I got my nails done on Wednesday, the pedicure was amazing BUT the acrylics are horrible! On Thursday my nail had broke in half so i went to get it fixed. The lady was in such a rush she ended up cutting me. On Friday my middle nail popped off and now today on Sunday almost half of my nails have already “popped” off. This is the second time i get my nails done here and they never last a week. Not sure if the guy just didn’t know how to do nails or was just distracted with his girlfriend sitting right next to him the entire time 🙄🙄 hate that i wasted my time and money giving this place another chance

This place is horrible!!!! to start off right as I walked in there were kids toys all over the floor along with the table being sticking when I would put my hand down. extremely dirty. secondly I paid 53 for my set and 3 of my nails had fallen off in the 2 days I got them, along w the paint chipping. the shape was not what I had asked for so I ended up fixing them myself. inane. don’t go here.

My first time at Lux Nails was great! The store is incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and informative about the services they offered. The salon environment was bright and clean, and the man who painted my nails did an amazing job with my gel lacquer French tip manicure. A great first-time experience getting my nails done. Would highly recommend.

I stopped here after work in need of a manicure. Sign on door said walk-ins welcome. If thats the case, they need to have more than one guy working! He said an apppointment was coming in and could I come back later. Not getting a second chance.

Its been 7 days exactly, one nail has fully popped off. 3 are lifting to the point of falling off. They DID NOT fix my broken nail. Only covered it with an extra layer of acrylic. The nails look like a 3 year old did them. I should have known they were bad when I walked in and was the only person there. I will never go back.

He didnt use the same product I use for my nails and I told him 3 times. I had also to remind him to cut my nails twice because he forgot . Eyebrow : the Lady did my eyebrow and she seemed to be in a rush. She didnt do a good job at all. I understand she was busy because she took her little boy at work but at least do your job. I will never go back there. I wasted $40.00

Been getting my nails done there since it 1st opened...very clean, prices competitive w/ other salons in the area. Friendly atmosphere. Appts. not needed, but if u want a certain person, make an appt. Long list of offerings. They do a fine job. Would not go anyplace else. 5 stars!!

First time there and will be my last!! They are not up to date with the latest fashion, did a horrible job on my nails that I have to go to another nail salon to fix this mess. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Been getting my nails done for 15yrs...and he tried to school me like I dont know what Im talking about. Didnt listen to what I said, messed it up and then got mad when he had to work past 8pm to finish his mess up. Horrible! Ive been to some crappy nail salons, but this one takes the #1 spot. Do yourself a favor...drive 5 mins down the road and go somewhere else. I work hard for my $$ and I expect my nails to look good!
