Lisa is really helping me stop my 40+ years of being a nail biter. She is using very short nails that are strong and smooth and professional. Keeps me not picking or biting. Finally! She does amazing work!!

My manicures were rushed, did not feel comfortable. I had one tech working on my pedicure, she did great and the other tech working on my mani lacked customer service skills. My 3rd time here and all three times, my nail would chip a few days later, but this never happens with other nail salons. Disappointed and possibly my last time going.

I love my new set of nails and my pedicure! All of the employees were so accommodating and friendly! I had a great experience here! Would highly recommend!

I came in today for a manicure and pedicure and I have problematic toenails because they’re so thick, so when I explained my plight to the technician she assured me that’s no problem and boy I couldn’t be happier with the job that was done on both my hands and feet but especially the attention to detail on my toes! Beautifully cut, cleaned, sanded, scrubbed, rubbed, and polished. THE BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

This used to be my go to spot, they have had many changes in the past year and have changed to lower quality products and raised their prices. Now my nails dont even last a week. Guess I to move on ...🚶‍♀️

My aunt showed me her nails (which looked horrible). We went there often, but will not be back because a price was negotiated BEFORE any services were performed, but was not honored at check out. That is poor business practice. In addition, you can get your waxing and nails done for less at a LOT other places and they will look a lot better. I will not be back.

Wow. All I can say is WOW!. I have been a regular(plus good tipper) at this salon for about 10 years and today I have finally decided to never go back. I got my nails done here about 12 days ago and this past weekend 2 nails chipped so today I go in and get them fixed. I had an ALL black color on my nails but the two they fixed had black with a glitter mix and unfortunately I didnt notice til I got home just now. But this isnt it.... THEY CHARGED ME $8 for 2 little chips.... which I dont mind paying but WOW! They have never ever charged me to fix a nail or two. PLUS, Last time I had my nails done an employee there had told me and my sister that getting our nails fixed no matter how long it had been wouldnt be a problem..... Also, the touch ups look awful, the nail tech didnt even bother to file the nail back into shape nor clean up the sides......

Tried this nail salon today for the first time and was extremely impressed. Took such good care of me and my nails. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the right color and that I was happy with how my nails looked. Incredibly friendly staff, did an excellent job on both my hands and feet. The establishment was clean and comfortable and modern looking. This will be my go to nail salon going forward!

I have experienced several nail salons and this one is Top Notch with service, decor and price. Tony serviced me this time and he did an EXCELLENT JOB! He didnt butcher my nails, he took his time and was interested in what I wanted! I had a remarkable and memorable experience. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Thanks Alpha!

Just left this nail salon- very unhappy with the quality of their work. Just had time for a quick nail trim and color change. My nails look terrible and after asking several times to fix a spot or clip my nails shorter I gave up!! Nice salon but very unhappy with the service they provided!

Tony is the best nail technician. Period. He is a perfectionist who will make sure you get exactly what you want at the utmost effeicienfy. No one else will do my nails but Tony at Alpha nails after all the experiences that I’ve had. Request him only and always!

I had an amazing gel pedicure the first time I came here. My toes never looked better. The second time I went in for a gel pedicure, I got a different tech and she was older & didnt seem to know what she was doing. She even had to keep leaving me in order to fix the nails of a girl she had before me. I could tell the girl was unhappy and this made me nervous. My toenails came out all crooked and the gel polish was very sloppy and on my skin. She kept getting it all over my skin and would harshly scrape her nails agains my cuticles to get it off but they still turned out looking like garbage. I went back the next day and had them fixed and they looked much better but this was a big inconvenience. This is why I need to request certain people from now on.

Wasn’t very happy there today. The girl who did my pedi had on a mask and a face shield but the guy who did my mani only had on a mask and talked way too much. I was not very happy. There should be shields on everyone and no talking.

I always go to this place when I am in town to get my nails done. Their deluxe massage is awesome!!! Every tech knows what they are doing. They are very friendly and it is always such a pleasant experience.

After having a particularly frustrating and discriminatory experience at a salon called Nail Perfection on Holcomb Bridge Road in Alpharetta, my bank manager referred me to Alpha Nail.I explained to the owner what Id gone through trying to get a quality pedicure and she took me in like a lost child who needed a warm meal. It was a wonderful feeling....and the pedicure remains memorable. Not because my technician took her time and treated my feet as I imagine she would treat her own but because they changed my mood/day from hellish to angelic. I left their salon feeling uplifted and invigorated and thoroughly pleased with the job they did...the way every woman wants to feel after a spa pedicure. Theyve just earned a lifetime client in me...and I hope youll feel like stopping by too!

Terrible customer service, pushy nail techs, subpar massage, and she cut me. Maybe it’s normally good—frankly I’m shocked by the rating being better than what I’ve rated them, but maybe it was just my tech. She seemed unfocused and disinterested and it certainly wasn’t about what I wanted. I won’t be back. There are better choices nearby. Skip this one.

Excellent experience from everyone Ive ever had at Alpha Nails. Personally, I go to Patrick but everyone Ive ever had does great SNS nails and pedicures.

My wife went here- she loved. They were kind, helpful, friendly. We just moved from decatur and she is nervous looking for new places to use and she was pleasantly surprised by how clean, well kept it was- and with such awesome staff.

They do a great job with SNS, regular manicures, and pedicures. This is my go-to nail salon in the Alpharetta/JC area.

Not impressed; the guy cut my finnger and didn’t paint my nails all the way to the nail bed so it looks like they’re a week old after 2 days. The second I walked in there they yell from somewhere in the room infront of everyone in there. I wasn’t comfortable nor felt like they’re service was good, not going back again.

It was ok the first 2 times I went. I live 1 mile away so I have tried to make it work. They are always understaffed so you wait with your feet in the water for at least 20 minutes until someone can do your service. Dont make the mistake of calling them because they will call you back asking when youre coming, etc. (They called harassing us 3 times one day when we called to ask what time they closed!) I got a young lady 3x in a row that took 2 HOURS to do a gel manicure which chipped off within 2 days! I went back & requested someone else & picked dark green-black gel color & when she was done it looked like light green-olive color. Completely different than the sample they provided. They acknowledged their mistake & offered to fix it but I had an important event that night & didnt want to have the gel removed & MORE damage done to my nails. I went elsewhere several times. But then I needed a very quick manicure close to my house so I went there AGAIN & the same night my thumb nail completely peeled off like it wasnt filed before they applied the polish. I went back to have it fixed & again they were very understaffed so after a long wait they fixed it but talked to me like I was stupid for several minutes when their gel curing UV light wasnt working properly. I have gotten a hundred gel manicures so I know how to put my hand in the light machine. I am a generous tipper so I know that wouldnt motivate them to give me bad service. That was my final straw & I will never go there again. Dont let the new large facility fool you - their services are subpar.

This is my local spot for nails. I think they changed owners and/or renovated. It is clean and the service is good.

I tried this place for a last minute pedicure. Walked in and picked out my favorite OPI color but wow did my color get messed up not once but twice! After 20 minutes of waiting my color did not dry so I had to go back.Had to take my color off the next day since it messed up again. More smudges—-gek could that happen overnight.The technician that fixed my nails told me color is very bad and had sinked in my nail???Do not go here. This never happened to me before and with the price for a pedicure you pay — you are throwing your time and money away!
