Recently got tractor wash. I could tell they are focused on providing the best service for truckers. Even if theres a line of trucks and trailers, they keep the customer service at a high level. Thanks guys and keep it up

Great wash, great speed, excellent service. Make sure you pay attention though, as they rush you in as fast as they can and tend to miss a lot.

Was pretty good. Left a bunch or bugs on my front end, had to get it washed again. Engine wash lacked for sure. Mgr told me that next time Im in town hell give me a free Engine wash. After redid front end, truck looked good.

Was the first truck washed after the holiday. The wash monkeys must be celebrating the holiday still. I didnt notice till I left, but they missed so many spots Ill need another wash. Dont waste your time and money on this place.

It was great. Amarillo blue beacons are good. West Memphis blue beacon sucks. My hometown.

People be careful with this place, they do a good wash but they do brake mirrors. They broke a hood mirrors on my 2018 freightliner cascadia and there main office said they look at the video and there is nothing wrong they see. So basically they telling me that I I made up that. I drove in with good mirror and drive out with broken but j guess its all me not them. Take pictures before you drive in so they cant tell you that it was like that.

This is one of the Blue Beacons I trust to do a good job. I have never had an issue here with missing spots or bad washing. There is always an employee who comes out after I pull out from the bay to make sure any spots missed inside get taken care of since it’s easier to see them once it starts drying off.Sometimes there’s a line, but they work thru trucks pretty quick. It’s always a good experience all around.

I been driving for 18 years I wont recommend this blue beacon at all the kid was in charge was garbage, I told him that they miss a spot and he told me that I have to pay extra for I tip the 3 guys and probably didnt like that I didnt tip him, last time that I will do business with this place.KN

They always do a great job but man I feel bad for the employees that wash trucks and have to wear a mask. How dumb can you be to make your employees do that. Absolutely the stupidest thing I have witnessed.

Good service and reasonable price.

Rolled in around midnight and didn’t have to wait for a bay at all, although it was only 2 guys they got me in and out pretty fast to say I was doing a tractor wash, a trailer wash, and a wash out.

Came in for reefer washout, after washout trl floor still had debris and residue where they charged me $24.12 for 6 mins additional time to do their job right

Not satisfied at all. They tried to do whats easy for them not what I asked for. If the customer asked for a service that HE will pay for than do what he asked for. I must tell him 3-4 times that i want my truck to be brushed not the trailer and he just insists to wash it without brushing it. Well if you pay for it than you can wash it your way. I hope next time will be easier. If not thats ok. There are other places to wash it.

As a dually owner they never clean my truck. Even though I tell them what I want it never get the full wash of what I pay for. Its sucks

This was the worst job I had ever had. If you aren’t related to the manager in any way you’re staying right where you are. If you do any good, they find any reason to undo your good deed. Multiple people quit this job because of managers and how they treated their employees. If your wash is bad at this location, look to management. They 100% are the reason the employees do not want to be there.

Night Shift did a great job on my truck. Supervisor was checking it out with a flashlight and running his hand on it.

Trailer wash/out $37.00. Weigh scales. Truck/trailer wash. Open 24 hr. Really fast service.

1st wash 2019. Amarillo, Tx. 1:00am crew did it the way it should be. Ennis location should be here to watch& learn.

I asked for engine wash, they didn’t washed it and charge me for that $111.60. Never gonna wash there again

I stopped in and got a trailer washout. They have always done a great job for me. Sometimes there is a line but they work as quickly as they can.

Wait not bad. As for the wash job horrible they ask me to check my motor and it wasnt even touche . They missed so many spots. Ill take mine back to Dallas they do great work Have to wait but its worth it. Stay away from this one

Will never return. On a good looking Wednesday afternoon we pulled in around 2 or 3. They were clearly in a hurry. Now the management was friendly and would appear thorough. We paid for a The Works. We always get The Works for $110. Now sure the under body rinse off is only 5 dollars but it didnt even get wet. Rinse lines up n down the trailer. Spots of dirt still clearly visible. You think a $20 tip would get better service. Now I will say they did ask if everything was satisfactory. No time to pull around, take the brush out the mans hands n show him how to do his job...

Great Wash. Great Staff. The crew works hard to clean the trucks day and complete. They inspect the wash as they go to make sure the customer is happy.

I had my Tractor washed here 6/22/13 @ 1130 am, I had them rewash it and they still left crap all over it. I went down the road and stopped after it had dried, on my tandem wheels they washed inside bottoms and left the top untouched, I think these guys should find something they know how to do, cause washing trucks is not it... I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS BLUE BEACON AGAIN

Busy day today. They did a nice job on the trailer, the truck not so much. I dont own the trailer, but the truck is mine. Youd think theyd take that into account, but no.

Stay away from this place. They just trow water at the truck like trying to cool it down on a hot Texas summer. I had to tell them to go over the hood one more time because it was nasty. For some reason they washed the trailer multiple times when it wasnt as dirty as the truck. Rolled in on night shift and the truck looked good when wet and dark, next morning I saw dirt & grime on the trailers bumper, chassis between cab and trailer and lower engine bay. Not going back there for sure.

Terrible. Says open 24 hours..closed 2 separate days I came through. Unreliable and when I called, manager had a aire of indignation, not compassion for any possible inconvenience.

My wheels were pretty bad, but I thought they could have done a better job cleaning them

I am not a big fan of Blue Beacons in general but this is one of the locations I rarely have any issues with. Seems like every time I visit, the crews always do a good job with the truck, even if Ive bring in half the Dakotas salt or muck. No, its not on par with a hand-dry wash but this particular location has always outshined the vast majority of other Beacons. The staff and crews have always been friendly and even double-rinsed the Pete and rgn set-up I pull. Thanks for the extra effort.

Why are you not open when the hrs online say you are 24hrs?
