I always have a good experience here. My favorite nail tech is Vicky. She’s so great!Unfortunately the last few times I have been here, the entire salon has smelled like sewage. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it smells like someone totally destroyed the restroom and it’s just been lingering. It’s not pleasant while I’m trying to enjoy my nail service.

I made an appointment for several (4) manicures and (4) pedicures as a part of a bachelorette spa day months in advance and confirmed the appointment the week prior. We walk into the salon at the day and time of our appointment expecting to see chairs open for us and people waiting to take us. Instead the location was full and every employee was busy. Not a single employee acknowledged us or greeted us for 25 minutes. They did all take turns briefly looking at us but never making eye contact or anything as we stood there awkwardly for someone. After 25 minutes an employee comes over to tell us they are running late.When I told them that we have other appointments lined up and would have to cancel some services to accommodate for their lateness she proceeds to pout and talk to the staff about us in front of us. It still took another 15 minutes to get the bride into a manicure chair. We ended up leaving an hour after our appointment started with only the bride getting a manicure. I expected more from a customer service, timeliness, and professionalism standpoint for a salon in this location. The fact that they would prefer to take a walk-in over our guaranteed 8 services, not to mention the other services of the other party of 2 that had to wait equally as long, speaks volumes. Don’t bother going here.

Very disappointed. The pedicure was wonderful which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. The tech was thorough and meticulous. The manicure, however, chipped off the next day. I used 2 different colors so I don’t know if it was a bad polish, but I expected it to last more than a day!

I’ve tried this place twice now, and both times I’ve left disappointed. Over priced and the service is below average. I had polish all over my skin and was expected to leave like that. I asked for them to tidy it up and they said it will come off on it’s own. I don’t come to a salon to have to tidy up my nails at home. Else I’d paint my own nails. I asked for color match on my hands and feet. I got red finger nails and orange toes. I should have been paying attention when they were painting it, so that’s on me. But this place honestly doesn’t care what job they do. I have lumpy gel toe nails and toddler painted finger nails. Yay!

I got my SNS extensions done here and they were bad. All different shapes and thicknesses. That said I let them know and they fixed them for free. They are great now! I went with my friend and her’s were great too. I just had a nail tech that wanted to go home and she didn’t take me seriously because I look young. The customer service is terrible though. Overall okay experience but my nails look good. I just got a bad nail tech. While I was getting them fixed, I saw her doing someone else’s nails and they were fine. She didn’t take me seriously because I am young.

This experience was the absolute WORST. First of all I got sns nails that cost $40. I got cut and hurt. The lady was also being very rough with my nails. I will NEVER come back to this nails solan and I hope you take this as a sign so you don’t get scammed. I ended up paying $55 dollars not tip when I was suppose to pay $40

I don’t like posting negative feedback, but this deserves to be shared... I had booked an appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early.. After 30 minutes of waiting., I had to go and remind them I was sitting there and I had an appointment... Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting, I had to go track someone down and ask what the problem was... They were clearly overbooked. I could understand a long wait if I was a walk-in, but the fact I had an appointment, it was rude! If you go here, make sure you have a lot of time in case they are “overbooked”! Appointments don’t seem to hold much wait at Parisian!

It was so bad. She cut me 3 times and she did not give me what I wanted !

I asked to have acrylic nails removed. They did not use acetone to soak them off, they simply used another acrylic tip to pry the old ones off. They also did not buff or shape the nails afterwards and it was painful. They left them rough and misshapen. It was not worth the $10 to get them removed there.

The service was terrible and the pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.

Awfull- much to overpriced!!! My SNS is so bad, bumpy and unprofessional. I paid 132 dollars for a manicure and a pedicure. That is so overpriced....!!!The manager is impudent. After a complain from my friend she took a secret foto of her!!!! Never again!

Jenji (I think 😕 was fab!) $17 for natural mani but is in Avalon. Would have been nice if served wine. Overall very happy because I loved my manicurist!! She did not pressure me for gel nails which is SO nice!! I get so tired of that.

