dont know how the previous people were but I wouldnt go anywhere else. Give it a try, you will be treated like family!!

Seems almost impossible to cancel membership if you try, they will fight you on every step. Gym is smalll and has most things but the equipment is starting to get old. Not a Fan.
