Charges way more than they should. Owner is rude and makes up prices on the spot. If you don’t want to do my nails just say that…. $25 for a soak off

Love this place. The nail technicians are nice especially the lady that works in there. Whatever designs you want she will do her very best to try to come close to it. And she always compliments me on my skine tone and the size of my fingers.

Do not go to the lady, she complains about simple requests and messes them up and then is rude until she finds out you are tipping, I get that it’s a service and they work all day it’s just unacceptable that she’s this way every time I go, I would give a better rating but nah, go to one of guys tbh.

The only reason I came here was because a friend comes here and her nails are always nice, I believe she goes to some guy named Andy, he is the owner son and the only one that knows how to do nails the right way apparently, But i shouldnt have to wait 1 hour and half for this Some Andy to do my nails the right way. My experience coming here was horrible. When I seen the nail tech that was going to do my nails I knew it was about to be a bad experience but I wanted to maybe give the benefit of the doubt. He was a much older man, it looked like he didnt go to school to be a nail tech and that he was a family member that just help out at the shop, which to me I aint got time for grandpa to just be picking up a hobby for the day. But anyway I wanted to be fancy and do the chrome on my nails, the guy didnt shape my nails the way I asked, they were all different shapes from an oval to a almond. I got to the point that I asked for the owner, she came over and was going to fix them but I felt like I already spent enough time here already and I needed to go. The owner then said to pay $25 for my nails which where not fixed or done and said next time go to her son Andy. Im thinking like wow I paid $25 like a dummy and then you recommend me to your son like I wish you would have said that and I would of been left and set an appointment but this whole experience put a nasty taste In my mouth and I would never go back. I then called the next day asking could they fix my nails for no charge because I feel like for $25 that I paid I should have had them done or something and they told me that they were going to charge me $10 for a nail color change. I was like yea no I will be writing a review about you.I feel they dont think about the customers here and they are all about the money whether the nail tech is trained or not. They brought in the grandfather that didnt want to be there and didnt want to fix the issue or satisfy a new customer.Zero stars

1st time going to this nail salon, sloppy, rough treatment. Bad service, refill, pedicure over$50.00, not worth at all. Additional realize that my nails needed to be fixed.

Maybe Im picky and just used to the place i always go to(which was closed unfortunately) but I was not satified. I came for a refill with gel polish. The shape of my nails turned out decent but the painting was very sloppy. Upon asking to clean the sides of my nails, I was told to shower and it will come off. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior and going somewhere other than my original place.

So I walked in around 6:50 I could barley see the hours of operations so I walked in and instead of saying we close she said can I help you. I said sure a fill in for her to say we close. I said ok thank you, as I turned around here go 3 more customers walk in one wanted a fill in,one wanted her eyes and the third was a guy who was just with them. She said we close so I walk out and sat in my car and waited to see if they was going to take them. I say her picking her color. So I goes back in to confront her for her to say she had and appointment, this is her regular customer lol. Mind you she did not walk and say I had an appointment and she definitely didnt walk in like a regular! Besides what kind of business owner book and appointment right at the close of business. I asked for the owner they wasnt there but her name was Tina very unprofessional, If you ask me they displayed racism, and by looking at the stars Im kinda glad I didnt let them touch my hands. I will never get desperate again and go there ever again

This is the worst nail salon ever, the first time Ive been to this salon i had a terrible experience. I made my appt with Tina due to a recommendation from a girl i know and she was extremely rude. She barely speaks and understands english so it was hard for me to explain to her that i had an issue with the nail polish i chose. The color was cheap in quality and came out very streaky after she had painted my nails. She immediately got offended after i repeatedly explained to her that i was happy with the way she did my nails, its just the nail color that i didnt like the quality of. I even complemented her on her work and thanked her. All i wanted her to do was changed the color and she had the nastiest attitude, put her headphones in and ignored anything i said or any questions i had. I was so livid, never have i been to a place where customer service is of no importance. That is not how you treat a paying customer especially when the products that you stock your shelves with can be brought at any local 99 cent store. Ive received better customer service at a bodega. Smh I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star. 👎👎👎
