Snow Bear came through again with an excellent AC/heater tuneup. From the gentleman that came to do the service to ladies at the front desk, I was definitely impressed with the customer service & professionalism. My AC/heater has been running smoothly 2 years straight since getting the tuneups done. I highly recommend anybody & everybody to look into getting a tuneup done biannually with Snow Bear. Every AC/heater needs a some TLC & Snow Bear is the place to call!

After more than a month of using this company and spending $800 on what they think will fix our a.c., it still doesnt work. We called another company out Monday and the tech said these guys really did a number on my outside unit. The new capacitor we bought was wired backwards, the fan was bent, the new duct we got wasnt put into code and they used the wrong refrigerant for our unit. According to the tech purging that out and replacing it will cost us almost $1000 just for that. All because this company didnt do their job right. My husband called and tried to get a refund, thats all we want is our money back and they will not give it. They want to send the tech who wired our stuff backwards to come look at our unit and go over our options. After the number theyve done we do not want them touching our stuff again. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself time and money and avoid this company.

Called on a Sunday after our ac stopped working. Service Technicians showed up an hour before they were scheduled 🤙🏻. Ended up having to replace the capacitor and boom ac was working again. Techs were extremely professional and personable. I’ll continue to call snow bear to keep our ac and heater working, they haven’t let us down and they will not let you down.

On July 5, 2021, I log online to Homedepot.com to try to purchase a air and heating system for my home, but when I started the research on the company Snow Bear Heat and Air the one called me to get information about getting a system install in my home, but I continue to called Homedepot 800 numbers and Homedepot here in my state but no Homedepot employees knew about this company, so on July 6, I told the lady Karen to cancel the order because Homedepot employees didn’t have a ticket that I had ordered nor did they knew this company Snow Bear Heat and Air, which supposed to be one of Homedepot Provider but no one knew anything, the reason I cancel the order because I didn’t think they were legit, she gave me her email and Karen put another lady on the phone name Jade who increase my limit so that, I can get the unit but it’s still seen like a scam and it was! I continue to contact Homedepot employees and no one helped me, and I warned the Citibank that I never authorized this company to take nothing off my Homedepot’s credit card, because they waited week or so to get the system and the emails got me to thinking this company was not legit, so I cancel it on July 6, but Citibank still gave them the $9900 after I told them they were a scam on July 14, 2021. This company is a nightmare and I want people to know not to deal with this company Snow Bear Heat and Air! God bless theirs stealing and unfaithful souls!

Being new to the Amarillo area we had no idea who to call when our heat stopped working. Snow Bear was the first and only place we needed to call! Customer service was amazing, they were able to come out the same day and fixed everything very fast! The next day we got a call asking how our experience was and immediately signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Each technician we met was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! This is a great and reliable company, with me being a new home owner I was worried about be taking advantage of. Daniel serviced our heating issues. He came in on time ( masked up), very professional and knowledgeable. He found the source of our issue in no time. They accepted my warranty too with no problems. Although there were no repairs to be made in the end, my representatives were courteous, informative, professional, and seemed to exhaust all options while looking into the unit. Snowbear Air & heat of Wichita falls, Tx, repaired my daughters heating last fall. In the process, they broke a freon line. They did tell her they broke it, but couldnt repair it that day. they said they would be out next week to fix its, but never came back. My daughter finally got them to come back and fix the line they broke. Service tech said it had no freon in it. of course it didnt, it leaked out when they broke the line. They refuse to replace the freon that they caused to leak out. do not use this company. They will damage your equipment and refuse to repair it. definatley not e reputable company.

If Daniel keeps technicians like Aaron M. and Davian G. on his team, we will be lifelong customers! We bought an older home (1937) in Wolflin 1 1/2 years ago. The home is so large that it had 3 heating and cooling systems who have seen better days for sure. We have used Daniels Heating & Air for 2 system replacements thus far and couldnt be more pleased!Aaron and Davian were involved in both installs and, quite honestly, they are perhaps the most respectful and pleasant young men we have ever encountered on service calls. Their work was exceptional as well. They kept us informed every step of the way throughout removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones. If there were any delays or hiccups, they communicated that as well as what the plan would be.Im secretly hoping the last system dies soon as we will definitely have Daniels Heating & Air do the work again. AND... Im requesting Aaron and Davian by name to come back out. Great guys... you wont be disappointed!

This is one of the most professional and caring companies I have had the pleasure of working with. The first visit was through the warranty company I have on my home. So impressed I called them back to do the heater maintenance.Tonight Roy came and cleaned the heating unit and also took the cover off of the AC unit and thoroughly cleaned all of the inside. I know my HVAC systems are clean and ready for which season I am needing them. So appreciative they will come after 5 pm since I work full time. Can reach them on weekends and 24/7 if needed. Great company. Definitely would recommend !

