Loved the natural set Mary did on me. I told her to keep my French tip and give me a little glitter on the tips and they came out amazing. I also get my feet done here and both guys have done great work. I have yet to be disappointed!!! The massages are great too!

We do have new management to help the shop be more clean and professional. The prices has been increased 2 month ago (we havent changed the price for the last 6 years). To avoiding surpises you can ask for the price list before service. We want to make sure everyone happy with our services if anything unexpected please let us know before you leave. First, and LAST time visiting. Can’t express how disappointed I am in the blatant lack of customer service. I was the only black customer in here and felt completely uncomfortable. The woman doing my nails asked me where I was from and I told her I just moved up from midtown. She then asked me if I have a job (Why because Alpharetta is mostly Caucasian and you think I can’t afford to live up here?) in which I stated yes I do. On top of her lack of people skills, her nail work was subpar.My nails were supposed to be almond shaped and she had to redo 1 nail 3 times before another tech had to come fix it. My nails are SUPER thin, barely any acrylic. Even the woman trying to fix the mess she had told her this. When she finally finished her less then stellar work, she told me I could go sit and have my nails dried. It’s only 5 and the shop closes at 7 yet they were all dressed and ready to leave so proceeded to rush me. I told her let me let them dry and she then started saying she can check me out??? But every other customer in there was allowed to have their nails completely dry so what makes it different for me?She then had the AUDACITY to try and say she can help me get my wallet out, and proceeded to touch my purse and zip it open to try and get my wallet. I told her no, I will pay when my nails are dry and I go to the front counter like everyone else. The woman who did my toes then went to ring me up, even though my nails weren’t completely dry. At that point I was absolutely disgusted with the situation and my nails were dry enough so I just went to the front to pay. While I was going in my purse to get my wallet, the woman who did my toes had the NERVE to walk around the side of the counter to see if I had the money I guess? Just completely disgusted with my experience and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.The pictures are literally me sitting in my car right after. I haven’t even left the parking lot.May I add that she also gave me $5 off the service as if that would make up for her distasteful attitude and lack of proper technique and shaping.

CiCi did my lashes just like I wanted them to look! She is professional and nice. They look natural but still full!! I am very happy with my experience and service❤️ And my nails look amazing.

Unfortunately, I will not return to the McGinnis Ferry Rd. location because of the new management. The owner told me my nails were incorrectly applied on my last visit. After she told me it was wrong, I realized I was overcharged. She did not apologize or offer anything for being overcharged. The work on my nails was just average.

As soon as I entered I picked my color and kept on waiting and didn’t know if I was being taken care of or I had to wait . Everyone was busy doing their own work . Once I mentioned that I have been waiting the lady took her sweet time to come and help me . She was in a hurry and did it so fast and couple of times I was hurt with the machine . The prices have been increased ridiculously and no mention was made about it . Acrylic and SNS have same price which didn’t make any sense to me . Very un professionalism and rude attitude . Will not go there ever again

I have been here 4 or 5 times because it is close to home and I really wanted to like it. Pedicures are just average, nothing particularly outstanding to comment on. Service was pleasant but as with many salons in the area English is not first language so maybe my particular requests get lost in translation. On my last visit in I was having SNS removed after celebrating a birthday and some holiday time-off. My nails were damaged because of over grinding and took 3 months to grow out all the damage and have my nails not split anytime the got more than 2mm long. I live at Halcyon and was disappointed to know they are moving or expanding into space that used to be another Nail Salon.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with our experience. I visited the salon and bought a $300 gift certificate for a wedding party that would be getting manicures and pedicures the following Friday. The owner assured me that he would be fully staffed and ready to accommodate us when we arrived between 11:30 and 12. I even called to confirm that everything was in order.However, when we arrived at 11:45 all of his staff were with other customers.I am in tears because the photographer is waiting as I write this for a wedding party that spent all afternoon waiting on their services. The girls were not able to get ready and now the service will be delayed.So much for integrity.

I love the atmosphere. It’s peaceful and the service is great. The nail techs are friendly. They also make sure you stay safe by washing your hands before getting a service and they require you to wear a Mask. Me and my daughter felt pampered. 😊😊😊🤔💆🏽‍♀️

First time going to Lush Nail Bar off Mcginnis Ferry. I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered a station to sit. The technician patiently helped me pick a gel nail polish color and then immediately got to work. She was very detail oriented and asked if I was good with the nail length, shape, and color of the polish. I appreciated the check ins throughout the process.A note before going, they understandably appreciate a cash tip, so plan ahead if you dont carry cash like me. However, they were very kind when I asked if I could add the tip to my credit card. And the ladies even offered me an umbrella as it started raining when I left.I dont get my nails does often, but Ill be going back here again whenever I need a manicure.

