I just so happened to pop in with no appointment and the staff was great and very accommodating. The salon is a work in progress from what I was told by the staff however its already a beautiful, clean salon. If you are in the area and in need of services stop by.

Mary Alice did a great job on my nails. I wanted some kind of Christmas theme, but was undecided... She shared a candy cane idea, painted my nails, and I love them!

While i was there 3 people went back to get nails fix and eye lashes because they were wrong it was my first time there and a girl said to me the older lady that does the pedicure was so rude to her and change the color of her toes with out asking her . We waited a long long time after she said the wait was half hour. It end up in hour and half and the same lady did my nails i didnt have any problem with her at all .she was good . If you go on Saturday be prepare to wait.

I dont know how people rate this place 5 stars! I went inside to see how much is a full set French nails and they charged me $42 with gel polish. I felt like its definitely not worth it.. I asked the lady what kind of French are you using and she said the white powder, little do I know he just put white nail polish on. I didnt want to cause any problems so I just went along! Not EVEN a week has passed and they are about to fall OFF! WHAT a WASTE!

This is the worst places to get anything done. Got my nails done crooked, and pop off in less than a week. I am disappointed i dont know what happening to this place i tried to be a loyal customer but they work is very sloppy. Oh and eyelash extension she doesnt ask if your allergy to latex or any awareness that come with services and pay close attention she doesnt disinfect the tweezer in between customers uses. I am saddened.

I was a walk in and seated within 5 mins even though they were busy. I don’t recall the name of my nail tech but he was very thorough and did my nails beautifully. I wanted a refill but he noticed the uplifting of the tips so he removed all and replaced them. He proceeded to trim my nails short which I appreciate because I use a computer all day. At one point I did feel a sting when he was thinning the acrylic and he apologized. In the end my nails look natural and thin! I love it!

I went to get my nails done. I called before to make an appointment and ask about price to see how much a full set acrylic would be. They said 25$ then I did also want gel which I knew would bump the price up. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm and got there at around 3:50pm. They only had one nail tech in so I had to wait til another person came. I waited til around 4:30pm when she showed up. Cindy was very nice and started to do my nails. The shape came out great but then she started to do my polish. I just wanted French tips so I told her a natural base color. She put 3 coats of the polish on my nails. Then put 3 more coats of the white polish for the tip on top of the first color and clear coat. Which resulted in 6 COATS of polish. (THE FIRST COLOR WHEN I GOT OUTSIDE WAS GRAY NOT NATURAL BTW)Then told me it was 45$.... I got my nails done March 12, 2020. Today is March 24, 2020 and they’ve already popped off. AS WHOLE NAILS. Not bits and pieces WHOLE nails. more or less DON’T GO TO TIFFANY’S.

Nails came out good but the lady cut me up really bad on multiple fingers. Not just nicks, but completely sliced me and made me bleed. On top of that, she had her kids there interrupting the whole time she was doing my nails.

I made an appointment and was seated promptly i got a full set coffin tip with gel polish a design and pedicure for $65. Tracy was clean and extremely gentle. My nails are not bulky or sloppy. I recommend this place to everyone.Went a second time. This time I was with Kenny. He is PHENOMENAL. The entire salon is great, they dedicate their time to what they are doing in the moment and make you feel welcome. Im not a talker so I liked that Kenny was straight to business and the little conversation we did share didnt end in him speaking in his language to everyone else. One thing ialso greatly appreciated was that my gel hadnt dried properly and when i got home two of my polished nails had smudged. I came in the next day to get it fixed and he re-did all of them, free of charge. He even apologized several times. I think that definitely deserves 6 stars. I also like that they dress well, are very clean and know what theyre doing. I recommend this place to anyone.

The worst nail experience I’ve had. I went here because so many people said how good they were. I will never go here again. The lady was rude and did an awful job on my nails. They were so thick and there was polish and acrylic in my cuticles and skin. I had to go somewhere else right away to have them fixed. My daughter also went and had a guy, he was nice but terrible job on her nails too. He didn’t even polish her nails right. I’ll stick to my girl and never go to anyone else especially this place. They don’t even deserve one star. 😠

Staff are excellent and very friendly. I had move from NY and I had to travel back to NY just to get my nails done once I went to Tiffany I was so happy finally a place to get my nails done just the way I like it they know exactly how to do your nails you dont really have to say much they know what they doing and the products they use last longer. if you want to have a nice experience try Tiffany I love it 👍

I paid over 78 for ombré nails they fell off 3 days later I came back to the business they refuse to give me money back and told me I had to pay 30 to get them done again I even tipped her $12 and this the service I get in return mind you I waited 2hrs to get them done

The only problem I have with them is they never open on time, it says that they open at 10 but they hardly open at that time they could open 15 minutes late or an hour late anything in between they really need to start opening ON TIME!!!!!

I would never go back the staff was so rude and kept telling me I was next. My nails turned out horrible...Be sure never to go there ... thats all I have to say.

Small place. Got my eyebrows waxed and ended up with a burn mark under my eyebrow. It lasted a few days but she did my eyebrows nice lol. Needs better ventilation in there. Kind of crowded.

They work fast nails last long

I wont be going back. All of the tools used for my pedicure had just been used on the previous client. Nothing was cleaned/sterilized in between clients. They reuse the toe separators and the chemical smell inside is overwhelming. If you dont care about cleanliness, ventilation, or infection precautions then you would do fine here. My toes look nice, although a little sore from her digging with the dirty cuticle scissors. I washed my feet when I got home.

