Jack Lehr was so easy to work with when we decided to get a generator. Their electricians are extremely professional, friendly, and very qualified. They are neat and conscientious. They also worked well with the propane company doing the propane hook up to the generator. Customer service was also very helpful along the way with any questions I had. Everything went exactly as planned - or better! I highly recommend them if you want to get a generator.

This was a semiannual service for our HVAC. It was done very professionally. During the service, the technician noted a capacitor on the outside unit was a few microfarads out of spec, and he replaced it.That is, in my opinion, a major purpose of the Jack Lehr semiannual service: fix minor problems before they become major issues.

I hired them to install a new Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning system in my home, that did a amazing job. When they came to give me a quote they were very friendly and explained everything in detail. When the workers came to install the system they were very nice, very friendly, easy to talk to, I’m very happy how the installation turned out, I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

I had just bought a house 6 months ago and I dont know when my Heating/Cooling system was last serviced. I called Jack Lehr after getting many recommendations for them. Their tech Trevor was awesome. I couldnt have asked for a better service call and their yearly service plan is affordable and very fair. Im glad i picked them and know i can count on them if i need them. Ty came to start up my furnace for the Winter season, and discovered that the furnace was putting CO into the living space. The furnace had to be shut down. Jack Lehr H&C was asked to perform an electrical safety inspection on an out building as a tenant had concerns. In fact tenant had called Lehr prior to notification of Property Manager. As should be with all rental units, the Property Manager was notified, scheduled the inspection, outlined the details of the inspection and agreed to make payment. Lehr scheduled and notified the Property Manager who in turn notified the tenant. Lehrs Technician, arrived early after a phone call asking if he might do so. The tenant decided to participate in the inspection asking out of scope questions and directing the Tech. He handled himself admirably answering questions patiently, and describing where he could in laymans terms. His inspection, while exceeding the scope, satisfied the tenants concerns. When his inspection was completed he gave the Property Manager a cost, which was more than reasonable and promised to send a report . At that time the tenant continued to discuss a single safety issue repair and several cleanup issues with the Technician. A few days later the billing was confirmed at which time a summary of the inspection was also issued . The following day the Tech report was emailed and forwarded to the tenant. All in all a very professional experience from scheduling, Kaitlyn, to inspection, Gerad, through billing, Makenzie. Great communication! Im sure well use these folks when needed again and certainly would recommend them as well. Thanks

Jack Lehr installed our upgraded HVAC system that was in need of replacement due to age and degradation over many years. Professionally coordinated and completed in alloted time frame. Would recommend for any residential HVAC service or installation need based on our experience.

Mark, the technician performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. He noticed the air handler in the attic was leaking air. He took care of the issue. Our system seems to be working better and more efficiently now than it was before. The heat pump is running less. Plus he took the time to replace our filter. Very happy with Mark and with Jack Lehr as a company.

I have been using Jack Lehr for my Trane HVAC system for over 20 years. I have always received good service. This was just a semi annual checkup. I was also having a problem with my humidifier and they fixed it at no additional charge.

Electrician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem, leaving to get needed parts and returning to install them the same day. He did a find job of cleaning up after his work.

We were interested in changing our thermostat in our home to a programable one where you could set the temperature and it would automatically adjust.We called and were told that wouldnt be a problem. We were told it would be $250 per thermostat to change. . We would also be charged for the visit even when we agreed to have the work done.(found out about that after work was done.) So for 2 thermostats that are sold on line for about $70 a piece and just over an hour of labor our final bill was $653.00. We were never told that you cant set it to a specific temperature which they initially said could be done.. We will be contacting them directly to address our concerns. When I asked the serviceman for the box so I could confirm the exact model and price he said he had thrown the box out but left the service manual . We have been a repeat customer and are unlikely to use this company again and would encourage friends to look at another company. Hope we here back from someone, dont mind paying a fair price but this seems wrong.We were contacted the day after writing this review by the owner who offered to reinstall our old thermostats and credit our card what we were charged. He had his people out the next day to do the reinstallation and did credit our card what we were charged.

I have a service agreement 45 dollars monthly.The service coverage is not covering any parts.Every service checkup I pay 200- 300 dollars.And the last one I was told you need replace the electrostatic air filter to a different one cost 800 dollars !!!!My system was purchased from them in 2009 it is Tran brand.I feel some of their technicians are helpful and knowledgeable and others are totally incapable of doing their job.

When the temperature dropped below freezing and our heat pump went out, Jack Lehr went above and beyond to get it back running. Jon Hammett was able to arrive the night before Christmas Eve in which my family is grateful and will continue to rely on for all HVAC needs!

Peter called ahead to verify his arrival time and the reason for the service call. When he arrived, he listened to my explanation of the problem then diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained to my home warranty company the necessary corrections so I could submit my claim. After the repairs were completed, he verified the rest of the a/c components were working correctly before leaving. Highly recommended.

