I was delighted by the service, friendliness, cleanliness, and atmosphere. From the amazing shampoo from Maddie to the highly skilled cut from Jennifer, my hair looks and feels amazing! My hair is naturally curly, so I am always hesitant about getting it cut anywhere. I love that all of their products are vegan, organic and eco-friendly. They have definitely gained a regular!!!

I recently went to Sato to have gel nail extensions done. I bite my nails so they are a bit short of course. I was told the nails would last and they came off very quickly -- however, the customer service I received was incredible. The salon was quick to get back to me, kind, and was able to make the situation right. I would still definitely recommend Sato to a friend, and I do believe Arianna is quite talented at nails.

I have very curly, but also soft and fine hair. I have had lots of folks give me some very bad cuts over the years. Allison at Sato does a great job. She’s also super nice. I highly recommend Allison/Sato.

Used to be great as why almost all of the positive reviews are from over a year ago. My wife loved it here but has had really poor experiences for the past few months. The results arent consistent, time management is poor, and one of the employee always seems to have an attitude with the customers. Going down the drain.

I got a deva cut yesterday by Allison H and my hair is ruined now. I went in with slightly uneven hair and came out with hair thats COMPLETELY different lengths. It looked okay at the salon but when I did my own hair today I noticed how terrible the cut actually is.

This is an exceptional salon. Everyone is so friendly and attentive.Im super fussy about my hair. I told Alyson what I wanted and she really listened to me.I love my new haircut, and so impressed how knowledgeable she is in everything organic!!Definitely recommending to everyone I know!Thanks so much!

Great experience today with Allison! I got a Deva cut and color and was extremely happy with the results. From the initial consultation to the blow dry and style, everything was thoughtful, professional and relaxed. Highly recommend!
