The technician did a good job cleaning and trimming my nails and the massage was good. However, for $45 I expect professional looking polish. Only one layer of polish was used. The color is uneven and the surface is not smooth. No top coat was used. It looks like I applied polish at home on bare nails. I was not offered water and no one helped me get my sandals on when I was ready to leave.

I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is picky about quality, service and cleanliness. This salon is bright and cheerful, and the technicians are super friendly. I’ve never had less than a fantastic experience there. Ask for Tammy or Kim!

Best pedicure I’ve had in years. Nice upscale and clean place. Deepest callous removal I’ve ever seen, just above and beyond. Good covid and sanitation procedures. The manager is overkill nice and helpful and the staff are all professional and friendly.

My first visit and certainly not my last. I had the pleasure of meeting Tina who went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction! The salon is matticulous and covid safe. They provide full beauty services, a true spa indeed. I highly recommend Classic nails for star quality service.

This is the only place I go to do my nails, waxing, and pedicures. Ive been going to see Kim for almost ten years. I followed her from when she was at a salon on Holcomb Bridge up to Windward Pkwy. Even driving up from Dunwoody to Windward Pkwy when I lived off Spalding. I have really small nail beds and sensitive cuticles, everyone else always wound up filing my cuticles and skin with the rotary tool. That HURTS! Kim is always careful taking extra time to do it right. plus shes really good with the occasional simple nail art on a finger or two for holidays!And no one else touches my eyebrows, shes an artist with the wax. The deluxe pedicures are sooooooooooo worth the little extra money.The one exception I make is my pedicures. On the days that Kim cannot do both my nails and my pedicures Julie is my go to girl she is awesome and knows how to give a foot massage!We’ve now made it a multi-generational professional relationship. My 18 year old daughter now goes to see her as well. I wouldn’t trust her to anyone else.

I just moved into the area and tried Classic Nails. My first visit was disappointing but after going back and seeing Mike, the Manager, I was pleased with my service. He personally removed my shellac and shaped my nails on the spot. It was very busy at the time I went in without an appointment and he made me a priority. I also received a gift card for my next visit. Thank you Mike for making my experience much better.

I like the salon well enough but its actually the nail tech named Tina that makes the price worth it. Shes very good at her craft, meticulous and understands conversational English. If you bring a picture or explains what youre looking for she will replicate it.

I was looking for a place for quite a while where I can get my nails done the right way and I found the one! I am very happy there with all the services provided.

I tried them out a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy I did. Its hard to find patient, thorough and friendly nail salons. My experience was nothing less than exceptional! I will definitely be returning.

Went here today because my regular salon was too busy and they couldnt fit me in for a pedicure until later in the day. So I decided to try Classic Nails since it was just down the road. The woman who I believe was the owner greeted me nicely and promptly had me set up in the pedicure chair. It went downhill from there. The technician who worked on me was unfriendly and spent all of her time talking to the other technicians; her focus was on them and not on my pedicure. I had asked that nails be filed/shaped in the rounded style; instead they were cut and filed straight across. She tried to sell me on a special top coat that supposedly makes the polish last longer for an extra $2. I declined. I assumed that she would then use a regular top coat; she didnt give me a top coat at all. When it was time to pay, she took my credit card; I added a tip (despite her lack of customer focus/service) and gave her back a signed copy of the receipt. She just grabbed it from me and did NOT say thank you or even good bye when I left. She was still too busy talking to her co-workers. Im never coming here again. There are plenty of other salons to choose from in Alpharetta.