Called ahead and made appointment for fill in for acrylic nails. I was told it would be $25. When I checked out, they told me it was $37. When I asked why it wasn’t $25. I was told that I got a gel fill in, something I didn’t ask for. I don’t even know what a gel manicure is! They threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay up. So I did just to get out of there. DO NOT go to this salon. They will do this switch on you too! I even talked to the manager and his solution was to take off the gel on my hands! Seriously!!

Do not go here for a dip/SNS manicure. I have been getting dip manicures for the past three years and tried this place after moving. Even with a more expensive price, the quality was terrible. Two nails chipped in less than a week. I went back and they did fix them for free. Now I am a week and a half out and two more have cracked. Again, SNS manicures should never crack unless you slam your finger into a door. They only grow out with your nail and that is why they need to be redone. I am very disappointed at this quality especially with the higher prices/popular location.

Didn’t take me seriously, overpaid for a terrible pedicure, hangnails still on my toe nails, paid for the 40 minute service, and was only there for 30, and the massage is nonexistent.

I had a great experience there yesterday. I came in to get my SNS changed, and BB (sp?) did a fantastic job. She also gives a killer neck/shoulder massage. I definitely recommend. Slightly pricey, but to be expected at the Avalon.

I had the worst experience on 7/18/20. The nail tech seemed like she wasnt in the mood for anything, she kept filing my skin instead of my nails and the 2 nails I needed fixed does not look like the shape I have. I drove 30 mins because my mother recommended this place but I wont be back.

Had an awful experience. Not only were they late on the appointment, they didn’t service my friend due to being short staffed (we had an appointment) while walk-in’s received immediate service. Cleanliness? Didn’t see her my entire visit. Hands dipped in the same sns powder as other clients, old tools that weren’t cleaned, no cleaning or disinfecting of seats after clients got up. Not something you’d expect in a place like the Avalon and at the prices they’re charging. I would definitely recommend posh down the street. They are attentive, clean, and punctual. Three things I did not receive on my visit today.

I went to Parisian Nail Salon at Avalon for the first time for a Pink and White fill. I’ve been getting Pink and White nails for at least 20 years. I must say that Mary did the best pink and white fill I have ever had in my life. My nail shape was perfect, nails were thin and natural looking and look absolutely classy. The place is quite elegant in decor. Tina is the manager. Knowing I was a first time client, she introduced herself and wanted to make sure I was happy. I needed some relaxing time. What more can I say. I will be back as a regular customer. Love this place!

I got SNS and my nails got cracked in less than a week and my toenails have worst ingrown than they had and they did nothing for me. Paid 80$ for a bad job. Really disappointed.

We visited this nail salon from out of town (NJ) and we were happily surprised with the welcome, the service and the beauty of the salon.Highly recommend to everyone!!!!

I stopped in for a pedicure while visiting from D.C. and decided to give the Jewel of Paris a try. I received what was hands down the BEST pedicure of my life from Lee! He was absolutely AMAZING! My daughter had a pedicure as well and enjoyed her service from Tara! I will definitely be back during my next visit to the area!

Update: They were fantastic about making sure everything was fixed and I was treated with urgency. They made me feel like my business was important to them! I went to Tina and she was absolutely amazing!!! Love her!!! I won’t go with anyone else.The worst nail experience. My nails have lumps and are uneven. I have posted a picture for reference. It took way too long and they said they would fix it but I had a life to get back to and they were so bad that I didn’t even trust them to fix it. This was my second visit. The first visit wasn’t great. I left bleeding but they looked nice so I decided to give them a second try and this time was worse. I would never go back. I even brought a friend with me and she said she wouldn’t go back because of how awful mine looked. I have asked the owner to call me and I have yet to receive a call. I have to pay more to go get them fixed somewhere else.

I have a much different experience than others, it seems... Ive never felt rushed here, and everyone always does great work!Ive always left happy, and I never have to wait. Ive even had to go in shortly before they close, and they still do not rush me out of there and do a great job! I even managed to have a manicure with REGULAR polish last 2 weeks....I cant even believe that!

