The shop was clean, the staff was very kind and polite and my nail tech did a great job! I got just a basic pedicure and it was very reasonably priced

First time coming here. I had no idea that this place has been here for 10 years. Great workers and customer service. Oh, not to mention you get a complimentary glass of wine. Will be returning.

I love this shop. They do the best gel manicure for men ever. Ive been going here for the past 3 years and Im never disappointed.

Everyone is so talented and friendly. They take extremely well care of my elderly mother. Mary always makes her nails beautiful. My partner & I always have our nails done as well. Very clean and following all new guidelines for reopening. I felt very safe & comfortable.

I have been going here for many many years and Kim has always done my pedicure. It’s not good for her because they last for a very long time because she does such a good job. Alex knows me every time I call over and they all acknowledge me when I enter. The entire staff or above par and I can highly recommend them.

Clean facility, nice nail techs. They are the best salon I have found in this area. MAY (the gal I have been going to) is worth the drive if you are coming from a neighboring city. She is a perfectionst and my nails always look fantastic!

I love this salon. Alex is always so friendly and remembers my nail colors every time. He always remembers me even when I dont go often. My gel nails and pedicures always last weeks and they ways do a fabulous job. My mom has even started driving from Smyrna to go to this salon 💕.

They take their time, do a great job, and also make sure you’re happy with your nails. On top of it all they make you feel appreciated and are super kind. I’ve been to most, if not all Nail Salons around here and this is one of the best. Alex is the kindest nail salon owner I’ve ever met. Loveeee this place...& highly recommend!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5 hearts

Perhaps its because I enter with a good attitude and treat them the way I would like to be treated from the jump and get back from them what I send out. I would highly recommend this salon!!! They only get 3 stars because I came in around 745 even though they close at 8 and they still took me and were very nice. But I HATE my 37 dollar nails. I told her square and they are rounded into like a square oval shape when all I wanted was a sharp square look with mood changing polish. If she want so sweet I wouldve made a fuss and given them one star. Im new to the area so I didnt know any better but hey at least now I know not to waste my money there anymore.

I have been going to Signature Nails & Spa for several years and keep going back because Alex does a great job on my nails. He asks and listens to exactly what I want and I leave happy every time - I get acrylics and like them fairly short, thin and with a natural look. The salon is clean and the music is relaxing.

Ive been searching for a salon since I moved here 2 years ago that would replace mine from back home as Im very picky. This place is amazing and in a great location. Quality service for reasonable pricing! Shoutout to Jason as he knows what I want before I even say anything. Definitely found my new permanent salon!!

Terrible experience. They do not speak to you when You come in. They just seat you and expect you to wait. No one lets you know that there is a wait and they don’t ask if you need anything while sitting. I sat in A chair for 30 mins for them to take people who came in after me. I literally live and work near this salon and heard about them but every time I step in I never get any service. Never again will I step back into this establishment because this is not the first time this has happened, this is the THIRD.

I have given this place several chances each time the quality was horrible. My nails were to short all different lengths and shapes they start to lift in just a few days. They charge high prices for the quality they are pushing out. They are nice. But there are to many salons doing better work to waste my money here again!!!!

I’ve been going to this place for a over a year but after my racist experience last week—I will never go back. While getting a pedicure, the nail tech asks if I went to work today(a Saturday) I replied that I didn’t and his response was “Why because you don’t have a job?” I was stunned! When I questioned him on why he assumed that I didn’t have a job because I don’t work on a weekend, he mentioned that he was joking and then continue to further insult me by saying I didn’t hear him correctly 😒. At no point did the owner or any other nail tech come over to diffuse the situation and the racist nail tech offered me more wine as a way to smooth things over 🙄. I will never in my life go back to this place.

Lemme just say that I love this place whole heartedly. Everyone that works in here really cares about their customers and treats them so well. The prices are even better. GO HERE IF YOU ARE CLOSE OR IN THE AREA

Is good but is so fast

I visited there yesterday for the second time. The first was okay but I noticed the prices were a little higher than Im use to. I tried them again yesterday since they are extremely close to me. The people are very friendly but my nails just look okay. I paid $20 more than I have been paying and my nails dont look good. My nails today look like the polish is cracking and appears to be a very thin layer of SNS polish. I hope these hold up a couple of weeks. Do not think Ill be going back.

I really wanted to like this place but I honestly hate it!The people are nice but the quality just isnt there. Color selection is limited, they cut me every single time, nails look bad from day one and if they happen to break after 1 day, they will charge you to fix it!I only go there if its an absolute emergency and my regular spot is closed but I wont even be doing that anymore. Its a waste of my money. My 8 year old can do a better job.

I usually dont write reviews however I was so satisfied that I had to share my experience. I received a tropical sugar scrub pedi along with an eyebrow wax. My pedi was hands down the best one yet. She took her time and ended it with a neck/back massage. My wax was very efficient and looked amazing as well. I will be coming back!

My friend and I arrived at Signature Nails at 7:00 for a mani and pedi. As soon as we enter the nail techs were rushing us to pick our colors and sit down. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted done and asked if she would have enough time to do what I wanted without rushing, she said yes. The entire time the nail tech rushed and was completely rude to me. I asked for her opinion on a gel color she ignored me. She also stabbed me with the utensil and got polish on me, told me it was my fault because I was moving. Needless to say a very bad experience. I called back the next day to speak with the manager. He told me to come back and he would fix them. I drive all the way from Kennesaw to get them fix when I arrive he tells me he doesnt have time to fix them. He said, I told you to call when you were on your way. He did not tell me that when we spoke or I would have done so. All and all very rude staff and manager.

I have given this Nail Salon multiple chances. However, the wait is always long.I waited well over 20 minutes each time Ive gone. Today, I walked out after they proceeded to start someones nails after me. I will never go back.

Just left this place and never ever going back ! The lady who does my pedicure is Cathy and I usually call and schedule an appointment so that I don’t have to wait ! I called again yesterday and made an appointment with Cathy ! It’s always the guy who operates the business answers the call and told me that he was booking me with Cathy for today at 10am !! When I went there the same guy asked me to pick my color and another lady started to run the water and I was asked to Put my feet in the water ! While I was soaking up my feet in the water I asked where Cathy was and they told me that she does not work there any more !! What a rip off !! I call and get an appointment specifically from Cathy not from a random person !! This is how you guys run your business !!!!!! Ridiculous..
