I had been tracking a package that came from Florida, and it was delivered to my house from this location It said it was delivered, but when I checked my mailbox, it was not there. I checked all the entrances to my house and even got my family to help me search. I tried calling and they wouldnt even pick up the phone, despite it being business hours. This package was my moms birthday gift and I was so upset!2 days later my neighbor came to my door and told me she got my mail! She saved me from so much stress! I understand USPS workers are human and they make mistakes. But this was not the first time! Ive lost packages and received damaged mail from USPS multiple times. The least they could do is pick up the phone. Their missing mail search is a joke and got me nowhere in the past. This pandemic is hard on everybody. Slow mail is understandable. But their lack of empathy and care for their customers is not it.
I didn’t even want to give one sorry but I had to for this to post... so many packages being scanned as “ out for delivery” but not delivered ... never had this issue with my mail man who retired at the end of the year . You all need to check who you are hiring and scan your packages correctly . Not hard...

Was came in at 11am rand the bell no answer. Another person came in at 11:15 he rang bell no answer. Stood there till 11:45 bell was rang 4 times no answer. I left without my package. Very disappointed
This is the worst experience ever as a small business owner the carriers REFUSE to pick up my outgoing packages to try to get someone on the phone is NEARLY impossible HORRIBLE all the way around and when they do show up to pick up the outgoing they do not scan it so it looks to my clients as though i never sent it carriers are RUDE and lazy

My mail has been missing since August 8th. Everything has been coming in the mail except for my important mail. which doesn’t make any sense. I waited 35 minutes just for the supervisor to speak to me and not resolve anything at all. I believe someone on the inside is stealing mail. I am going to make a police report and email the president of the company, the service is bad, terrible. I have never been to some place so unprofessional. For the past weeks, I’ve been missing mail back to back license, socials etc....

They say packages are normally there for 5 days at the most but mine has been in there for 8 days with no updates and its very late. All my other packages didnt go through this places and were delivered on time 😒 thanks for wasting my money
I ordered two packages that were supposed to be delivered two days ago. The update says delivered when the package never delivered. They are stealing everyone’s packages and it’s ridiculous.. apparently I can’t order anything anymore because I won’t be able to trust the postal system

Terrible customer service, had fedex deliver my package to my P.O. Box only to be refused by representative because she didn’t feel like searching.
They upgraded my envelope package to a parcel package because it was too thick, causing an additional postage fee. I was spoken to in a brash and disrespectful manner. The guy was locked out of the system and I wouldnt have been able to pay the fee, but I insisted he take the larger bill and just set the change aside for someone else. They hold mail hostage and extort money. 0/10 service. Shameful display from a USPS office.
Dont bother calling. Their voice mailbox is full and you cant talk to anyone. Ship your packages FedEx or UPS much better service and you get your package. To inform everyone, its not the employees fault. Its Congress fault. They cut $$, impose high expenses on the USPS so it will fail. Republicans want private companies to deliver. Rates will go up because USPS sets the rate prescient. Complain to your Congressperson.**Update: when picking up my package, fortunately my experience was painless within 10-15 minutes. Good luck.
They marked a package delivered that was never delivered. On the same day I got two issues of the same magazine from different months. There is no local number, tried to complain using a number given from the national line and it went to a full voice mailbox.

You can’t actually ship anything from here. I brought packages thinking that I could and get them mailed but there was no one there and no desk to possibly mail things. I came during what should’ve been normal hours. You would think at a POST office on POSTAL road, you would be able to ship things. Not the case.
This post office lost my official mail. There is no phone number to call and my mail carrier says “He hopes my package, which required a signature will somehow get back to his route”. If you get a peach slip from this address don’t sign it and put it in your mailbox. I advice going to the location to see if it’s there first to avoid losing your important mail.
I am just SO sick of dealing with this office. This location absolutely refuses to redeliver mail. Every single time I miss mail that requires a signature it is a fight to get it...I will fill out both the peach slip AND a redelivery form online but it’s useless. There is NEVER any attempt made to redeliver and I don’t believe this is the carrier’s fault. In fact, they’ll just send packages back with no contact.I am always just expected to come and pick this mail up. The problem is, I work during the window hours and I just can’t leave work to do that (WHICH IS THE REASON I’M ASKING FOR MY MAIL TO BE REDELIVERED). These are never things that require me to be present to sign.I mentioned this to the woman at the window the last time I had to fight for a package. She gave me attitude and said “well, that’s why we’re open on saturdays” I told her I am at work on saturdays as well and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away.In October I missed a letter that was sent certified..signed the slip and filled out redelivery online...STILL never received it. Ended up calling the sender to find out what it was and have it resent through a different carrier.I know the staff here could not care less and nothing will change at this location, but I cannot wait until I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

The woman who attended to me was very nice. However, she was the only one working with a line of about 6+ people before me. I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to be served which isnt really the issue because she was the only one there and I am patient. What is the issue is how come there are not more employees tending to customers and helping this poor woman out?