Ask for Tiffany!! She exceeded expectations and continues to do so. She made me feel at home and does an amazing job! My nails used to have problems breaking and chiping, however ever since I started going to Tiffany at Parisian Avalon, my nails have been stronger and healthier than ever. I get so many compliments on my nails!

I came here for a fill in after they originally did my full set. My thumb nail broke within 2 hours once I got home. I contacted the salon so they could repair it I was asked what I was doing to cause it to break (really) I simply replied folding laundry. After waiting for 5 minutes for the receptionist to find someone that could do acrylic nails again really its a nail salon. She then inform me that there would be a $5 charge really for a break within 2 hours of service when service was already over priced as I paid $60 that day before for a fill in and pedicure. Already knowing prices were inflated BC of the area fine. This is pure principal your quality of work is so poor that it can with stand folding clothes. The receptionist couldnt even look me in the eyes smh will never be back and will tell everyone not to come as I both live and work in the area. I wish I could give them a zero rating.

I am a licensed Master Cosmetologist and an Instructor of Master Cosmetology for the state of Georgia. This review is in regards to customer Jacqueline Barzi, who is dealing with a fungal infection on her nail plate caused by improper cleaning and disinfection of implements at this salon. It is a bad enough situation to be dealing with such an infection but the fact that the owner Tina, is not apologizing to the client and instead is playing a blame game is even more terrible. NAIL FUNGI SHOULD BE A CONCERN TO THE SALON BECAUSE THEY ARE CONTAGIOUS AND CAN BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH CONTAMINATED IMPLEMENTS! Fungi can spread from one client to another. Nail infection caused by fungi can be avoided by following state board guidelines for proper cleaning and disinfection! Perhaps taking the time to review the steps with staff members will ensure that all tools are being sterilized. It is impossible to speak for all employees and ensure to clients that it is not the salons fault for the IMPROPERLY sanitized implements in this case. Cleaning/disinfecting alone is not enough if it is done incorrectly. Think about the clients well being first instead of accusing them of hurting your business. The service industry is nothing without happy clients.

I got my nails done and got sns tips. the lady I had made my nails all different lengths and it was very bumpy after I got them done. I asked to get them a certain length and it ended up way too long. I’m not impressed at all on how my nails turned out. I will not be returning to this nail salon ever again.

So it was my first time trying Parisian Nail Salon today. I figured since it was inside of Avalon I couldn’t go wrong. Well I guess I was wrong. Not only did the lady cut my nails all different lengths but she also shaped them differently. She left polish stains on my skin and also did not polish my entire nails. This will be my first and last time going there....extremely disappointed! Will post pictures to show.

Beautiful salon with friendly nail techs and most importantly, great job on my feetsies (got the pedicure😉). They were doing nails of all shapes and sizes and everyone looked pleased!

Pros: good location and the front desk person was very niceCons: there were literally roaches in the salon. The nail techs are very pushy to upsell you for services that are overpriced and unnecessary. The pedicure aand manicure took way too long and my nails are uneven and lumpy. Parking is a pain. I wont be back

Went in for a polish change on my fingers, and a pedicure. The salon was clean and the staff was attentive when I walked in. Hanna (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly) did a great job and was very sweet.I’m in Alpharetta today visiting from out of town; I might have to consider paying this salon another visit the next time I’m in town.

Nice and clean with many options for colors and services. Some employees lack good communication skills and the level of service can vary.

Have come here over 10 times because of proximity and cleanliness and skill of technicians. Always ask for price and be very specific about WHAT you want. They will pretend not to understand you and perform the most expensive service.

Although my nails looked beautiful after my appointment, unfortunately the tools that were used for my hands werent sanitized properly because now I have a nail fungus on my thumb on my left hand. I will never return to this specific nail salon. Now I have to spend so much money to get rid of the fungus. Very disappointed...UPDATE: I do NOT do SNS or acrylic nails.

Usually like going here but this last time was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had an appointment at 11:00 and it was 11:45 before someone even came over to me. My entire party was finished before my pedicure was started. While waiting, three other women came in and were serviced on the stop. Meanwhile I’d been sitting in the chair for 45 minutes. On top of all that, the lady charged me for a manicure that I didn’t ask for. I do like coming here but unfortunately, this one bad experience was enough to ruin this place for me.

