My nails were very thick they didn’t do the shape I asked for I was actually in pain in the process very poor on the design

Staff was friendly and my long nails lasted and are still going strong after two weeks they still look surprisingly good, especially since my nails grow fast. One picture is right after getting my nails done there in the salon and the picture with the teal background is exactly two weeks after!

I tried Top Ten Nails today after spending 1000s at Divine Nails only to find out they use cheap products and skip steps. I was so happy that Nick explained the correct way to dip nails and literally FIXED my nails. They were cracked and weak and he brought them back to life. I will never ever step foot inside any other nail salon!Oh! Also, I took my 5 year old with me- they did her toenails and fingernails for a very responsible price and were so friendly with both of us!!!!!!

Great service! Got there at opening time and got us right in. The gentleman that did my moms pedi did an excellent job. She is a diabetic and they have to be super careful when doing hers. He was super careful with her. My nail tech did an excellant job in my eyebrows. Exactly how I like them.

Top Ten Nails - The New Owners are the BEST!Today I went in to get my nails done for the holidays. During my visit the staff helped care for another customers infant son while mama was getting her nails done. How sweet is that? This is not the first time I have witnessed such attention to customer needs in this salon.I drive all the way across town to have my nails done here. Jennifer knows exactly how I like my nails done and she always does an amazing job. Their prices are awesome and they have a massive selection of dip colors too!

I get my nails done biweekly. I decided to give this place a chance. NEVER AGAIN. the owner had the audacity to tell me my identity wasnt me after viewing my license and debit card. My license had my first middle and last and debit only has first and last. He kept saying this wasnt me. I explained to him over here we have middle names and he needs to review the entire license. He then goes on to tell me the copy of the receipt he handed me says merchant copy which isnt my name so this isnt me. I explained to him he is the merchandiser and that is his copy it does not display my name but that he needs to view that the last four match my debit card. He proceeds to take a picture of my license WITHOUT my permission. I strictly instruct him he needs to delete this as he did not have my permission. He begins to continue to argue with me accusing me of identity fraud. The people who run this place are illiterate and can not understand their own receipts and copies which worries me. He proceeds to have my debit card shut off. The owner was unprofessional and in my opinion someone who doesnt understand what a merchant copy is and that we have middle names over here and cant open his eyes to see that it all matches up, worries me that he runs a business. This place will never get my business again. I urge all people to go elsewhere to get their nails done. Again would like to remind everyone he took a picture of my license without my permission....whom fishy. Maybe I should notify local authorities of what this man did.

They were very sweet and that is why I hate to leave such a low rating. But, during our pedicure we both started smelling a really strong urine and mold smell. Several time they swapped using equipment on us without sanitizing. Which is gross even if we do know each other. After we left and got into the car the smell we were smelling during our pedicure was so strong! We then realized it must have been from the towels they had wrapped our legs in that caused the mildew smell. After we washed our legs where they had placed the towels the smell was gone. If they would clean up a bit and take more sanitary measures I would recommend them, but until then I would have to say I will stick with Divine nails.

I cut my finger and nails while using a saw and they made better and all good now and thanks to top ten nails I landed a great job with metro pcs by tmobile. Thanks

Felt like spoiling myself at top ten nails and it was a complete FAIL!!! Gave them a chance to do a set of acrylic nails and she used nails thay were all different sizes seeping off my nail, then I realized she put them on crooked as well while also managing to mess up the nail polish. I went home immediately and filed the sides and repainted them to make it look like I didnt have a thumb as my index finger. I let it slide because I did an okay job of correcting them. Three days later 2 nails pop off, the next day another one. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!NEVER had that happen before. So I get a refill shortly after a week because I didnt feel like paying another $25, which I did anyways. I have too much faith in people. Decided to go back for the fill and I kid you not my nail broke off while changing my shirt... the next day!!! I was heading out of town so I couldnt go back and have them do it. I wouldnt of paid a dime, but considering they werent friendly to begin with it would of been a hassle not worth dealing with. Too bad because this place is right around the corner from my house. If you dont mind spending money on new acrylics every week then this is your place. Im not picky when it comes to nails, but this was unacceptable.

