Good place for an oil change. Only issue is they replaced the cabin air filter and didn’t clean it he duct so I left with a rattling sound. But, they fixed it same day with no issues. I’d go back for oil change again.

I have come here regularly over the years and it has simply decreased in quality over time. On my most recent visit I came in behind two other men who had been there already. I only needed my oil to be changed and some transmission oil to be changed. Now, two hours later my car has not been finished and the technicians are making excuses as to why they have not worked on it.Now I am a pretty patient person. I do not mind waiting. But after reading 100 pages of the book I brought to read while I waited, I began to wonder if I was being too calm with their complacent work ethic. You can say I just had a bad experience once and that it is unfortunate all around. Yes this is true. Other people that came through had a fine experience getting work done on their car. I just hope if you decide to visit this location you dont end up like me.Added one star since they gave $12 off for the long wait time.

My only experience has been trying to stop a monthly car wash subscription once it has started - DONT GET THE MONTHLY CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTION - if you ever want to stop it. We have a fleet vehicle that moved from the area and we have been trying for three months to stop the monthly charges from coming in. Finally had to just cancel the card to get it to stop. We spent hundreds on monthly car washes that were never used.

Good service car wash, but red towels leave lots of lint on the paint.

Trying to pay for a monthly car wash plan and no one will even pick up the phone. Pathetic. I dont care how busy you are, someone should always be there to answer the phone. Ill just go somewhere that wants business because you obviously dont.

Have had a couple inspections done and an oil change here. They’ve been quick and got me back on the road in no time.

As a customer i am very disappointment and upset at the kind of services they provide me at this location. From the beginning where the gentlemen that was doing the oil change to my car, for which i was there originally there for, he end up coming back and letting me know that i need the transmission fluid change and he went ahead a quoted me a price that was incorrect at the end of my service. Well since the service was done to my car, then my car started to act weird. So i had my mechanic look into it, and when he did, he found out that they hadnt even changed the transmission fluid on my car it was black, this was 4 days later from my services done .The worst things is that the manager seth and the Cody, they keep making feel stupid and made me cry, they think that the customers arent ever right and more then that they keep wanting to touch my car after they had mess it up the first time and they wouldnt even consider, refunding my money.They are very rude and very unconsecrated to the customer, and they dont even care if they have giving them a good service for the customer to leave satisfied. They made it so clear that they didnt care about the customers being happy after they have walked out of there. I have never felt so disrespected in my life until this happened, i would never let nobody walk away from my front desk or facility knowing that they are upset or even knowing that i have made a mistake, but obviously this places doesnt care about the their customers or there vehicles, they dont appreciate there customers and they obviously dont care about there vehicles.

Very disappointed with their employees. I asked for a cheap basic oil change and at the end they charged me double for what I asked for. They put the most expensive oil they could. I will never go back after being cheated.

Great service Clean and fresh product

Very unsatisfactory service. Took vehicle in for inspection on the morning of 10/29/2016 and they tried to say I needed more than the required criteria to pass (assuming just to make another sale). Dumb person hired to inspect said I needed two license plates lights and running lights when the TXDOT website clearly states otherwise. Quit trying to con people. Will never do business here again.
