Worse than unresponsive. I called to arrange for replacement of a broken glass panel in a grandfathers clock cabinet. Eric said he would send someone out to look at it the Wed before Thanksgiving. No one showed up; no phone call. When I called to follow up I was told I wasnt on the schedule, but they would have Eric call me back. Again, no call. I waited until the following Thurs, Dec 3. Again I was told Eric would call me back, but again no call. I can certainly understand not wanting to take a particular job, but why go thru the pretense of scheduling an appointment, blowing it off and then ignoring further inquiries? If I could rate them less than 1 star I would have - definitely NOT recommended!

Ordered 3 pieces (no green edge) of glass and was told 2 weeks for the glass to be ready. I called several times by the third time I was told the glass is ready. The glass had a green edge and not the right size as I ordered. I used this business in the past however no more. I highly recommend Mesko Glass. Mesko has done what Jacks glass could not. I had a 52 x 48 front window cracked from a landscape stone hitting it from the lawn mower. Called Jacks glass and Eric scheduled us in for a free estimate. He got back to me with the estimate in a timely manner. They had to specialnorder the window because of the odd size, and it came in as eric said it would 4 weeks. We scheduled an install for Dec.23rd 2020 between 1:30 and 2:30pm. His guys showed up at 12:45 in their Covid19 approved PPE. they got to work right away and were done by 130. All cleaned up as if we never had a window installed.Extremely happy with my customer experience with Jacks Glass!.

The technicians (Anthony and another gentleman) are very skilled and friendly. They replaced the big foggy window in my foyer. I called a few other glass companies in the Lehigh Valley and none of them was able to do the work. Finally Jacks Glass gave me a Yes and they did it!!! Called Jack’s Glass to inquire whether they cut single -pane glass to order. They said yes, they do. After driving down there, I was informed that I needed to ‘order’ a piece of tempered glass for my residential kitchen back door and wait 7-14 days for it to come in.Wait, what? Now the code requires tempered glass on residential entryways???Went to hardware store where they were happy to sell me what I wanted.

The guy at the show room was great, but once the person that came out to measure he was horrible, very unprofessional. We were told he had 20 years experience, but he complained about the caulking around our current shower doors and said it would be so, difficult to take off and it would take weeks to remove it. This was store bought clear caulking that was already starting to peel off. He sounded very lazy like he didnt want to be bothered with the job. We were told we would have an estimate the next day, but didnt find out until over a week later by calling ourselves that the job was refused all over removing caulking. Ive never heard of a company refusing to do a job! My husband removed the doors himself, peeled the caulking off, and cleaned it up in just 20 minutes! Just waiting for our glass to come in and be installed by Lehigh Glass who have been awesome so, far!

JacksGlass recently came to my home to measure and install a glass shower enclosure. Jason came to my home on time and with a smile on his face. He measured the space, had a template and then was on his way after informing me it would take about 3 weeks for the glass to be manufactured. I believe the glass arrived a week early and the install went smoothly. Jacks Glass accommodated my late request as well to have a towel hook installed. I suffered an accident in which my drivers seat window was smashed due to vandalism, and with a busy musicians schedule between gigging and teaching, I had to get it repaired quickly. I was pleased with their candor and professionalism. Not only did they get the repair with the right size of glass quickly, they did the job properly, and they also vacuumed the inside of the car of all the debris and snow that had resulted in it. I highly recommend them for their services. Could not have been more pleased.

I would highly recommend Jacks Glass! I needed a new windshield and SafeLite came out to my place work to replace and I noticed they had the wrong piece of glass. Not sure what they would have done if I did not notice it so decided to make a trip to PA. to have a shop that my family has used in the past to do the work. They were FABULOUS! My first experience with Jacks was 7 years ago when Moose replaced the windshield on my 2010 Ford Fusion. The care taken with this job really impressed me,no gouge marks on the metal channel or scratches,etc. I had the car for 110,000 miles after that with no leaks. This time around I took a rock in the windshield of my 2014 Fusion and Moose was out so Chuck did the job.Once again the old windshield was cut out with no marks or scratches. My rearview mirror fell off a replaced windshield (from a shop that is now out of business). I took it to Jacks Glass and they reattached it for a VERY reasonable price.However, BMW rearview mirrors are notoriously difficult to reattach straight. I mentioned that I was not happy with the alignment and they told me no problem, come back and well take care of it for you. They spent quite a bit of time on it on the second try, but they got it PERFECT, and there was no additional charge.Everyone was very friendly, even the poor techs that had to deal with my difficult car. Jacks Glass now has another loyal customer!

Make sure to get a written estimate when using Jacks. I sent daughter their to have a screen re-screened and was charged $47.70. I thought it was high, so I did some shopping around and found new Anderson screen with frame at Home Depot for $27.00. I then called Boyers Hardware in Slatington and was quoted $21.00 to replace same size screen (34 X 56). I called and spoke to Jack the owner and asked if there was a mistake and he said that is what he charges and he was not willing to change the price. He explained that he has employees to pay and that is what it cost. Fortunately for those who pay with a credit card you can dispute the charge.
