If you’re an African American do NOT go here. They simply don’t know how to cut black hair. This place use to be amazing, but times have changed. I asked for a simple fade on the sides of my head and ended up having to walk out with little to no hair at all. Three months of hair growth, gone.The worst part? They still wanted me to pay for it! The staff is very friendly, which I can not deny, but they simple don’t know what they are doing.I’ve given this place multiple chances, tried different stylus in the store, and only left feeling satisfied all but a handful of times.I’m only leaving this review because I’ve given them multiple chances.. so many attempts to grow my hair and continuously walking away having to wear a hat for weeks.

I normally have a great experience in which the stylist uses my history and record to know that I always do mvp. In my last visit the only thing that was executed was a cut. The stylist didnt shampoo, condition, hot towel, massage or even offer or recommend any products. I would return but maybe leverage a different stylist.

Ive always been impressed by the service and people at this SportClips. They are knowledgeable and very professional. The cuts are a step up from some of the bargain places I could have gone. While Im not a huge sports fan, the cuts are top notch from my experience.

It was my first haircut since Covid started in March 2020 and Derrick was SO sensitive and SO professional and made me feel part of the family. I was a regular before, but being away for 10 months, I felt right back at home with him. I moved away from Alpharetta 3 years ago, but I still will continue to drive by at least 2 Sports Clips to go to Derrick. Thanks for the great style job.

I want to start with they did a great job with my hair, but I waited 1 hour and 45 min. I signed up on the app and showed up with 6 min estimate wait and next on the list. They continued to take customers ahead of me until the time ended and I got a message saying “sorry you couldn’t make it..” even though I was sitting waiting and checked in. So they had to readd me and didn’t place me at the top of the list again so I waited on everyone that came in after me to have their hair cut. The stylist didn’t even try to remedy the situation and honestly seemed kinda rude and they really didn’t care. Wish they had better customer service because they did a great job with my hair.

I have gone to this location off and on over the years. They always do a good job and they place has been very clean with COVID-19. I would highly recommend the online check-in feature.

This location is just awesome. the same people have been there for a long time, they have fun together, and no matter who I get I always get a good cut. I would only recommend to ask if the client wants the MVP each time, sometimes I want a nice hot towel and my hair shampooed (they usually always do, but sometimes if they have a larger wait they might not and I dont ask because I think the reason they didnt ask was because they are busy, which I understand!)

You can check in online. Clients are mostly men, haircuts are quick, and they write notes on your style so you dont have to explain it every time. Theme is football so all TVs will have games on if that is something that tickles your fancy.

Ms. Miller did a great job, taking the time to listen to me as it had been quite a while since my last cut, since I had not found a regular barber/stylist. I will be returning to see her on a much more regular basis as I have finally found my new barber!

Unbelievably bad haircut. do not want to go back to ask them to fix it, Id rather wait 3 months and suffer. the cut the sides poorly, hair at different lengths. The top was cut unequal, left side longer that right side. Now when I comb it, there are numerous hairs 1-2 inches hanging over the side. I have no clue how to comb it since it is not symetrical. Additionally, the haircut took somewhere between 5-6 minutes - total. Very unusual. And I am not bald in the least, so there was no reason for cutting my hair the way they decided to comb it. can i give a 0 rating.

Good experience...they are experienced professionals and provide good service. They were very quick on suggesting what hair cut will suit me and job was nicely done. I woul love to visit again and again.Cost is on higher side and they do not have good coupons for regular members. Else everything meets expectations.

I was very pleased with my service here. In general, my experience at any Sports Clips has been great. This location is no exception. The MVP experience is a nice, relaxing way to get a haircut, a shampoo, and a shoulder massage.

This location of Sport Clips has been my favorite place to get my haircut for the past year and half. Every time I enter the shop, all of the stylists would greeting me from across the shop or over the counter, which makes me feel very welcoming. One of my favorite setup of this location is the sign-in process. They use self-service iPads to sign yourself in, and once signed in, your name would display in the TV above with your wait time. Having that allows me to shop around at the near shops.

Sherry is the best! She has been cutting my hairs for years since I was a kid. They take their time and always do a great job with a smile.

Decided to use the free hair cut coupon and give the place a try. The big screen TVs are nice but my barber keep me facing away from the TV and mirror while she worked. I requested my usual which is a buzz cut at 1.5 all over. She spent all of about 3 minutes on me and I ended up with what looked like a 1 cut and wound up with hair all down my back inside my shirt. They charge $19 for this standard cut which did not include a neck shave like the place down the road includes at the same price. These are NOT well trained/experienced barbers and I got the impression that the three barbers there at the time didnt like their jobs and/or each other.

Staff is extremely personable and the cuts are current with the times. Though a popular destination with wait times for walk-ins, I like the monitor which clearly shows the running order and projected wait times.

I have been going here for years with no issues but now some people have weird ways of cutting the lines. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and was next, some guy walked in after me and i watched him sign in and he was placed in line before me, when i asked the woman why he was called before me she said he signed in by web which was a lie i watched him sign in after me and his name was not on the list until he signed in after me there is a lot of shady practices at this location.

I go here every time I need a haircut. Its easy to be a regular here. Haircuts are pricey ($16 to $25), but I believe it is worth it.

Regularly waits can be >1hr due to some of their policies regarding their allocation of personel when faced with a family of size 5 or greater. In this scenario you will have to wait behind every last one of them. My suggestion? Designate a majority of the staff to the family but allow one or more to see to the customers who arent members of the brady bunch.
