Even though we were a walk-in, there was no wait for our Pedi. The technicians were professional and good. They spent extra care on my 87 year old mother, making sure she had the best care 💅 Thank yall

When I went to Kim nails I thought that I was going to love it. When the nail tech started on my nails though she wasn’t paying attention to me only to T.V. She then started with the drill and didn’t even notice it go down my finger and cut it. I will not be returning.

I am very particular about manicures. I have my own nails and hands down the manicure I got this week is the best one I have ever had! I had about half the length taken off requiring a complete reshape of my nails. The length and shape of all my nails is perfect and the dip nails are the icing on the cake!

This is the second time we have tried to get our nails done, they had me make an appointment for 2 and by 3:15 my my feet were just soaking in the water

The girls who work there are very nice. My daughter and I didnt even have to wait even though we were late for our appointment because I accedently passed it and had to turn around.

I dont usually get my nails done because they never seem to last for me. VIP nails has completely changed that for me. Not only do my nails stay on forever they have such wonderful customer service. They do everything they can to give you exactly what you want. Ill definitely keep coming back and Ive been bringing a new friend with me every time.

Asked for acrylic and a design and all I got was paint on my actual nail. A job I could have done myself. Will not be coming back

The male tech, who did my girlfriends nails, literally hit on her the entire time she was there. She told me so was so uncomfortable and wont be returning. It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person’s sex. Direct from the EEOCs website: Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person’s sex. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general.In other words, VIP nails could have been sued into non-existence should I have chosen to pursue this. They are lucky she is more forgiving than I am.

The nail tech cut every.single.one.of.my.cuticles to the point of bleeding and days later Im still experiencing pain and bleeding. This was my first time here and I will NOT be back.

Not very sanitary. It took longer to get the water setup for my pedicure than the pedicure itself.

I use to love it if been going there for the last 5 years and had no problems but now Sally has moved and Im not happy with the new people my nails cracked and broke
