Nail tech Michelle perform a pedicure on my feet. The experience was amazing. I told her about the callous on my heel. She took special care of my feet as if I was her first and only customer. Throughout the process She spoke to me to make sure that I was comfortable and not only that to make sure her work was up to my standards. She did just that. I wish I had a before picture but she did an amazing job. Had to catch her name for next time service.

Mai has been doing my lashes for a little over 6 six months now and I love them every single time. They last me up to 3 weeks or longer with the proper care. She takes her time and does them real nice. Definitely worth it.

This is the worst place to have your nails done. I went one time and my nails was horrible I give a second chance because the girl that had my nails done was NEW!!! OKUR!! I went yesterday again a lady do my nail first this nails are horrible the gel is poor quality. I paid 75 dollars for nothing!!!!!! I will keep my girl Tina at Nail play studio. I don’t have time for this people that want to do the work fast, poor and really bad!!! Not recommend at all

All workers are all so welcoming and knowledgeable of their work. The salon is very clean and I always leave with my nails looking amazing! Kelly & Vivian are great with nail art.

I do not recommend this place at all. i payed 240 for this set when anywhere else at most it wouldve been 150. i kept asking the people how much the total was going to be & they didnt tell me untill they finished. as you can see i already have a nail missing & a couple of jewels have fallen out & it has only been less than a week. the technicians were rude & judgemental. save your money. i am a beginner nail tech @nailedbygin on ig & i wouldve just been better off doing my own nails. never again.. save ur time & money.

I do not recommend going here. They do not go by the prices at all. My friend and I were told on the phone that the gel refill for acrylics would be $35 and when we finished, it came out to $60. They do have their prices stated on the walls, but do not go by them all at. They sent my friend and I to three different nail techs. The first nail tech did a terrible job and kept messing up and forgetting to do certain nails. He forgot to mention that the design my friend wanted would be an extra $30. We had to wait till we were with the second nail tech to find that information out and she was very rude and disrespectful. Im sorry I know I am not a nail tech, but that is ridiculous. I understand that it is their product, but that does not mean charge the customer that much for a simple design. The third nail tech was very rough with our nails and seemed to be focus on more other things going on then the nails. I definitely will not be going back here and will be finding another place that follows their prices and is not disrespectful.

I’m not a local. My husband is currently an inpatient at a nearby hospital and will be for some time. My stress level has been through the roof! I decided I needed some distraction and “me” time. Using Google I found Lucky Nails and I’m so glad I did! I received a spa pedicure and spa manicure, both with a paraffin wax treatment. Kelly did an amazing job. She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. When the massage chair timed out, she’d be quick to turn it back on. When I had my hands resting in the wax she gave me a pillow. I felt like a queen! Weeks of stress melted from my body. Seriously, she spent two hours pampering me! Since I’ll be making frequent trips to the area for several weeks, I’ll be sure to stop in again. Thank you, Kelly!

My experience from the minute I called to the second I walked out was above and beyond any I’ve had elsewhere in the area. I got a manicure& pedicure, last salon I spent 4hours for a mani/pedi and the lady destroyed my nails.... when I was getting my hack job fixed on my hands my mother dropped my four year old off. I had them do her toes and hands and they were so great with her too. I will say the refill on my hands cost $100 and my feet another 60$....But I am so satisfied with the overall experience and atmosphere that I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone was very helpful and kept up with all the cleaning procedures, which was really reassuring. My pedicure turned out great and I was overdue for one! Prices are more than reasonable. I like my nails the staff is nice and they are good people to talk to, i had a good time with them.