Every time I order anything online I never receive my package cause it’s being delivered by USPS postal service in my area. If I ever receive my package it’s because it’s been delivered by UPS or FedEx. When we had the same Mailman it didn’t make any difference I still never gotten my package until I put in a complaint and all of the sudden I come home that night and my son said it was outside on the floor next to my mailbox. Now we have several different mail carriers which now is a nightmare. Now I don’t even want to order anything online cause I never get my packages through USPS Service here in Allentown PA. What I get is everyone else mail except my wife or my own mail. Smh. Ridiculous.

The customer service from our Postal service is an embarrassment to the citizens of this country. Of course we all know that this review wont matter because no one cares. They lost a package and tell you to wait a week and file a report. No one calls you back or updates tracking. How can my package be within 5 miles of its location and it cant be found.
Called from Dallas, TX because employee sent package to new address but did not change tracking info! I called this location and SOFIA went above and beyond to find the package and mail it to the correct address. Thank you again sofia
Packages are constantly late, they never leave those pink slips for parcels and when they do they are never filled out properly. They wont take signed slips back. They have horrible hours. The lady at the window is rude. They sent back 2 boxes without notifying me
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST distribution center! EVERYONE I KNOW has the same experience. They constantly lose packages and or cause unacceptable delays. 2 day priority packages often take 10 days to be sent to my local post office. Packages are shipped half way across the country in two days; to sit 4-5 days, a week or longer at Lehigh Valley.. before being sent to the local post office. Staffed by a bunch of incompetent tards!
PUT ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS - Please ReadUsing Google Business Analytics, the hours I called support, Googles workflow trend stated USPS is currently not too busy yet the estimated hold time I was given over the phone was over an hour. The actual time I was on hold today before a customer service representative could answer my call was 2 hours 41 minutes and 39 seconds. I personally feel this is completely inexcusable. It truly leaves me speechless. Additionally, when checking the tracking number on my missing packages, they go out for delivery yet never get delivered and I have not received any sort of solution. Heavy re-evaluation is needed in the USPS service department. As a corporation which is an establishment of the executive branch of the Government of the United States and is controlled by Presidential appointees and the Postmaster General, our input should be valued and improved upon, rather than going unnoticed and ignored as it is now. I think the staggering 1.5/5 star rating compiled from the reviews of 48 individuals should be enough to spark concern and the initiative of change. All of us are 5 star customers and do not deserve 1.5 star service. This place is an absolute waste of space. Id rather see a new UPS building at this location, at least they know how to track and deliver packages. They lose packages on me constantly then lie about it. They mark delivered mail as delivered, but nothing in the mailbox, they say they couldnt deliver a package because my driveway was not accessible but I dont have a driveway. This location needs to be investigated by the Postmaster General.
Extremely terrible. you have to take an appointment before submitting an application for a passport. they have ONE woman only to answer this call. I been calling for straight 2 weeks I always get her voice mail. I think i have called like 50 times. i left like 4-5 voice mails hoping she would call back. she never does. i called the main office and they say well she is busy doing passports. How about if she is doing passport someone else take care of scheduling appointments.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only did we watch as the driver skipped our house without so much as an attempt. Yet when we checked the tracking it said notice left. THERE WAS NO NOTICE LEFT. To make matters worse I paid 50 dollars for priority shipping just for him to get lazy and not even get out of the truck to knock on our door! After calling to get our package the rep from this post office was disgustingly rude spouted out some other number to call and hung up on me! Tried calling again and it went straight to voicemail. The only reason why you even get a star is because I have to put one. USPS sucks. Every time I get a package delivered to them; 1. It doesn’t come on time, and 2. My package would be out for delivery all day but it doesn’t arrive until a few days later. I don’t get it. And what’s with your phone service. Do you ever have anyone there available to pick it up?

The company I bought product from and it said it was delivered. Well not to me. Funny thing.. I have recieved 3 packages belonging to other people which I returned or delivered myself to the correct people.We didnt get ours. Company is resending and I should get it by tomorrow. Embarrassingly terrible service. At 1 pm on a thursday there was NO ONE available to handle any customers.Them having a phone number is pointless, there is no voicemail and no one ever answers. The service bell must be an inside joke. It is not loud enough to be heard in the back, and the main desk seems abandoned. At this point the building serves as more of a usps storage hub with a misleading post office sign out front. Something has to be done about this waste of govt resources. Unfortunately for us it seems as if it has been this way for a while now....I will contact corporate.

I’ve had several packages marked “delivered” but they never were. They never helped me and told me to go to the police instead. Now I’m too afraid to buy anything online that doesn’t have any other shipping service but usps. I’d rather be run over by the mail truck then ever have one of my packages on it ever again.
