Been doing buissness with this insurance company for about a year great service, good price for insurance

Many times on the phone the owner has screamed at me for having questions...and today he screamed at my wife in person since she came in to get some paperwork instead of me...I use a wheelchair and to avoid unloading it to just run in and grab paperwork she went in...my only regret is that I have given this angry little man as much money as I have....but that ends today...if you have any other alternative for your insurance needs I suggest you go elsewhere...

Who my insurance agent is has never seemed important to me previously. However, I have changed my mind about this. Kerry Polk went to bat for me with the insurance company. I will be getting my vehicle repaired though the insurance company denied my claim originally. He doesnt work for an insurance company, he works for the consumer. Because of this, he can shop different companies to find the best fit for your needs. And when it is needed, he will fight for you.

I have been with Apex for 16 years. I do business with them in the office and over the phone. I have always had good experiences with them. I have really good insurance and rates. Everything I was told has held up with the insurance I have. I always refer people their way and they take good care of them as well. I highly recommend Apex.THANKS GUYS

Great experience at Apex Insurance today. Called around and got 6 quotes, theirs was the cheapest by $30/month! Then when I got there, the guy at the front said, after we hung up the phone I worked on it a little more and found something even cheaper. I couldnt believe it. They work hard for you over there.

People do not be fooled into purchasing insurance from this company. If you have any doubts just go through and read the owners responses. This shows what type of person you will be dealing with.

If I could give no stars I would. After having a policy with Carrie for the last 10 yrs I came in today to switch 1 truck we had on our policy over to another. I am a new business owner and am required to take my tools to and from work with me. As soon as I pull up in the truck ( which has a ladder strapped down in the bed) and walk in the door I am met by Carrie who immediately starts raising his voice with me that my truck is for commercial use and will not be covered in the event of an accident. Tanner who had originally written the policy a yr earlier is also sitting there so I explain that when it had been written he had discussed this with me and assured me then that as long as it was not damaged or did not do damage on site it would cover me driving from work to home which is all I required as all of our jobs are not in locations where that type of liability would be an issue. At that point Carrie starts getting even louder with me when all I was asking was for an explanation of the difference in what I had been told and what kind of coverage I actually needed, he was yelling that I was trying to blame Tanner (which I was not, I was only asking why I had been told different wondering where the misunderstanding had begun) and accusing me of trying to commit insurance fraud which is complete slander against me, especially when I had been given incorrect info from the start by their office. He then barked at me that he would only write a commercial policy for it without clearly explaining the difference and why it was required to which I responded that I would have gladly let him do so if he had been polite about everything but by that point my mind was already made up that I would be going elsewhere with my business for all of my policies. At that point he started yelling at me to get out, as another customer walked in. I have truly never been treated with such disrespect or had baseless accusations flung at me the way I have today. This place is an embarrassment to insurance agencies. Just dont even waste your time or hard earned money.* Update * an hour later after speaking with AmWins who is the actual insurance company my policy is written through and who have been nothing but amazing to us I am finding out in order to get us on the current policy we had that Carrie lied about my place of employment stating I worked for some financial institution I had never even heard of, as stated above I am self employed. I will be in contact with a new agent AmWins has directed me to and who will now serve as my local agent tomorrow along with the correct info as to which policy they provide that I actually require.

Excellent customer service, Great rates, And a convenient location

Horrible customer service. Went in for a quote for me by myself and another with my partner added. The owner was rude and stated he did not have 2 hours to do quotes so I let the comment slide. He then re iterated what we needed and I responded with yes 2 quotes please and he responded with well I dont have all day to do quotes. At that point i felt the need to respond with, well if you want our business its the least you could do for us. He handed me back my drivers license and said I do not need to listen to that I responded with and I do as I walked out. Worst service ever. Do not recommend anyone working with people who do not want or appreciate your business.
