It was awful worst place I have ever been to I asked for them to do a design and the man said I couldn’t even do your design. My nails are two different lengths to.

Lost my wallet in front of the store, and someone from the store drove it to my house with all the contents and $100 cash intact. Even though I have never used their services, their honest has made customers out of my family.

This is a bad nail salon! not professional at all. I don’t recommend it! Me and my friend went here to get acrylics and they did a really bad job! Almost $50 for crooked bad shaped nail. Ridiculous!!!! If I were you I wouldn’t get my nails done here.

My daughter and I went yesterday to get our brows waxed. I had to ask for the paper towel to lay your head on to be replaced. The lady seemed very rushed & I had to ask her to pluck a couple missed.I stayed in the room as my daughter got hers done (again very rushed and didnt do a good job) and I noticed when she was done that all tools were placed in the can with all the other tools. Obviously not to be cleaned, but set up for the next person. I will absolutely not be returning.

I’m from out of town and was very pleased with the service here! I came in mid afternoon for a polish pedi and gel mani. Was in and out in an hour which is rare. They did a wonderful job getting my toes and nails done at the same time! Thank you for a great experience at a reasonable price!

Hannah is great! I decided to try S&S nails and I have had them for 2 months. Each time I go back, she does a great job!

I would never give this nail shop a ⭐I was referred to the shop just to get a replacement nail and Im very much disappointed!!I sat there for 5 minutes(Being told Ill get serviced in about 10-15 minutes) to be informed of them not having gel nails but I agreed to solar and to no avail,a woman walks in stating,I need a redo..I messed up my nails, taking her next(He said she was there earlier...AND???.Am I invisible or is your customer service that bad to neglect the next in line..I asked about whose doing my nails and was told,Yur after her..but I was before her..smh🤔I said explain to me how that works,if she just walked in and Ive been waiting and she goes next...(POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AN ALL TIME LOW)👎The male(new owner)says think whatever you want..No,Im thinking about writing a review on how you neglect your customers!!And the person that referred me will no longer patronize you....
