Great service Tia does my pedicures and Nancy did my gelx manicure. It’s pricey compared to other salons but worth it as the customer service, cleanliness and new technology are definitely worth it. Service is executed well, fast and with a smile.

I was on IG looking for a clean, professional, and nicely decorated nail spa/salon in the Alpharetta area. One day, I got a follow from Pavillion Nails (Thank you! By the way). I looked through images and I was impressed by what I saw. I have been to several in the area I will NOT patronage again. So I figured, go check them out. Listen...upon entry I felt welcomed. Very friendly gentleman with a nice smile warmly greeted me, asked me what services I wanted and I was seated promptly with a plush back pillow. Im very particular about my nails...Im not an acrylic tips wearer and I hate drills. However Kelly, my nail artisit,, understood the assignment. She is very nice, personable, takes her time and most importantly listen to what you are asking for and gives you just that. Thank you soooo much Kelly!! I will surely come see you again and recommend my friends and colleagues as well.

Can I just say how great customer service is there… it’s so amazing everyone there makes you feel welcomed. When I first came in Adam was already ready for me. I had never did anything different to my nails as far as designs and I am so glad I came to this establishment to try it out. My nails are for my birthday and when I tell you they look amazing. OMG… I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend that everyone comes to get their nails done at this establishment. Not to mention the lady who did my toes did an amazing job as well. I’ve been going here for awhile since my original nail tech moved. Lily, the previous owner had always done an excellent job. Last time, the receptionist (new owner) scheduled me with Rebecca. She was fantastic. I’m going on 3 weeks and my gel hasn’t lifted. My only complaint is she used the drill to remove my old gel polish. Which I can see the indention as my nails grow. Nonetheless, I’m sure you can always request for her to not use it.

Love this place! Always a great experience. Adam is my go to nail tech but they have other very great nail artists. Jessy is amazing with the pedicures/foot massages. Definitely recommend this salon 😊

I called ahead and made an appointment for a French dip with full set of tips. Angel was sweet, detail oriented, timely and meticulous. She asked about length, thickness of the white tip, and overall shape. I have received multiple compliments about how pretty they are. I’m in town ~every 3 weeks so I’m hoping to see her on my next trip this weekend :) totally worth every penny.

I’ve been coming here for years, I don’t know what happened with management or the prices, but it’s now wayyy to over priced for what it is…$60 plus for gel and tips that ridiculous I used to pay $40 and now $30 for gel in toes. My nails don’t look as good as they used to really sad because I used to love this place. Won’t be coming back

Since lily has left, It’s been so difficult to find the good SNS tech.My last two experiences were horrible.Angela was very unprofessional and had very poor customer care skills…. She does not know how to listen to her customers.

New owners which made me nervous when I walked in. However I was helped immediately. I was offered a beverage and the ladies took time work on my gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. We had a slight issue with color but that was resolved. I will return.

Nails looked good and stayed for a really long time.

I’ve been getting SNS for a few months and the skin around my nails is always badly scratched afterwards. This salon was easily my best manicure experience! The complimentary neck massage and tea definitely helped. The nail technicians were so kind and professional— I’ll definitely be back :)

I took my cousin for her birthday and she shared this with me :Terrible experience. Crooked nail tips, uneven SNS polish, and No cuticles were removed which comes with the SNS service.I spoke to the manager at check out to share my concerns about the poor work done to my nails. He did not acknowledge the poor work done nor show any sort of concern or customer service. As soon as I swiped my card and it was approved, he walked away ignoring the whole situation. There are so many other nail salons that will give you exceptional work and customer service. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A TIME OF RELAXATION NOT STRESS especially given the current pandemic.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. They also do great brows. I no longer live in the area but still come here on my lunch breaks. Great staff and they all seem to do a good job. My nails are always beautiful.

Great customer service from the nail techs. Their massages were perfect for this ole ticklish girl. Front of house was great help in selecting the perfect fall color. My only advice... be specific about what you want and ask them to CONFIRM the price b4 receiving services. Dont get me wrong, their services are worth every penny but confirmation will avoid sticker shock at the end.

I work over at the HOTWORX in the shopping center and the experience and customer service I received was phenomenal. Our logo is a flame so wanted something simple and cute with just white and grey -- Lily and Rebecca took care of me!! They were supposed to close at 7:30 but it was busy when I arrived and they stayed till close to 9 to make sure they finished my toes and nails without complaint. They also had the funniest Netflix movies playing for everyone to watch making it super comfortable to relax and laugh with strangers. Being the last person there I also want to mention how they took the time to clean the ENTIRE store top to bottom. Very clean and well maintained store. Would recommend this to all my members and friends to check them out!

I have been going to Pavillion Nails for a while now, and I’m always happy with my experience. Especially the one I had this evening. Angel did my SNS and did an AMAZING job (and I’m picky). I work in customer service, so I truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness when she could tell I was stressed, and quality of work. And of course I messed up two of my nails before she was done, and Angel stayed later than I would have expected her to in order to make my nails flawless. 5 stars every time I go. Thank you Angel! ☺️

Lily did a marvelous job on my daughters nails. She made them look exactly like the picture my daughter showed her. Lily was super nice and did a very good job. The salon is very clean and elegant looking. There is a variety of colors to choose from. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back for another visit!

The first time I walked in I was breath taken by how simple but beautiful the interior design of the place is. They play good movies, everybody that works there is so friendly and welcoming. This place is amazing. It is so beautiful and has a great color selection but the staff is the best part. We came with 3 adults and 3 kids and they were so wonderful. Lily was great and took such great care of our girls and did a fantastic job on my nails. The gave the girls snacks and were just fantastic. I cannot say enough about our experience. I will not be using any other place!

Amazing! I went in on my 45 minute lunch break and they removed my SNS and polished my nails all in the little bit of time I had. They did a great job and worked as a team to serve me in a timely manner! Definitely going back!

I enjoyed my first time experience here...however I just got my nails done on Dec 22nd and my nail design with jewels started peeling the next day. It seemed like everything I did by simply by washing my hands loosened the jewels. This morning on the 26th the whole design came off my nail. I will be coming back to get another design but I dont think I will be getting g jewels on my nails anymore .
