Talked to Julia out of Chicago. Nice conversation. Sent me an e file registration document via email. What a frustration in purpose. Yesterday I also did an assessment for another head hunter. Sailed thru it no hitches. Kelly used to be a good agency to contract with. What happened. And where did the Bethlehem office go

I dont get what all the hubbub is with all the destain. The only minor (very minor) issue is theyre dry as a bone with leads or there is an extended process at times. I usually get a scheduled start date relatively quickly myself.

Very unprofessional place. They are suppose to be there for people in the community and help with job placing however they do they complete opposite. Abigail in the Allentown office is just simply rude when is on the telephone with people. I called her multiple times and left messages when I got through to her she sounded very annoyed and frustrated. If you don’t like your job or don’t like people then customer service is not your thing. So I requested to speak with the manager his name is Brett. I thought he would help me out but also did the opposite he told me to contact the Easton office instead, which made no sense because I’m not of that area. I called him a few times and wouldn’t even get on the phone with me and just tell whoever answered for me to call Easton. This place is a joke and should be shut down because they do nothing for no one. I warn anyone not to WASTE their time going to Kelly Services because is was seriously a WASTE of my time.

Totally unprofessional. 0/10. I called to see if any jobs were available. They asked if I had applied with them before; I said I thought I had. They checked and didnt find me in the system. I went in person, and had a problem with the application (doesnt seem like they know how to run a proper background check because they want you to remember all the places youve lived for the last ten years, so be prepared for that), I had to repeatedly go let them know when I was done (very antipersonal). Then I get to the final process after doing a brand new application, which was when they decided to tell me they found me in the system, so now I have to update it. So I just wasted my time doing the whole application process over for nothing. Seem very antisocial except among themselves. Proceed with caution.

Worked out in the sun 8 days straight no problem and when it was time to get my check they short changed me plus I waited another 2 weeks for it to go to a address I didnt have on file and oh yea dont ever let ur recruiter be Nerayda Fernandez she will tell you lies all day and have you calling the office allll day long they need to FIRE HER.. smh worst ever I hate em !!!!!

There always seems to be an attitude with the personnel when you call to the Allentown site. I really do not know how people get HR jobs that are not people persons. SMH, this type of treatment makes it not a temp agency anyone wants to work for.