Just got a full-set on my lunch break (quickly I might add) and my nails are perfect. I have a very hard time finding someone who can get my shape just right and they nailed it. This is my go to nail salon. I try to tell everyone that asks just how wonderful this place is! Cici is the owner there are after two visits they will treat you like family. Lori and Helen are my favorite nail technicians, they all do an amazing job! It is clean, customer service driven and convenient. They have a good business and they are usually busy. They do take appointments and I have personally never waited more then 5 minutes. I have tried SNS and gel and my nails come out perfect every time. The pedicures are amazing. Go once and this will become your new nail salon!

All of the ladies at this salon are funny and sweet! I am so glad I stopped to have my nails done here. I was on my way to another salon but decided to give them a shot. Definitely going back for the fabulous mani/pedi and the even better company!

Great experience. Good location, all the workers were friendly but didnt force conversation if you just wanted to sit quietly. Werent pushy to upgrade anything and all the tools came out of a sealed package. Definitely coming here again.

This establishment is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly! I had an hour break for lunch and not only did they remove the old acrylics I had done by another salon, they introduced me to SNS which is now my new favorite, all before I had to go back work! First time here, on a Saturday as a walk in. Didnt have to wait long, they were well staffed. And I just got one of the best full spa pedicures I have ever had from Emily, she made my tired, crusty old feet look and feel fabulous. 5 stars.

I am SO happy this store opened! The location is super convenient to my work and home. The chairs are great, they show HGTV (bonus), and the service is amazing! I have been twice for pedis and happy with the results both times. This time I had Lindsey who is just perfect! The results were great both times, but I hope I get her every future visit. Shes a sweetie.

This was my fifth visit to the salon on my visits I received a promotional card with a stamp after collecting 6 stamps youre to get a $10 coupon. I had forgotten my stamped card on two occasions so they gave me a new card and a stamp each time. This morning I went in for a pedicure and I had the 3 cards with the stamps and asked her to combine them on 1 card she told me I had to discard all the other visits & cards and could only Use 1card and one stamp even though they gave me the other ones because people take cards and stamp them themselves & its against the law. I dont need the salon and be accused of trying to steal $10. Their service is not any better or worse than any place else and I prefer going to a place where Im not looked upon as a thief. Very bad judgment call on her part my friends and I will never go there again.

Shop is clean. Staff is friendly. Everyone is kind and funny and REALLY good at doing nails. On my last visit I was not happy with how my nails were turning out ( I requested French SNS with a black tip and the black powder was bleeding into the pink.) CiCi immediately offered a better way to achieve what i wanted and they re-did my nails at no extra charge. She has a great eye for detail! Now they look perfect! Bomb Nails CiCi!

I went to get a manicure on my lunch break, which means I only had 40 minutes tops to be in and out the door. Lynn did my nails and I got blue SNS done (which I recommend). She was so friendly, spoke English well and she did a great job even as a rush job and I was back at work on time.CiCi is the manager and she was super friendly and funny. She even helped Lynn in the end by taking on one of my free hands just to save me time.The salon was clean and properly stocked with everyone saying hello to me as I walked in and thanking me as I left.Thank you Lynn and CiCi for a great job on my nails and for getting me in and out on time. I will return and see you then :)

I love the staff and services at Lush Nail Bar! All of the staff including the owner CiCi are friendly and very welcoming! Yesterday I called Cici and asked for SNS on my nails as well as a pedicure at 7:30 pm on a saturday, which is closing time for her salon. Not only did she say yes but I did not feel rushed or unwanted. I normally avoid awkward conversations at salons but Cici is very funny and I enjoy our conversations. Needless to say, I was the only one in the shop and my pedicure and SNS nails were beautiful and done in an hour. I have been going to Cici for my nails for almost a year now and they have grown wonderfully! I always get compliments on her work! Thanks Lush Nail Bar! I will recommend this nail salon to anyone in Alpharetta.

Was out of makeup wipes and couldnt do individual lashes on her because she had on eye makeup..I have never had that happen before. Not pleased at all and will not be back.

First time going there was an awful experience. I called to see if they were available for SNS manicure and they said yes of course. I waited a good 15 minutes or so before I was helped, thats not terrible but not ideal.SNS is a wonderful product but somehow they managed to mess it up so bad that it was coming off my nails within two days. I havent had time to go back so I am writing a review to ensure someone else doesnt waste money and time on the SNS at this location. Maybe other services are better... I hope so.