Went to get the french style. The guy did an awful job. I realized when he was almost done and told him the previous color i had on was showing and he laughed like oh it happens! Took forever to sit me, didnt even put a hot towel or lotion on my hands, and the next girl was on my chair seconds after. Rushing to get the money. One week passed and i had to go somewhere else. I also told him i wanted a natural look and they came out way too thick.NEVER AGAIN!

I went to get my eyelashes done in that place and all of my real eyelashes fell off! I was left with no eyelashes and my eyes were burning during the process! I would not recommend anybody to go their on top of that they are really rude and refuse to give me a refund!

This is the worst place ever the lady in the front straight had an attitude when we ask to see the color books ....the lady in the back that was doing the pedicures she did not change or clean the tools that she was using to clean the people feet that was very very unsanitized the health bureau should be called for that. For this place of business the people over charge for just a different color on your nails thats ridiculous I spent $76 and I was not satisfied with what I got I will never return back to this place I will never recommend this place to no one... Horrible for business

My daughter myself went to get my eyebrows done we were burned both of us we had also swept I want to say sweat bubbles but like burn bubbles on top and bottom of her eyebrows went to the doctor they said we were burned so the wax was too hot and or dirty I do have a problem prior getting my nails done but Ive noticed a decrease in clumsiness business-oriented friendliness I will be opting out in returning

I came here as an emergency and it’s like the only nail salon open on a Sunday, the wait was like 45 mins which is understandable. I got a pedicure and a refill. Pedicure was fine at first, was cleaning my nails, only hurt a little but everything was fine. Got my refill, I had 2 nails to be fixed becuase they broke off and they are not the best, those two nails are thick on the nail bed and feel funny. I payed and tipped her becuase I didn’t want to be rude. And so I went home and I notice my big toes hurt, I don’t pay no mind to it but when i was about to go to bed, I look at my toes and it looks swollen— yellow stuff is coming out and it looks wet. It’s infected and hurts to the touch. would never recommend to come here.

Def don’t go here for a pedicure. The plastic they use to cover the sink for pedicures, THEY PUT ON THE SIDE AND REUSE instead of throwing it in the garbage. That means all the clipping that fall in that bag after they drain it are left for the next customer, Really gross! I’m sure the plastic doesn’t cost much and it’s purpose is for onetime use. I thought that was the nastiest thing and will never go back.

This is my second time writing this because they deleted my first review!!!Saturday i went to get my nails done... the wait was 45 mins which I was fine it was a Saturday I know they get busy but when it was finally my turn the girl who did my nails were very rude and just had a attitude. After I got my nails done I payed and tipped her even tho she was rude and didn’t do a good job .. when I got in the car I turned my car light on to see a closer look at them . I realized they looked really sloppy . I called them right back and said I was unsatisfied and it was sloppy can I come in tomorrow? They apologized and said yea .. Sunday comes and I go in she said it was a long wait but I realized .. it was a really long wait there was 3 people ahead of me and I already was waiting 45 mins and I had other things to do so I asked if i can come in tomorrow (Monday) to get them fixed they said yes. So when Monday hits i call ahead and the girl told me not to come since they’re busy so they said come tomorrow (Tuesday) . Finally Tuesday comes .. I realized theirs always a wait with them so I waited again for 45 mins .......when I was talking to the guy I told him the whole situation again and he said well take care of it for you and I can do another nail color (me thinking it’s on them bc they messed up) ... when it was finally my turn they were trying to charge me 15 dollars I let them know also when I was looking at the colors again the color I picked originally on Saturday that I had on my nails looked like a different color in the book they didn’t understand that I was letting them know maybe the colors were switched .. it became a big fuss because they thought I was trying to change my nail color and I was just letting them know that the color I picked on Saturday looked like a different color !! ... I just wanted the same color just wanted to let them know then they said since they have to soak the nail since it’s gel and re paint them i would have to pay 15. I said why? I didn’t like them they were sloppy and called Saturday that day I got em done after. They said since i didn’t catch it on sight that’s why ..... 1) the lightings not good. 2nd) what makes ta difference if I called you 3 mins later about how o didn’t like the outcome and they said it was fine I come in the next day. They kept delaying it and then at the end of the day they tried to make me pay for something they messed up!!! Great customer service ... I’m never gonna go there again. Rude and unsatisfied..

The staff is friendly, and they are good at their trade. There are several racks with different nail polish colors, but they also have swatches at their stations with gel colors and color changing. Theres lots of display hands with nail art on them to choose from, but they also do freehand or do what you take them a picture of. They do charge extra for the gel/color changing, but thats the standard anywhere. They offer the traditional mani/pedis, as well as waxing services, and eyelash extensions. There is some on street parking, but they do have a lot behind the building. My only complaint is that Ive been charged more than I should have at a few appointments. You ask them to change your toe polish color, and then they start cutting your nails to a more squared shape (something I didnt ask for, nor was it mentioned) and BAM, your total due goes up for the extra service. Its a nice place to go, but definitely keep track of the services your getting and what youre spending.

I was getting my nails done here for several months. When one of my nails got a fungus infection the salon did nothing about it.Will not be going back.

Went there today to get my nails done and the guy doing it was sooooo rude ! He was pulling on my hands and just giving me so much attitude for no reason . I finally said something & we got into a brief argument after I told him to fix two of my nails and he screamed at me that he would fix it in a minute . I Do not recommend this place . This place is the worse place that Allentown can have, and the manager you tell her that you only want to get your nails done by one person and she get mad at you look what happen to my nails. Now I drive 2 hours to do my nails because of this horrible place.