They don’t go off their own prices on the board at all. A acrylic fill with gel polish said $35 and I was charged $60. No design or anything was done just plain polish, and when I asked for a receipt he put down $55 for the fill and $5 for the nail fix.. still doesn’t explain the extra $20 added to my bill. Overall very dissatisfied and not happy with my nails.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my LIFE with a nail salon. Very VERY unprofessional. I went in for a refill, before starting I showed the technician (Ben) the design I wanted which was different color French manicure (5 different colors). The price I was given was $50. While I questioned how high it was I asked Ben to break the price down for me.... he said $40 for a refill and $10 for the French. (The sign states refills start at $25 and I was getting nothing extraordinary done). Before he started my design, he questioned how much colors there were (mind you, he took a picture of the design with his own phone.) He than told me he would have to charge $5 more because each nail was a different color. I’m so disgusted with the services I received today and I wish no one would have to experience this EVER with this place. This was my “me time” and it ended horribly. Never EVER again. I ended up paying for nail that I HATED, nothing like I wanted. He even changed my shape HIMSELF than tried to charge for that to. I wish I could give negative stars.

I would have left this salon 3 stars if it wasn’t for the experience I had while paying. The owner asked me to “check in” without explaining what the reason for it was. He had me enter my phone number into the system, I originally thought it was to sign up for a rewards program, but realized halfway through it was to leave a google review. As I was standing there completing my 3 star review of the salon the owner says “no no” and clicked 5 stars on my phone. While the service and nail tech I had were decent, I did not appreciate being “bullied” into leaving a review thst was not my honest feedback of the salon and the true experience I had. It’s a true shame. I would have recommended this salon to friends and family, but instead I’m leaving this review right now because the owner was “unhappy” I only gave him 3 stars while standing right next to him.

Hello all.The way this business is run is beyond unprofessional. I will be contacting the better business borough because of my previous experience at this establishment.For one, the owner has prices listed on the wall, but she does not go by them. Instead the price is based on the individual. When the nail tech was done doing my nails (he did a horrific job btw), she came up to me and grabbed my hands and yelled out a price, as if she were at an auction. And she did not wash her hands before grabbing my hands. She charged me more than what the price said on the wall. If you have updated prices, then the prices on the wall should reflect that.To make matters worse, the nail tech who did my nails dislocated my middle finger. He was so rough with me. I recently went to the doctor and i am now wearing a splint. To top it off he filed some of the skin on my finger off and it looks like it might be infected.Then I get home and check my bank statement and see that they had the nerve to over charge my card $15 for a tip, when I had already generously tipped the nail tech (he did not deserve a tip). I will never go back to this foul place again. Ive heard other peoples horror stories from this place and I am disgusted. I have no idea how this establishment is still in business. Please whatever you do, save yourself the trouble and go to a better nail salon. This place does not care about their customers. They only care about STEALING your money. Start treating your customers with some respect and dignity. Sad, in pain, and EXTREMELY disappointed!

This place Is HORRIBLE I REPEAT HORRIBLE!!!! I came in with nice coffin shaped nail wanted a polish take off and clear coat with a LITTLE trim they cut my nails all the way down too short! Then the last was rushing and had the guy step in to “TRY and FIX them. Nope I came out with hardly any nails and a clear coat. I did not want to pay for the service they messed up my whole nails and wouldn’t do clear coat unless I paid. I will NEVER be returning.then the lady started yelling at me because of her wrong doing. I would give ZERO stars but have to leave 1 to write this review.

My daughter, her friend and I went to this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure totaling $155 plus tips for myself and daughter. I don’t mind spending the money.. however I never intended to run back several times for repairs! My daughter got a French manicure for her dinner dance and graduation. The white lines was peeling off of hers nails within one day. I took her back to have it redone and the same thing occurred 3 days later.As for myself! I asked my nail technician to use the power filer only to remove the gel polish that I had on my nails prior to this service and not to file my real nail down to preserve the strength of my nails. She responded ok ok ok. It was apparent that she wasn’t listening to me. So my nails had to be repaired 3 time in one week. They have poor listening skills and poor customer service!!!!!

My daughter make an appointment with this lady that work in this salon and when she arrives the lady tell her go with another one or wait for me(very unprofessional) This other lady did a terrible job on her nails. Some of the color in her nails looks more brighter than others. $60 dollars waisted.

When doing my nails they took a lot of bad shortcuts. They didn’t sanitize anything, they didn’t push back my cuticle, they cut the skin around my sister’s finger, they make the nails super thick and sloppy, they leave a lot of glue residue at the end and they overpriceaa waaaaaa. I’m never going back there.
