I went to a different nail salon. Was waiting there for 30 minutes and finally left and went across the street to O P nails and didn’t have to wait. Sat down in a chair immediately and was out in less than 45 minutes. Literally the best nail salon I’ve been to.I got fake nails with dip powder.

Amazing! Ended up giving $10 in a tip! Lol They all knew exactly what they were doing. Very welcoming when you first walk in, and very social. This was my first time ever getting French tips (getting my nails done in general) and eyebrows waxed. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted once, and she got it exactly how it was in the picture. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a little wait, but the services far exceeded my expectations. For the first time I felt like l got my moneys worth. I was a little sceptical about going to this place because of the reviews but I’m so glad I gave O.P. nails a try. Hannah did such an amazing job on my nails, she listened to my requests, payed extra attention to detail and was informative on how I could strengthen my nails. While I was there it seemed like Nancy was also highly recommended for services. Great job O.P. nails, I will be a return customer.

I have been going here for over a year and Im always treated well and they do a great job on my nails. I have never been unhappy with any of my visits. I recommend them to people all the time. Its a great place.

Nails not all the same length, strange shape to some nails, and polish job sloppy. Very disappointed. This used to be a good place but I will not return.

Nancy has been my nail tech for years. She always knows just what I like. She is the best!

I paid for the “spa” package and It was a nightmare package. My legs and feet didn’t get rubbed at all. Not enough wax was even in the bag to cover my entire foot. I was cut multiple times just on my cuticles and then they wouldn’t even cut any of the skin around my nails on my toes because I was bleeding so bad and then made it my fault because “supposably my skin is too thin”. I’ve never had this problem before. My manicure didn’t consist of anything besides them painting my nails and I was charged $40 for that. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. I am extremely disappointed in this service. I will not be going back!

Wonderful I have horrible ingrown toenails they get them out with no pain.

This store is one of the best places i have ever been to get my nails done. They do a wonderful job at making sure the customers are happy.

Improvements have been made to the atmosphere in the building but it is never busy anymore. I like that I can get right in and get a mani or pedi but it seems like something is missing. I do not care for the constant chatter between the employees. The price has also gone up and the level of service has not.

Staff is always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Prices are fair & your nails always look great.

Im writing this review so that hopefully some bad service will be fully brought to the owners attention. I have been to this nail salon a handful of times and always came out happy. The last time however was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. When someone pays 70 for a mani & pedi I think it should be done perfectly. This wasnt the case. You can still see the old pink nail polish I had on my toes when I came in under my new purple. As for my nails I wanted extensions with dip. The nail tech didnt listen that I wanted them shorter first off & basically ripped them off as she was cutting them down. She essentially drilled the skin off of 4 of my fingers (making them bleed) with the drill they use to smooth the nail. When I asked her if she wanted me to wash the blood off she said no, then she proceeded to put my bleeding fingers DIRECTLY into the dip powder and over the blood on my nails creating a streak of blood on the finished nails that wouldnt come off until I got the nails removed. Horrible and unsanitary. Ive noticed the same nail tech make a lady next to me bleed while she was getting a pedicure the last time I went. Some techs are great others are not!

Very obnoxious batch of people! Told them ahead of time we had 3 full sets they took two and left me sitting for an hour while they took girls that came in after I did as walk ins. and didnt do the two full sets how they where asked to be done at all! Wanted to get attitude with me when I told my family I was leaving to go somewhere else because there poor service. Very rude. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY THERE!

Double edged sword here. Anthony, a nail tech there, is absolutely amazing. My nails were in the worst shape imaginable, and with the SNS dip powder and his care, they were transformed. He doesnt speak much English, but is very kind, gentle and seems to always be able to do them exactly as you want them. Not the case for the store owner. She is bilingual, rude and snappy. A week prior, Anthony had put a set of SNS on my hands, and I wanted a new color. That day he was busy, so she started on me. She started pulling out solar acrylic and I told her absolutely not. She said SNS dip could not be done on my nails. I told her that Anthony could, why not her? She told me Go wait then! slammed the tools down and huffed off, loudly speaking in another language to other salon workers. Very tense and hostile environment. If you can get an appointment with Anthony, go. If not, stay out. I havent been back since that day.

I have gone here for several years, but unfortunately due to their lack of customer service lately, I will be taking my business else where. I got a pedicure the other day and asked the guy to do a design and he told me no he couldnt. So I asked him to get one of the other women to do it for me, and he still told me no that everyone was busy, yet the two owners were sitting up front not working with any customers. Also, the past few times I have had my nails done I leave bleeding, because they guy cuts my cuticles with the electric filer every single time! I am very disappointed in the service I have received here lately.

Attempted a pedicure here, nail tech dug into toe, had to tell her stop several times, jabbed side of my foot wir h cuticle trimmers, just didnt seem to know what ahe was doing. told her to skip massage and just finish. Awful experience.update today my toe us sore and there is a red streak on side where the tech dug into nail bed too deep. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NSIL SET ICE

I dont usually get pedicures, but that COFFEE PEDI they offered was fantastic!! Gnna treat myself every 2-3 weeks.!!
