Excellent overall experience! I was out running errands today and decided to get a pedicure at a highly rated spa near me. I’m glad I did because from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I felt well taken care of by the owner and the staff. I was greeted with a warm welcome including questions about how I found the place (Google) and that they’ve been in business about a year. They immediately got the foot spa going and went to work. For $45 I got two “warm foot” treatments, some thick lotion and the finishing up with paraffin wax. I like that she did a lot of massage, no hot towels or stones which sounds much better than it is at other spas. The place is really clean and I will definitely be back.

This place is Amazing! When I first moved to the area I disliked every nail spa that I went to and then I found Mega. OMG!!! So professional, Mary and Ricky are my favorite people ever. They take their time and ensured that I was relaxed. I always love my nails. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and hard work!

I came here to just have a day to myself and I throughly enjoyed my experience. My jelly pedicure was 1000% worth it. The hot stone massage was the highlight 😍. I would recommend to my loved ones !

I chose to go to this place because it is really large and with Covid that made me feel more comfortable. It is very clean and it was very spaced out so there were no concerns about safety, except for the big 🥴🥴 that the owner walking around was not wearing a mask. My nail tech was very nice and did a great job, however, The products they use there are very harsh on your skin. They soaked my hands and what I now assume was just alcohol in my fingers are dry and flaky two days later. No amount of lotion is helping.

Emily was friendly and fast with my SNS manicure. They have a large variety of colors including OPI options. It’s spacious so it’s easy to keep distance from others. They have a deal during the week that I believe is $5 off if you come between 12-3 pm.

Walked in with a picture of the nails I wanted, was serviced for immediately! My nails looked better than the Instagram models! My forever nail shop!

Got a gel manicure with Lynn on Saturday. I would like to start off with how long it took. It took 1.5 hours to remove the sns and to apply a gel manicure. She soaked my fingers in a plastic bag with chemical solution for about an hour, gradually removing the sns layers off and placing my entire hand back into the liquid filled bag. She scraped a chunk of skin off my left pinky with the nail file which still hurts badly two days later. My skin has been peeling non-stop which I assume is from the damage to my skin due to the chemicals. I have never experienced this before and do not recommend this salon. They WILL damage your skin!!

This was my first time at mega nails and it definitely won’t be my last. I was so pleased with the service I received at this salon. The color selection is extensive which I love and the interior was beautiful. Everyone there was so nice especially Emily she was so sweet she really made sure I loved my nails and that they would last. 10/10 would recommend!

I came to this salon because I wanted some self care. I am a man but I wanted to just get my nails done and I stopped in this place. The first person I saw was Ricky and he directed me to one of the technicians. It was a lovely experience. They offered me sprite and they also were very much on time. The whole experience was great. I will recommend this place to my friends and will definitely be back. I was also able to pick up a cool face mask after my service wad done. 100 star service. Will return.

I came in without an appointment on a Friday evening and was kindly greeted! My services (pedicure and a manicure) were started in a timely manner which I greatly appreciate! I also appreciated the social distancing teddy bears ( so cute) . I will definitely be back next week with my nieces !!!

The employees were all professional and enforcing sanitary measures to ensure the safety of their customers and establishment. Rickey the owner is very welcoming and friendly and he is very passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and satisfied. I felt like a Queen leaving there due to the service I received. My manicure & pedicure is gorgeous. My feet feel like I’m walking on clouds (no exaggeration)! I can not wait to return! Obviously I’ve been to the establishment if I took the time out my day to do a review. I said what I said and your comment further explains why I chose to give a one star rating. You seem to be worried more about the review then my experience yesterday as a first time customer. I explained what I wanted and instead of being honest about what you could or could not do you made up poor excuses of why the work was they way it was instead of making sure it was done correctly.