I got charged for service, which is I didnt agree or didnt sign any contract/ paperwork; they even used my credit card without permission. Just be careful.

Told me that my a/c turbo charger was out. Charged $357 for a capacitor that I could have bought elsewhere for $13.

My family set up the service; then they come by when we were not home said they fixed the outside AC line, so we have to pay the labor work without any prove, paper, picture; they don’t want to do anything about it wouldn’t even give me their names of their employees; they were here pretty much told me, oh, sorry for your luck. I do not recommend them at all, and I am filing a civil suit for fault lawsuit

I had great service and even had a local repair company look at it and he refused the job because the air was on the roof and said he did not want to climb on a roof. However, the problem was the fan. They got it going and it worked well. I am calling them again today for another issue in the Wichita Falls area and will keep you posted in regards to their second visit!! If their record continues they will be beating other companies hands down on their great customer service and knowledge.As a side note the two great technicians were Jacob and Leiver!!! Great job guys!!!!

From start to finish the service was excellent. Kevin was always on the end of the phone answering my questions. Jacob Installed the unit. I was late getting home for my appointment. Jacob was waiting. I had gone to the grocery store. As I was getting out of the care jacob saw that I had my hands full. He said let me help you. He ended up bringing in all of my groceries. I think he would of put them away if I had let him. He answered my questions as he installed the unit. When he was finished he got out the instruction book and went through it with me. Then he proceeded to show me how the remote worked. Of course he installed the batteries for me. Daniel the electrician came ¹out twice to do the electrical. ¹He was very polite and informative. Over all I had the best experience with Sno Bear. Theses 3 young men are excellent and very good spokes people for your company. So polite and so helpful. I will be singing their praises . Had a weekend AC outage and got the name of Daniels Heat and Air from a friend. They were able to send someone out quickly which was a plus. Angelica was on time and used great communication as to what was going on through text as I requested a contactless repair. She had the problem fixed in a short time, and she wore a mask for protection of all even though she was outside in the heat! Definitely recommend!

I talked to Daniel about the product and company, he was very professional! He’s very knowledgeable and I can see the value in the product!

Charged me $850 to replace a thermostat and a gas valve that was not needed because after they were done the furnace was doing the exact same thing as before. They “repaired” it by taking the cover off the furnace and sticking a pen in the Ignition switch to keep it powered on. Said to leave the cover off And they would call me tomorrow to schedule someone to clean the coils and would be a separate charge. They didn’t fix anything and left the furnace in a state does not look safe and is certainly not up to code. I’ll be driving to the office first thing in the morning and filing a complaint w the bbb and willl take them to small claims court if this is the repair that they are satisfied with.

Absolutely worth the price. They took care of every single thing that I could ask for. They had this new kid, I believe his name was Leiver. He told me he was new and still getting introduced to everything, but he still tried his absolute best to answer any question I asked. Great service and great people. Would recommend.

I recommend Snow Bear heating and Air because of how professional, the quality of work that Brian my Technician had for us. He had to climb up in the attic a couple of times and was polite and explained to us what he was going to have to do next to get the Air Conditioning back running. It has been about two weeks or so and it has been running very well.

Honest, Responsive, Courteous, Professional, On time and diagnosed it right the first time out!My AC wasnt working during the heat of the day, triple digit heat for a week-strait. I called FNHW, requested service, the next day (Friday) they sent out a work order to Daniels H&A for service. Though, our work order was place the next day (Friday) in a heat wave, where weekends are a premium for H&A companies to respond to calls. I soon realized it could possibly be a week before someone actually came out to my location. However, Daniels sent someone out the next working day (Monday) on a 1-3 time slot, Angelica and another young man showed up just after 1pm, diagnosed the issue and informed me of the problem & its remedy.Thanks to her, I was able to have my AC up and running again in a short time. Over all, FNHW was slow to navigate through, Daniels H&A in a busy time of year expedited my work order, sent a Tech and helper out and got the job done, my AC was running as normal again. THANK YOU to Angelica and the team at Daniels Heating and Air. I will use them again with out a doubt.

Thank you for coming out on a Saturday to repair my air conditioner. From the time I called until the time it was fixed it only took less than an hour for them to replace my condenser fan motor. Daniel is absolutely the best technician you guys have I will highly recommend you to all my friends family and coworkers!!! They also only charge seven dollars for the diagnosis

Technician Brian did an excellent job of recharging the refrigerant in our Lennox a/c and replacing a filter for same. He figured out what was going on really quickly and got to work right away. He also dealt with the home warranty folks very successfully and we wound up paying only $75 for an afternoon’s labor and about $360 worth of refrigerant. I don’t think this unit has ever worked better. He was easy to talk to, as well. I even learned a few things! Thanks, Snow Bear.
