Really impressed with the silver interior package which included platinum wash for $21. They hand dry the car. They wiped all the edges insides the doors where dirt builds up. Only took about 15 minutes from the time I pulled up.

$6 dollar car wash is actually $7. $10 with a towel dry. Good, fast car wash though

Terrible premium interior wash, I took a two week old car 2021. I paid $47 plus tip . The crystals were left with streaks the windshield, and side windows . The interior had dust inside . I washed my car in New York for less money and the inside was left shiny and impecable . Never going there again nor recommending them . Workers had very low energy like they didn’t want to be there .

Worse car wash ever. They get you with the cheap price but you get what you pay for plus a forced tip. The guy told me to stand where I was not able to see them while vacuuming, and although I stood in a spot where I could see, they still managed to steal $6 worth of quarters out of my car. I guess because they were too busy stealing they couldnt properly do their job, because there was still dust and dirt on my dash. Will certainly go back to cleaning my own car. This place is the down fall to their industry.

This place used to be outstanding but they have really gone downhill. They are rude and careless. Someone stole a dessert I had out of the front seat, and Im missing a car magnet now. I gave them a really generous tip too! Never going here again.

Went in for a carwash and left with a bounch of marks on my 2021 car. The guy who dry my car used to much force or used an old rag.

Owner takes employee tip money and pays people under the table and rips them off. Owner refused workmans comp papers for employees. By far the worst car wash in Allentown. Dont waste your money here on people who dont know how to treat employees and for a half fast detailing wash job.

I wasnt satisfied with the service paid 24 dollars for my suv. They to vacuum the inside but they only did the drivers side. Youd rather wash your car at the self car wash!

My car was not thoroughly cleaned. When I came out to inspect, the people drying my car had the door propped against their metal cart, causing a chip in the paint where the door continued to rub against their cart. When I confronted them about this, they said they were careful in slowly letting the door rest against the cart. After I left, I found other scratches from their unclean wiping towels. The best part is, the car wasnt even fully cleaned- there were dirty areas inside and out. I will never go back, and was glad just to get out of there.

Ive had 1 great experience and one horrible one. In the summer they do a great job, but in the winter its a disorganized drive thru with a horrible wipe down at the end. Dont bother going in the winter

I used to love this place, they did a nice job for a good price. Just visited yesterday. I got there at 510pm, parked by the vacuums and requested that they do outside and inside basic. I then went in to pay and had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to check me out. I then went outside expecting my car to be vacuumed and it was just sitting there un touched. I asked what was going on and they said oh its going through now. I then went and got a good burger at the soul food truck. The owner of the truck was really nice. I then sat down, it is now 545pm, and still the car is not vacuumed. It was done with the vacuum, wash and Windows cleaned at 6pm.... 50 minutes to wash a car!!!!! You would have though they hand did everything but NO! My passenger seat wasnt vacuumed, there were dog prints on my doors in the back... eroded money ever spent and will not be going back!!!NEVER GO HERE!!!

I drive a Ford Van and it has a flat vertical rear end the car wash totally missed cleaning it properly. The rest of the vehicle looked good but the rear of the vehicle looked like it was never washed. Very disappointed.

The best car wash in Allentown, PA. Employees are very helpful and friendly. It is under a new management and Brand new technology which gives me comfort as I drive a BRAND NEW Porsche Cayenne. With Old car washes in the neighborhood I am always worried about my car when it goes through a rusty tunnel. But here I was HAPPY to see that the brand new microfiber flex wrap in the tunnel. Truly a great experience. I would totally recommend it to friends and family.

Have gone here many times. A little expensive, but they do a really good job. This is the old kind of car wash that washes, waxes, vacumes, does the inside of the windows and wipes off the dashboard. Worth the travel for me.

Good car wash, sometimes we wait too long

I had a good experience at this place unlike other reviewers. I came in I asked about the services, and they told me the options and picked the $51 that included waxing inside out, cleaning with shampoo, etc. It took them 20 minutes to finish everything inside out. Outside was shining and spotless. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness of the inside. And fortunately, it was clean. They kind of missed some small spots but that was still ok. Three people took care of my car they were polite and attentive. The manager was nice, we had a great talk but I did not like the pushing and insisting of giving tips in the bowl.

This service is excellent! I had very good experience here! Staff is very friendly and did a great job to clean both of my cars. I will be back for their service and could recommend this car wash to anyone.

Workers are great! The guy that asks what type of wash you would like is a douchebag. I am guessing he is the manager. He yells at workers and customers alike. Charged me for a minivan/SUV wash for a Kia Soul. Ive been there twice, both times a mistake. I will not be back.

Hands down the worst car wash Ive been to. The car comes out of the car wash with soap residue on the grille. Their full service wash is $20 and my dash or door panels were not wiped at all. The interior was left the same as when I brought it in. Kuhnsville car wash remains the best wash in the Valley.

Car was damaged - 4 inch scratch across my front bumper. The manager took responsibility and appointed me a body shop near by and will cover all costs. However, I will never bring my car there again and would never recommend it to anyone.

I went to tippy‘s and they said they weren’t doing any washes until 10 AM even though they open at nine. I came to this location on 16th St. and Tilghman they did an amazing job I got a free wax for being a first time customer and the staff was amazing and it cost me under 15 bucks less than I usually pay tippy’s !

I will never do buisness with this company again!! Worst experience I have ever had. I literally spoke with the owner about a detail and at first communication he was polite. As soon as one of his employees walked pasted to assist the next customer the owner throws his hands in the air and say what are you stupid why are you going to that customer. I just look at the employees reaction and you could tell this verbal abuse wasnt uncommon. As my cars getting cleaned he had a younger woman drying the cars off. She asked him does he know where the refills for the carpet shampoo is and he literally began to disrespect her yelling across the parking and calling her out of her name in front of customers. The woman began to cry and attempt to explain herself but continued to disrespect her to the point that she grabbed her bag and quit on the spot. To make matters worst I paid for the 30$ detail and my vehicle barely looked like they did anything on the inside of it nor did they put my mats back into my vehicle!! I will NEVER do buisness with these people again

Dont waste your time or dollars

When they pulled my car into wash they cracked and broke off my left hub cap and would not take ownership at all. I asked to go in and find the piece a pretty big piece came off but they said we go if we find we tell you. Crazy I will never go back there.

After going through the car wash our wiper blade and arm were completely ripped off of our jeep! We hadnt noticed at first and after calling the phone number we found it belongs to someone in California! Awful awful awful!

Well they all smoke weed the ower ram has sex with his own female employee name the Jessie they leave in his vehicle everyday and come back drunker than a hill billy on st. Patrick day he pays his employees horribly and once I went on a Saturday and witnessed them together drunk at 1 pm sad to say very unprofessional behavior it needs to be investigated completely ...hands down by far the worst carwash on Allentown ....

Probably one of the worst carwashes Ive been to. Would rather pay an extra 5-10 bucks and go somewhere else.

I paid $21 and told them that I want inside clean but I am not exaggerating, almost hadnt touched it, they didnt do vacume half of the car, they are hungry for your money but dont want to do the job
