The women in this place are very rude and disorganized. I came in for an interview during the weekend and was told to come back Monday when I asked what time I wasn’t given a specific time... Susan just said “around 10” when I asked what time around 10 she then said “I don’t know just come around 10 ” as if she couldn’t be bothered. Not to mention there is no privacy when they ask you for your information in their offices they keep the door open and people standing waiting behind you could hear all of your information being told including your social security number. When I came back to discuss which job I will be taking on Monday I had to speak with Susan again first and as I waited a spanish lady (she is very lightskin, spanish accent was speaking spanish and has dyed blonde hair) was on a phone call with one of the customers and who I guess was needing info about when to activate the pay cards they give you and the spanish lady asked the black lady about the pay cards but the black lady had an attitude and refused to go on the call and just said for the spanish lady to tell the customer to activate the card Friday and then the black lady proceeded to insult the customer under her breath while the spanish lady was on the phone with them. Now after I spoke with Susan I was told by the same spanish lady I mentioned before to fill out a form for the job and where I had to sign my information. I proceeded to sign where I was told however I was also informed right before I filled out the form that the orientation for the job was the next following day and I would need certain clothes however I found that it was extremely short notice to tell someone the day before the orientation and that I would need time to get these specific items. I asked if she knew another orientation date and she shrugged and said they had no idea and then if I did not attend with the proper clothing I would not be given the job. The short notice is unprofessional, their incompetence is unprofessional, the rudeness is unprofessional and unnecessary because when I decided after filling the forms that after all I would not take the job because I would not have the clothes prepared in time because of the short notice that I had changed my mind. When I told the same spanish lady as before that I changed my mind about the job she decided she would get an attitude with me and rip my forms in front of me and everyone else. However I proceeded to just say “thank you for your time have a nice day ma’am” and left. I do not recommend this place, they have very little to offer as in jobs and clearly have no respect for the people that come there. If I could give 0 stars I would.*updateI was looking over my reviews and just decided to edit a couple of typos that I didn’t notice before. When I corrected and update them the review I noticed the date changed to the present, so I am making it clear I initially made this review four months *ago from this time.

ISS put me at a job the first day I walked through there doors. The staff is kind and friendly. I worked with them 3 times and never had a problem with them. You get paid every friday. Amazon is a great place to work for. Its a four day a week job 10 hour shifts. ISS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FOR!! thumbs up..

Applied on Monday morning. On Tuesday I received a call to report to my assignment Thursday for training. Been on assignment 10 months.

Unprofessional

Worked through ISS at Amazon for one month as seasonal employee. Amazon I liked, the work was easy and it was a fast paced place. What I didnt like was how much ISS lies and how shady they are. I was told I would be temp to permanent, until my first day on the job at Amazon when I found out it would only be a seasonal position. They held me accountable for 2 hours time off task (which is automatic termination) on a low volume work day. 25 minutes of this said 2 hours was right before I clocked out for the day, which was 20 min early due to going home on VTO. I was taken into ISS to give explanation of why my off task was so much. I gave my written explanation, they said someone from HR would call to speak to me in 48 hours. Instead what I received was a call from one of the ISS staff (English not first language) telling me my assignment has ended. No communication between ISS team and Amazon floor managers. DO NOT WORK FOR ISS.

I would leave 0 stars, not sure what happend but this place went down hill. The people working there are difficult morons. Cant get any worse then that and they need to be taught skills on how to deal with a customer.