I received really good service at this location the owner Ricky, is very professional and friendly so is Mary, and Emily. They all provide excellent service!Normally at nail salons they get you in and out of the chair but at Mega Nails they are very inviting and you dont feel rushed. They have a really great atmosphere and provide you with quality service as well!I got a pedicure with Gel polish my first time which has last going on 4 weeks now. The second time I got a foot massage, which was well needed more than I thought! Excellent massage by Mary!They also offer the champagne service as well, which I thought was a pretty nice touch while getting the full chair massage.Theyre also very clean and a pretty big nail salon which is great for social distancing.I definitely recommend getting your nails done here. Mega Disappointed!! I chose to try out this nail salon yesterday for the first time because it had a lot of good reviews and it was a relatively short drive from me. I was hoping to find a new place to receive a pedicure and a SNS manicure, but sadly I just found a place that doesn’t value their customers. To sum up my review, the following is a list of pros and cons of my first (and last) experience at Mega Nails on Holcomb Bridge:Pros- I was a walk-in & they were able to fit me in on Labor Day (props for availability on a holiday), it appeared to be clean, & they have a wide selection of colors, Emily did correct my pedicure w/a new polish today when I returned to Mega Nails. (2 stars for these pros, 1 of which is bc Emily fixed my toes).Cons- As a walk-in, my pedicure was rushed & careless (definitely showed in the end result, poor polish job w/bubbles & holes) if there wasn’t time to give me a pedi & mani then it should’ve been said, I spent 2.5 hrs there & my SNS manicure was terrible, both in service & appearance, (No type of hand/arm massage, 6 fingers bleeding by the end, messy w/no clean off of hands/arms, misshaped, square nails when I asked for rounded & large noticeable gaps no natural look whatsoever, and even worse than all of that is the male owner lacked interest in correcting this situation.Emily tried her best to fix my nails, but my fingers were too scraped/sore from yesterday that she couldn’t do much, & although they looked better than before they’re still not good. The other owner cut me off trying to explain my concerns, his attempt at a resolution was to offer me a 20% discount off of my next service, he chose not to refund, discount or even offer that 20% off for THIS poor experience...that’s some pretty poor customer appreciation and overall just not good business! I returned to them today to at least give the chance to do the right thing, I guess they would’ve if they really appreciated customers. See pics & decide if it’s worth 4.5 hrs at the salon & $71! There definitely will not be a next time for me!*In response to the owner’s reply- I’m not going to go back-and-forth about it, I get that you’ll try to save face, but what you said is not accurate- I had my pedicure first and had my colors picked out before the pedicure and never changed the color. I said the pedicure was rushed and careless, the manicure was just sloppy and careless- more time was taken but not because of attention to detail or standard of service.I stated in the pros that my pedicure was corrected with new color. There was an attempt to improve my fingernails as much as could be, but being better doesn’t mean they’re good. I understand if you have a no refund policy, however offering a future discount and not a discount on this dissatisfactory experience (even after I asked) shows customer satisfaction is not the priority. I don’t believe you’re deliberately driving me away, but your business principles have.

I went to have my tips and polish removed, and instead of soaking them off the employee just pried them off my nails. This just damaged my nails even further and it was also painful. I will not be returning.

Amazing service. BUT my nail lady her name was Ivy messed my nails up. She sanded them down WAY TO MUCH!! To the point where they burn. And she kept redoing my nail and finally asked which one I liked. I believe they need to train their workers to not ruin a nail. Other than that amazing place. I’d recommend it. Just make sure if you get the woman named Ivy to ask for someone else.

Went here for the first time this week and couldn’t have been more pleased. First it is a new, spacious, clean, and upscale salon. They have the most nail polish colors plus unique nail designs/styles, stuff I’ve never seen or heard of. They also have a large variety of types of pedicures and manicures in addition to other spa services. Ricky was extremely nice and professional, and it’s clear that he is focused on exceeding customer satisfaction. Lena did my pedicure and she was amazing. She took about 25 minutes extra to take care of ingrowns I had. Jenny did my manicure and she did a great job. They also have a customer loyalty program. I will be back!