I have been going to classic nails here in Alpharetta, GA for over 10 years! The staff is great, they are very attentive and always do a perfect job! Amy is the best nail tech in the planet, Tammy does great pedicures and Kim gives the best eyebrow waxes! Love these people like they’re family, because in a way they are....I would recommend classic nails to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Had I not broken a nail at almost 5:00pm on a Monday, and my regular nail placed been closed... I would have never walked in this place. lol I had a very important meeting the next day and had no other choice. It appeared that my colleague and I inconvenienced them by walking in for a full manicure & pedicure even though they didnt close until 8. They continuously rolled their eyes, and huffed & puffed before I finally told them to stop what they were doing because I simply couldnt handle this service anymore and refused to have them rough me up just to get the job done. Needless to say, although they didnt paint my nails at all.... they charged us as if they did because that is the service we asked for regardless of what service was performed. Desperate times call for desperate measures, but NEVER again! $180 later. Go to Paris Nails by Kroger, 1000000x better, and they are nice to you without making you feel like such a bother.

What a fabulous shop! I made an appointment and upon walking in was seated and the pampering began. I recently moved down here and hadnt found a salon until now! I will def. return - can be pricey but looks great!

So my experience was wonderful however the nail technician ‘Tess saying she was going to do certain things and didn’t tell me the additional cost. You have to be careful because they push up settling more than being considerate of your spend and how you’ll react. 90.00 later not what i went in intending to spend on my budget. Kinda shady

Classic Nails is the only nail salon I would recommend in Atlanta. They follow all regulations. They give the best massages. I highly recommend Michael, Kathy, or Amy for your hands or feet. I dont go any where else. They use the best products. Ive been going here for over seven years or more.

Classic Nails is the best!! My grandma and I have been coming here for a year now, and we haven’t been disappointed yet. The place is always clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful! Lisa always does the best with our nails - we love SNS. And the pedis are never a bad time. I always have them do a design for my toes, and it’s different every time - I’m always pleasantly surprised on what they’ll do next. I also get my eyebrows waxed, and it always turns out great. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good nail spa. 5/5 stars!!!!

I have been coming here for years! They don’t have turn over, are consistent and the girls (and guy) do a great job! I love Tammy for pedicures because the couple times I felt that I had an ingrown nail she took care of it for me. A life saver!

Im looking for a new nail place since I just moved, so I tried this place. All I wanted was a brow wax but the lady pressured me into doing the sides of my mouth and chin. She was already applying the wax before I could really answer. When she finished there was wax all over my face. Now (a week later) the lower half of my face has completely broken out. Ive been treating it with witch hazel but I may have to make a doctors appointment.

Was not please with this nail salon. I went in to get my nails done for my bridal shower. The nail tech asked me about eye brow waxing which I declined. She rudely responded that I should get them waxed because they would look better. They also cut my toe nails in too deep which caused pain for weeks even after I told her they were short enough she continued to cut deeper. Lastly they did a scraping technique on my finger nails which left my usually very strong nails weak and brittle. I do not see why that scraping was necessary for just a coat of nail polish, needless to say I will not be returning.

Lily is the best always wants to make sure your happy . They really treat you like family here. Even when I couldn’t decide a color and decided to switch mid SNS they were friendly. Removed the d color and gave me exactly what I wanted. Ombré style. Mike is great super friendly. Great at scheduling answering all questions. Very gentle with broken nails. Kathy is kind. My nails turned out to look terrible. I asked the lady to make them shorter and coffin shaped, but they are longer than before and have a wide look to them. The lady also keep trying to sell me on the pink and white fill set. Would not recommend.

When they assigned my random pedicure lady (Veeva or Viva?) she walked up - reluctantly - glanced at the clock on the wall (with concern)...says something in their language...and a few of her coworkers also look up at the clock. That alone told me that I was about to get horrible service and she would attempt to rush thru it. I was NOT wrong. She didn’t ask one question about what J like. Instead she cut my toenails down so short, without my permission, that they look abnormal. She didn’t cut my cuticles or push them back...you know, the normal routine. She barely scrubbed my feet with the callous remover...which I needed, and seemed annoyed when I asked her to scrub a little more. It was so bad, I opted out of the hot stones and the hot towel that I still paid for. I was just ready to leave...Since I don’t have an effective way to be angry in public without having the police called, I had to sit there in all of my misery and promise myself that I wouldn’t return. Besides it’s the weekend and I can’t get a court date until Monday. Again, I typically like this place but it was the principle.They have some good nail techs there like Kim, don’t get me wrong. But I think a few of them pick and choose who they want give quality service to.They lost my business a year ago (with my nails) because the woman (NOT KIM) did such a horrible job, I cried...went down the street on Exit 10 and paid almost double to take them off immediately and replace. I still remained loyal to them for the pedis up until now because of the competitive pricing. But I’d rather go somewhere and pay 20-30 more than to take my chance with bad service. That just ruined it for me.

