Good stop, done in approximately one hour. Arrived about an hour before my appointment and they checked me in and gave me a dock door immediately. The back into the docks are fine. I dont know what other reviewers are looking for when it comes to a back but there was more than 2 feet to either side of my trailer and trailer and plenty of room to the front.

You ever think of possibly addressing the concerns that people bring up instead of answering with cut and paste answers? It comes off EXTREMELY disingenuous like you basically dont care. But hey.....safe travels.

This is my second time coming here to pick up a load and both times it took to long appointment at 12 I checked in at 11:30 they told me its not ready come back in at 1and at 1 they gave me a dock but then I just sat there for another 6 hours and I wasnt the only one the other drivers seem to have the same issue so just be ready to wait and good luck

Had a delivery and reload here today. I arrived an hour before my appointment time and was handed my paperwork 2 hours later. That was awesome! Getting in off the street was the problem for me...other trucks were parked in the narrow driveway..I ended up blocking part of the road until the line moved up. My advice dont arrive to early to this appointment. There is not a lot of extra space for parking.

This place is confusing hot mess smh. Tight yard over full with trailers minimum room to back in docks . Expect long wait times over 5 hours . Probably wont load here again drivers be aware

My drivers appointment was at 2 pm on 09/21/2020. He came there 12:30 pm. The shipper turned him down and told him to come back at 2 pm.Driver checked in at 1:45 PM again and the shipper checked him in. Driver kept waiting. Waiting waiting waiting. Got loaded at 12:55 am Tuesday 09/22/2020.So unprofessional. If this place go by appointment, they should make sure the product is good to go on time. Need new management team for sure. This is my first and last load from this facility until I see some positive reviews about loading times.I usually dont rate shippers, but this one deserves it. I encourage all CDL drivers to review such facilities that take forever so your fellow drivers can save themselves!!Good Luck if youre still going ahead with this facility, May the forces be with you😇Thank you!!

Drivers avoid this place at all cost, unless youre ready to take a 10hr rest break. Me as well as several other drivers were here waiting over 9hrs to get loaded.I will NEVER pull another load from this place. I dont care if it was paying me 5k to go 10 miles.

The place get chaotic its small place so you need to be patient and helpful drive up as much as you can and park to the right as possible try not to block the way. The people that work there they are wonderful people. They know the problem but they are very helpful and understanding I waited 5 hours to get loaded but getting upset is of not use its better to keep a good attitude and thank the workers because they are doing their best they dont enjoy making people wait they keep a positive attitude and they show it. This was my experience. Waiting is part of real life trucking. The 5 star is because the amazing attitude.In the end we only live once so lets be more kind to one other.

They take too long to get you loaded. Had my 2 hour loading and then started eating up my drive time. Omgoodness Ill remember this place to not want to come back again. Really need to upgrade some more ppl if you doing a warehouse industry.

My girlfriend and I had 2 separate truck loads being delivered here for an 07:00 and 07:30 appointment last Friday. Both of us showed up at 06:50 and were put into docks immediately and were unloaded and had our paperwork in hand 30 minutes later. If only every warehouse could operate in an efficient manner like this the trucking industry would be much better. Besides for the backing area being slightly tight due to limited space I would have no issues delivering here again. Thanks Kane Logistics for your efficiency!

It is unfortunate theres no voice on behalf of truckers to protest the shabby treatment in the hands of shippers and receivers. Im of the opinion that we are taken for rags to be treated with a pinch of salt.It happened to me here when they couldnt start to load my truck after waiting for almost 6 hours, I left the dock having warned them 30 minutes earlier that I will leave if loading is not started immediately which they promise it will be started only to open the dock door to hoodwink me that they are ready.They dont understand therere rules that regulate trucking especially HOS, they dont care about your situation and human feelings and convenience, as far as they are concerned your are just an animal that is at the lowest rung of the ladder who deserves little or no respect.We need to enforce and take back our dignity from places where we are being trampled on, otherwise we will continue in self pity forever.

Not that great. 11:30am delivery. Out 3pm. Palletized beverage. Coming from another Kane warehouse. Small lot with lots of trucks making it difficult to dock in and out. Luck of the draw for the five star guys.

This place is horrible man come on my appointment was at 12:30 pm its 7:49 pm they js started loading me now i have no hrs to drive how they expect drivers to deliver on time not to mention the attitude they give u for askin a simple question this can not be real this facility has no professionalism at all

1 star is too.much. Had an appointment for 11.00 am. Checked in at 10.45 am. Its now 14.10 pm and nothing. Went inside to question and they said to check again in 1 hour. Unprofessional and messy.Avoid this place. It sucks...

Unbelievable. Avoid if possible. Arrived at noon for 14:30 appointment, and they asked me to check in again at 14:30. After I got a door and now is 23:10 I still waiting for a loading. They didn’t even start. If I late for my delivery appointment I can stuck over the Christmas holidays somewhere in Wisconsin. And they just lying me that they gonna start loading me right now every two hours when I ask them

This is one of the worst shippers in the east coast. Trucking companies and Owner Operators be aware that you are going to spend hours and hours on the dock to get loaded. My driver arrived at 3PM and finished getting loaded at 11:30PM. Stay away from this place if possible.

Horrible place to pick up from appointment time was 1530 arrived here at 1430 got a dock shortly after but was in dock door almost 8 hours.checked back with office at 6 and was told they would start on me shortly yeah right Not to mention its pretty tight back up and is pretty clustered from dropped trailers and people coming and going

Decent place to get unloaded. Always fast. Dock can be tight. Theres a steep ditch directly across from them and lazy drivers will park right in your way.

Well Im not sure which facility Im reviewing but Ive loaded at both places at 7428 industrial Blvd an so far I cant complain!!!! Got me in a door an starting loading me ASAP I cant complain an have no issues with either facility .... Thanks 😊😊😊

Hi Truckers dont come here to pick up load, I come here early than my appointment, there was a line of trucks, the security guard took my cell no and said park at Wawa parking lot and someone gonna call, because my truck was blocking traffic on the road, but no body call me, I check after couple of minutes, than I checked in, than same thing, they said park at Wawa, they call when door is available, any way after 3 hours I get call get door, and than nothing happens at the door for more than hour, I am not coming back here ever.

Do not deadhead far to this shipper because they cancel loads often. Its appointment delivery only. In my case they rescheduled appointment for more than 24 hours later. Only about 2 forklift operators fo serving 10 trucks means its slow.
