Walked in to have a hair cut. What a pleasant surprise to meet Nilofer. Amazing stylist and person. She worked around my mask and I was comfortable- she advised that she was vaccinated which made me relaxed and calm.She worked around my mask. Was very comfortable while she worked her way around my ears.Clean lean salon- checked in online and it took 5 minutes wait and was called in.... touch less checkout and checkout.

Nilofar was amazing! I needed last minute color done and it looks beautiful! There was no wait and she got me in and out in less than 90 minutes, and I have A LOT of hair. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in town.

I was searching for a hair care professional for last 2 yrs in Alpharetta area. This place is fantastic. Team was very very knowledgeable and more over not trying to up sell any product to you. Let me start by saying I’m a new mom. My hair is constantly being pulled on by my sweet baby and recently it’s started falling out (postpartum hair loss). I’m sure I look disheveled and a mess. However, this was one of the best haircut experiences I’ve had. Usually when I get my haircut I’m chastised about my split ends or how long it’s been since my previous cut. I have fine, thin hair. And I’m usually left feeling subconscious about my hair. That wasn’t the case this time! This time my stylist made comments on how beautiful my hair was during the cut. I showed the stylist (who I later realized was the manager) a picture of a hairstyle on my phone. This hairstyle required her to cut probably 10 inches off. My hair had been past my bra strap before and now it sits on my shoulders. Before she made the initial chop she verified and showed me how short my hair would be. I really appreciated this. I usually feel like hairstylist cut my hair much shorter than I want. Every step of the way she checked with me. Even though she was very busy in the salon, she still gave me an excellent haircut and in a very reasonable timeframe. I’ll definitely be returning there from now on.

The staff here are very friendly. They welcome you with a smile and tend to your need. Ive had my hair cut by two people so far, Barbara and Faron. They both are very polite and make the time you are there very pleasant. The job is done at a nice $10 rather than the usual $15. This location is very clean and open. It also has a wonderful selection of magazines as well. There can be a few touch ups on the work being done on your hair, that is why I give it 4 stars. But if you just remind them from time to time what you need, they do it with a smile.

Always receive great service from Anita, just ask for her directly you will be glad you did!

I had to give this at least a star but I want to put negative stars.July 9th. I went there for a haircut and it was great. I COULD NOT TELL THE BEFORE AND AFTER DIFFERENCE WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT IM PAYING YOU FOR! I dont know the name of the woman who cut my hair, but she was older and had short reddish blond hair and a New York accent. Thank you. Keep up the good work. 5 stars for you.My problem here is with what happened to another person that was with me. THE DIFFERENCE COULD DEFINITELY BE NOTICED! IT WAS SO BAD SHE WAS CRYING AFTERWARDS!To the lady with the long dark hair and glasses who was working July 9th at about 1 in the afternoon, that is not what we pay you to do. You dont just chop off peoples hair when thats not what they want. YOU DO NOT MAKE IT SHORTER IN THE FRONT AND LONGER IN THE BACK. YOU DO NOT MAKE IT NOTICEABLE. Yesterday I went to get a haircut, in effect they did it to me, but at night I realized that the back line was totally inclined and they had taken at least 2 centimeters, that is, it was very high, I went the next day to ask for Please fix me what was wrong but the ladies behaved very badly saying that I had to wait 1 hour for the other stylist to arrive .. well dedicated to going to another place to get it fixed .... Terrible customer service in that place and very bad attitude of its employees ...