Maybe im in a way amazing mood because I just left the salon and cant stop staring at my beautiful nails :). I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails!! 5 stars for the cleanliness here!

Ive been going to classic nails for a little over a year and Li is my girl. She keeps my nails looking amazing and treats me like im family. She makes the experience more fun than just sitting there for an hour getting your nails done. And she restored my faith in eye brow waxers. Shes the only one i trust!! I recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who ever compliments my nails or brows. Go see her!! 10/10 would recommend.

Awful experience!!! It was my first time and the lady left gel at my toenail within 24 hours my toe was swollen and infected I went back to tell them the owner told it was not their fault. She removed the gel filler from my toenail and only told sorry. Definitely I won’t be back. The gel manicure only lasted 5 days, very expensive not worth the money.

I’ve been coming here for a long time but for the past two weeks I’ve been coming constently due to my nails breaking off very easily. I got it done by this lady that made my nail very thick and easy to peel off. Then I came back they did the same thing!!! I was done with it so I came back and another lady fixed it and did a great job, but my daughter got her nails done by that lady and SHE DID A TERRIBLE JOB she made her nail thick and after complaining on spot she was mad at us!! She was frustrated and quickly tried to fix it without consideration . The manager came over to fix and it didn’t make much of a difference. He told me I can take $10 off. 10!!!!!! Offfff!!! I was furious I’ve been there for two hours almost three and I fought the manager so he can give me a better discount and he shouldn’t even have to charge me for her manicure. It was terrible and on stop of that they were frustrated with us. DONT RECOMMENd they just want your money and always change up prices and terrible

If you are not a regular and they are busy u mine as well walk out! Was here for work from Kentucky and i felt as if i was rushed out. Messed up my finger nail as they rushed me out of the chair to allow the employee to sit there. Finally got someones attention to fix the mess up and was told to be careful as if it was my fault. Simply said it wasnt my fault and i got attitude. And then they started speaking to each other in thier language. Proceeded to tell them that was rude and got more attitude. Will never go back. Am from Kentucky and work hard tried to treat myself as it has been a stressful week and this just made it worse. Please take ur time to find another nail salon.

This use to be the only nail salon I went to after I moved down here. But this past trip was literally the worst experience and I the ugliest manicure I have ever received.I just went in to get my acrylics soaked off and polish put on. First she talked me into SNS, which I have had before and is fine. But then, while she was taking off my acrylics she stabbed me under the nailbed, which is very painful. Then she proceeded to start putting on the SNS power without fully taking my acrylics all the way off! When I questioned her about it she snapped back at me. She continued this process of just layering on powder (after she forgot the base coat on my right hand) then when I expressed I wasnt happy with the shape she just kept filing them shorter. When it came to the point where they were just ruined I asked if she could take it off and just put on regular polish because they looked so bad. She said no, she couldnt because they were too short and too damaged. She then said to come back in 2 weeks and she would do polish. I said okay can I get a voucher to come back in 2 weeks. She said no I had to pay for ANOTHER service when I came back to fix what she did this time and then they charged me for this excuse of a manicure.So now Im stuck with these ugly bubble looking, super short, super thick, uneven nails that are way wider at the top than the bottom and a very bruised and a painful nailbed and Im about to go out of town for a conference. Needless to say I wont be going back.

This place isnt great. Came out of town & decided to get my nails done & the nail polish started to chip off after 2 days. The lady did not take her time to properly clean and paint my nails. What a waste.
