If i could rate no stars i would. Assistant manager was very unhelpful. I cancelled my policy and went across the street to acceptable insurance were i got great service and help with my insurance needs!

My cousin brought me to this location and they where very rude. The only thing we were trying to do was ad me to her policy and sign paperwork. Please I have to go to work . Not really good customer service at all

I call the ins and explain to Vanessa about me dropping one car nd adding another u did an auto signature just in case I couldnt make it in. Talk with Erica on october 21,2020 agAin explain to then my situation.at time me and my son together talk with this person nd expo.aga.At this time Erica had told me not to worry about coming in that she would handle it never got my refund not only that the company allowed the policy to continue on only had it for 21days didnt even have a car.