Pleasant courteous and professional service

Sam called before coming and arrived punctually. He quickly got to work cleaning and servicing the air ex-changer unit. He then set the thermostat to the needed cooling position and proceeded outside to check and clean the outside unit. At all times he worked independently and was no bother to either my wife or myself. He did a good job. He is a polite young man whom we feel has a promising future.

Had a new heat pump system installed today to replace our old unit. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and very clean. Finished results look so much better than our old unit. All electrical, hoses etc are neatly out of sight. Took their time to explain how the unit works, how to replace filters and operate the control panel. Patiently answered any questions we had. We are extremely happy with the whole process from our comfort consultant to the installation.

Buyer beware. My experience with Jack Lehr has been extremely difficult. I received an Advertisement from Lehr including rebates etc for a new Air conditioning unit.They installed a heat pump/air conditioning unit in early April. The workers did not wear masks when in my home (I had to call and ask a supervisor to insist on wearing masks), the heat pump did not work, a technician came back the next day and stated the wiring was not hooked up correctly.My rebate was $25...!And I received a bill for additional $800 a month later.I posted my experience on their Facebook page and was blocked. Only positive posts are accepted......My sister just installed new unit in a much larger house for $3,000 less!!! A friend bought a unit from Costco for for much less!!Buyer beware!

I called Jack Lehr to insulate a duct that was sweating behind a closet wall. They gave me an estimate and I contracted them to do the work. They charged me more than proposed because they had to cut away drywall, and when they left I realized they didnt cut enough away and left several inches of the duct uninsulated and still sweating. Worst of all, the insulation I paid them to put on is now wet and ruined. Since that day Ive called them a minimum of three times. They havent returned a single phone call to look at or correct the problem. I dont recommend this business.

Dave was very professional and courteous. He was on time and came to fix our attic fan. Dave assessed the situation and gave us an estimated cost. He assessed the fan and determined that the fan motor ceased up but the blades were fine. He had to take a motor off of a unit he had and attatch it to our existing unit. Also, he installed a new T-stat and took out the old humidistat that was up there but not functioning and was old and not efficient. Overall, he did a great job and would definitely reccomend their service!!

This was check of the newly installed unit for the Spring/Summer season, and was completed in a professional and timely manner. Ryan also suggested an upgrade to the fan/compressor starter to extend the life of the unit, and that was appreciated and accepted.

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE HAD A BRAND NEW AC/HEAT PUMP UNIT INSTALLED 4 YEARS AGO AND ALREADY NEEDS 3K IN REPAIRS .. THATS FINE BUT WHILE TECH WAS THERE HE REFILLED MY FREON TO ASSIST WITH FINIDING LEAK AFTER LEAK WAS FOUND THE FILL VALVES WHERE LEFT ON MY UNIT FILLING IT WITH FREON I HAVE A 7LB CAP UNIT AND WHEN WE LOOKED DOWN it was at +11lbs and blew a hole in one of my brass pipes on the outside unit which leaked out all of my freon.... then he says welp thats gonna add about 1,000$ to ur bill.

I was very pleased with Tys performance of my annual review of my air conditioner. It would have made his work a lot easier to have a small extension ladder to get to the attic since I now have a stair lift that makes it hard for a tech to get into the attic. My heat pump system began having a few issues after 6 years of continuous service. A call to Jack Lehr and a service appointment was set up.Technician (Darren) arrived on time. He was familiar with the equipment he was there to service. He had all of the repair parts needed for the job on the truck with him. He performed the repair and maintenance procedures needed to get the system running better than ever. While on-site, he took care to keep the job clean and tidy.I can frankly say that I am fully satisfied with my experience with Jack Lehr, from the purchase and installation of our system, to the repair and maintenance support we are receiving. I went with Lehr originally based on word-of-mouth recommendation from a friend. I am happy I did.

More professional and thorough than previous company. Asked for second opinion on both my heating and cooling equipment. Time will tell whether Jack Lehr will prove to be a better choice. After two visits they appear to be more competent and honest.

On 1/27/2020 @ 3:41pm on or about 145 S, Jack Lehr driver in ford transit threw a cigarette out his window and landed in my passenger seat. It burnt a hole right through my seat. These people have no respect. They are lucky my daughter wasn’t in the car. Horrible!!!!

I had service on my heat pump today. The serviceman was on time and ready to work. He was beyond pleasant and knew the unit inside and out.He checked the Trane warranty on parts and replaced what needed replacingHe was very thorough and I will be sure to request him for next service.

Had Jack Lehr out last Fall for a tune-up of my heat pump. Technician said my unit was low on Freon, and needed $731.00 in repairs. Called another company and had it fixed for $276.00. I understand mark up but charging nearly $500 more than your competitors is very unprofessional. They still charged me a SF. Would not recommend.

The installation went well. The install crew cleaned up after completing the installation. My sales contact Matt Hess was very professional and appeared very knowledgeable with the products offered by Jack Lehr. Looking forward to warm weather so I can try my new A/C unit.
