I originally spoke to Cheyenne when the rates on my Progressive auto insurance began climbing. I stuck with them for another six months and once again received a new billing schedule from Progressive that cost almost as much as my car payment. Cheyennes timing on reaching out again was perfect, and she found me almost exactly the same coverage (auto/rental) for a WILD amount less per month. She is incredibly fast at getting things taken care of, and super responsive both before and after becoming a client. Im really glad she reached out when she did!

When I was buying my house in 2016 I was calling around for quotes. Towards signing day I was in a time crunch due to other factors. Not only was State Farm one of the most expensive in town, I didnt receive any of the promised calls backs I needed.Fast forward a year I have received one call a day for 2 weeks wanting to re-quote my insurance. After 5 days of not answering or returning calls I started to receive calls and text messages. Most customers no not appreciate aggressive sales calls, especially from a company that is more expensive than others in town.
