I called at 8:00 a.m. and had a technician at my house at 9:00. Trey did a thorough analysis and found the issue, drip pan was not draining and tripping the unit to turn off. I’ve used this company for years and will continue to do so because of their excellent service. You can’t go wrong using Amarillo Air Conditioning!

The technician, Monica, that came to our home was excellent! She was thorough, found the problem, and soon it was fixed. She explained what the problem was and steps we could take to avoid that in the future. She was very considerate to wear shoe covers inside, and also wore a mask which I appreciated. Great job!

My condensation line was dripping constantly & I called them to re-route the line. Trey took the time to get the condensation to drain correctly in the plumbing line instead of outside my window! I really appreciate the attention to detail & it was very affordable.

Amarillo Air Conditioning came out in April and diagnosed our air conditioning problem. We had our home warranty therefore we had to go through them and they chose a different company. That company came out said it was our Freon, refilled it. The same problem occurred 3 months later we called the home warranty people again they sent out a new company to diagnose the problem. They refilled our Freon again. Less then 30 days later Freon was out again and the same problem was occurring. The home warranty people pick an air conditioning company again and they finally come to the conclusion that it was the problem that was first diagnosis by Amarillo Air back in April saying it was a coil problem. The company wanted to charge us double to move our entire unit to the other size of the house and replace the coil. We called Amarillo Air out to fix the problem and covered the cost ourselves. Amarillo Air came out the same day I called them ordered the part and was back at my house in less then 24 hours fixing my coil problem. We should have gone with Amarillo Air back in April. Justin was very professional, courteous and always on time. They will definitely be receiving our business from here on out. Home warranty or not they’re worth going with every time!! Save yourself the headache and just call Amarillo Air!!!!

I called in on Saturday morning with my AC down. It is quite an old unit, and I feared I would need a new one. I had a service technician at my house withing an hour. Her name was Monica. She checked several items and determined that I was low on freon or whatever coolant is used today.. She was courteous, professional and did a great job. I have always gotten great service from Amarillo Air. I know I will have to replace my AC before too much longer, and I will certainly use Amarillo Air Conditioning for that job

I have used Amarillo Air Conditioning for more decades than I care to count and my parents before me. They are honest, ethical, and wonderful to do business with. Its a pleasure to have their guys in my home and I dont ever worry about leaving anything out (like my purse, jewelry, etc.). This is a fabulous company that I cannot recommend highly enough. Amarillo Air Conditioning replaced our HVAC system. The compressor and condensing unit on the old system had failed and we opted to replace the entire system instead of just the condensing unit. Their pricing was outstanding and the bid was very comprehensive. We obtained 3 bids and went with them due to their professionalism, thoroughness and customer reviews. Overall, we were very pleased and recommend them most highly to anyone needing HVAC replacement or repair.