Terrible terrible manicure. I told her exactly what length I wanted my nails and she just cut all my nails off and was filing my skin. I told her to stop and she would grab my hand back and keep filing. She did two coats on one hand and 3 on the other.

If you could choose no stars then that is what this salon is getting. They messed up my nails when I told them to give me a light pink sns. I ended up with this ugly neon green color. And the tips are hurting my nail bed so bad. My friend waited for over an hour so she could get her nails since they broke off the week before. It smell so strange I had a asthma attack and the lady didn’t even bother to help me instead she raised the price of my nails. And my boyfriend Himmet had to ask the lady to get me a water so I wouldn’t choke to death. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and hope people see how bad this place really is.

First of all i walk in and i get a glare. i had to wait for 30 minuets before i could get my manicure, people that came after me got service before me i told her my nail color and she gets it wrong so i tell her that’s not the color. so she gets the color, the manicure(sns) is fine but when i’m done i realize it’s wrong. i asked for a baby blue and i got sparkly white. and all my nails are different shapes i asked for square and i got round. i do not recommend this place and i will not be coming back.

I feel bad writing this because the girls are nice but unfortunately the quality of the work is not good at all. The girls rush through the work and the end result is sloppy.I would not mind paying $50 for a mani-pedi if it looked nice and professionally done, but when it looks like I did it myself why pay $50 plus tip.I have to say the place is nice, and again, the girls are nice, maybe they just need better training.

Horrible experience after they have post COVID opening. People are asked to sit down as walks ins ans ones with appointments are still waiting for their turns. They are not following by the hour rule for sure.

It was ok here my nails was done quick and pleasing to me, the only thing is that the polish i chose was a normal polich and they charged me extra for it.

This was my first time at this nail shop. I made a 2:30pm appointment for a mani and pedi. When I arrived it appeared that they booked 15 other clients for that same time slot and didn’t have enough technicians to accommodate. So needless to say I had to wait for 20 minutes before my pedicure was started and then once the lady finished my pedicure I had to wait another 15 -20 minutes before my manicure was even started. I also had to move out of the pedicure seat to have my mani done. I’m being real patient right now.* Side note* the pedicure lady was friendly and did a good job!But I gave this place 3 stars because they are not efficient and they have no regard for my time as the customer. I haven’t decided if I will come back to this place again.

I share the review from Ms. Valenzuela below.The place is nice and so are the people working there but the end result is just not worth $50 for a mani-pedi.Not a wide selection of polish colors. They display these on fake nails (which is a good idea) but they get faded because the sun hits at the samples. So I picked up a color and happened to be completely different. The nail tech found a similar color but it was a gel one (you need to pay extra for gel polish and they have a bigger selection of these) she made me pay the difference although it was not fault. She assured me it will last two weeks but sadly and not surprised, it didnt make it a week.I went there with my mom, she was cut once and her nail tech seemed rushed.My pedi seemed fine until now. My toe nails are now growing and i can feel she didnt cut the sides so it is really uncomfortable.

I got a full set of nails on Tuesday and today is Friday and they already look like they need a fill in. The staff was a bit rude to me and my friend. Their prices would be ok if the quality matches it but it doesnt. Avoid this salon.

Person who did my pedicure with added service was very nice. She would get 5 stars. Also, salon very nice, clean. Prices overall comparable and good price quality ratio except manicure. She did not provide a towel to protect clothing. My dress got wet from hot towel wrap. Did not feel relaxed after paraffin on feet felt burning hot and as a result got polish smeared from finger nails on my dress. The girl who did manicure did nothing to help me out. Asked how do I get it off. She told me to go home and wash it....After mani dried for almost an hour got first chip in the polish without getting caught on anything. Disappointed!!! Had a rare day off and had looked forward to a nice mani pedi. Pedi looks good and feet feel great. Neck massage by mani person was awkward and did nothing to relax me. She put no pressure on my neck and never asked if it was ok. Even before the polish smearing she acted very nonchalant. Have received WAY better service (ref mani) at less nice places.