Nick stated that he’d do a dip manicure.(Have had years of these)There was no nail prep/manicure portion to these events.When I stated that he was being ruff with my nails eyes rolled.(Still hurts.)Then the mess began.Red dust ALL over my hands and clothes.Applied with regular clear polish - WHAT?!?!??Was treated in a condescending manner when I asked questions regarding application.When red mess would not come off my skin,I was again spoken to in a derogatory manner and thenhanded a scrub brush and sent to the sink.Have NEVER had hard red dusting powder caked on my hands before.Have NEVER been told that I don’t know how to wash my hands at a salon.Have NEVER been so chided and expected to clean up someone else’s mess like that before!After all that, he then applied a clear “activator” coat to the top of the mess andtried to tell me it was “beautiful” followed by “See, I was right; this was better.”WRONG!Less than a day later, the top coat is peeling off.24 hours later ALL nails have broken & all dip polish has popped offalong with a great deal of my nails!!They have refused to fix these issues,ignored me when I went in to the shop &will no longer accept my phone calls.Do not go here.

I came here for the first time today and I really liked it. My nail tech did a GREAT job on my dip. The details, the cuticles, she really took pride for her job.

Loved the staff! I felt very comfortable and my manicure lasted about 2 and a half weeks for only being polish and a top coat! Would definitely recommend to anyone

Dont listen very well clients and doesnt take accountability for mistakes. They blamed several clients while I was there for small mistakes that were easy to fix. I visited this location twice for pedicures, once in a group, and left unsatisfied and unhappy twice that I spent my money there for the whole group.

Severely cut the top of my toe. This was my first time at this shop. I have gone to multiple establishments with no problems... But I saw the reviews on this place and thought I would give it a try. First of all, the staff wasnt very friendly... But I didnt mind as long as they do a good job. The lady took out something that looks like a cheese grater (never had that before) and began filing my feet. Suddenly she wasnt paying attention and cut the top of my toe so badly I couldnt stop bleeding the rest of the time there. I stayed calm because I didnt know how bad it truly was and didnt want to freak out beside my sister in law who had never before had a pedicure. Took photos after I came home and the tip of my toe is gone. GONE. As another lady wrapped it in a bandaid she winced and was extremely disgusted by the look. NO WONDER *The kicker: still charged me for the pedi. Never again...

I have not personally been here but my friend got her nails done here and they did not do a good job. She tried to get her money back and the owner did not want to give her, her money back and he tried to blame her that it’s her fault that her nails are not done right. I would not come and get my nails done here.

DONT DO IT! THEYLL RUIN YOUR REAL NAIL OVER SANDING. THEY MADE ME BLEED SPLIT MY NAIL IN THE MIDDLE OF MY NAIL BED. THEY ARE REALLY RUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM ON A MISTAKE.

AWFUL! They locked my daughter and I in the building and would not let me leave I had to call the police because I refused to pay for the horrible job they did! My nails werent even straight and I tried to tell them as they were doing them kept telling me they would fix them later, later never came. Will be following up with this in the court system!

Terrible service. Nail tech continuously made mistakes and didnt ask my opinion on what I thiught of my design, which was very poorly done. Nails came off several times while she was doing the buffing, she had to restart multiple times, and the final result is super uneven, bumpy, and unpleasing to look at. I have to go somewhere else to get them redone and spent nearly 2 hours here.

MUST READ!!!So i went to this place and got there near closing time i asked if they have time for a fill and they automatically said yes. i pick a color and some older guy with a black necklace and a green pendant was the nail tech who was going to do my fill on my nails. first started ok. then all of a sudden he started rushing through everything. he was rough on my nails while shaping and constantly burning my cuticle while rushing to trim off shaving. then once it was time to polish my nails the other ladys were all looking at me and staring, standing with there things ready to go making my rude nail tech rushing even more. they ask me to pay for the service and i gave them my card to pay and they literally put the pen to my hand to sign right away. so freaking rude they made me feel soo uncomfortable. the guy polish my nails by this time i wanted to get up and leave i was so over it. didnt want to start anything or argue because my daughter was there. i dried my hands through the dyer once then left. i asked first if they had time if you know its close to closing time u should NEVER tell a customer yes we have time. maybe it was my fault for going almost closing time but if you say its ok to fill my nails then its your fault. u still need to do a good job have Customer satisfactory. i hope someone will read this review and dont go to the place. this place does not even deserve a star. WORSE PLACE EVER RUDE A**people
