I visited the car care center to get my annual vehicle inspection. Luckily, there was only one other person there. The inspection was completed and I was back home in less than 30 minutes. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return next year.

About to get monthly membership its that good. Never had any issues in 2+ yrs so far. Only negative I can mention is if you have custom(shiny) wheels, get the more basic wash, or youll be spending a lot of time buffing the tire stuff they use off to get the shine back. Everything else is a rare 5 stars. Especially in Amarillo!

My wife took her 2020 VW Passat R line here in April or may (2021) and the brushes stopped during the car wash. It scratched a panel on the vehicle. She has been talking to managers who said they will get in touch with a body shop to be taken care of. Still no response. She has got this runaround several times from them (from the same incident).

These people are always very helpful and today was no different. They are fast and explain things well also.

All the workers here are hard working people and in my opinion deserves a raise.For the multiple times I’ve been here to get my car cleaned I’ve gotten to know a few workers who go above and beyond.My personal favorite are Brady and Trey! Once I got to know them they would help out with a discount 😉 but I really never asked!Props to this car wash, one of the best and they treat you like family!

Customer service could be better. Team members talking on there cell phones and some smoking in side the bays. No one was wearkng masks.

I went to have an oil change and to my surprise it was very expensive and Define week I had to go to the dealership for another problem and learned that I did not need my brake line blown out which cost me extra money. The associates are friendly The Bays are organized the wait is not long but, Im not so sure about the prices. If youre single female be careful Ill sell you the moon if they can.

Very quick, professional, and helpful. They arent pushy about services you dont want, which is extremely helpful when you are in a rush on your lunch break. If there is something that they find wrong that they can fix easily, they came in quickly, explained the problem and the resolution, and gave a price before rushing out the door and fixing the problem as quick as they found it. Been going here for years now and never had a bad visit.

Sat in line since 6:30 PM, when it was my turn next (6:56) they told me they were closed now and I had to back up and leave. I asked the guy what time they closed and he said 7.... okay so it wasnt 7 yet, I arrived 30 minutes before 7 and I couldnt even be pushed through the line. Im more than sure that I could have gone through the wash and got my car cleaned by 7:00. Thats just me. But he told me no, he had cleaning duties and couldnt be bothered with cleaning another car.Ill just go somewhere else where they actually want my buisness.

State Inspection- I promise every state inspection will need wiper blades and they dont come cheap. Change your wiper blades before you bring vehicle for inspection. Techs are paid commission and its easy money. I call it BS. #neveragain

Go in for a oil change and they will say you need 3 or 4 other things done. Tell you one price and then you get your bill and its way more. Ill never go back!

After a bad experience in the store getting gas, I went to get my car washed; the young men working at the car wash were totally amazing!!! They did a GREAT JOB!!!!!

This was my first experience and it’ll be my last.I went in for a basic oil change.The girl at the counter, came in and out of the office and the garage. She continually told me about all the things wrong with my car. My car is NEW 2016 kia Rio. I got it a year ago. I called kia(they had been doing my oil changes and Maintenance for months)Kia told me there is no way that there is that much wrong with my car.(I wen to kia after the oil change here, my car was fine)So the people at this place were just trying to up sell me and get as much money as they could.

Manager here was not nice after I told him my car wasnt cleaned and would not allow me to go through again. Complained to his manager and never got my voucher for one car wash. Never thought they do this to paying customers and they wont get my 8 dollars again. I will go somewhere else. Horrible service here. They just want the money, it seems customers dont matter.

Watched 5 guys talking for 25 minutes with only one truck in the shop needed an inspection got fed up and left.

Service not friendly! Told me if I wanted cheap to go to Wal-Mart. But warned me that Wal-Mart doesnt change caskets blah blah. I had a coupon so I stayed. But they were not nice at all. Wouldnt recommend them.

Choose them over quick quack any day.

Went in on 09/21/2019 for state inspection, and oil change 3 techs on duty, and one guy in back office stood at front counter for 20 minuets trying to get someone to acknowledge my existence but sadly no luck . only 3 vehicles ahead of me from what I could tell ...so guess these guys multitasking skill were just stretched to the breaking point
