This is the second service we had performed by Curtis this week and we continue to be a very satisfied customer! This time we had them out for AC maintenance. Our unit is in a very small crawl space. The first tech who came out, Matt, was very professional and friendly and when he determined he would not be able to perform the job because of the space restriction, he helped find another tech to come out and get the job done. Nick arrived within the half hour and was able to complete the service. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When he discovered that we need additional work, he took the time to explain to me what the issue was and the solution he recommended. No high pressure sales job, just genuine concern for his customers well being. He was able to complete the additional work during the same call. I cannot say enough good things about the techs at Curtis. This is the only number anyone who owns a home will ever need. Just for reference, earlier in the week we had a plumbing issue and Jason was our tech for that call. He was everything we have come to expect of the techs at Curtis; knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great job Nick, Jason and Matt!

I had a very positive experience with Curtis Total Service. As the hot summer drug on, unfortunately my current AC unit failed. I called Curtis and they were quick to send out a technician to help. The issue was a blown coil and they gave me an option to replace the coil and at my request an option to replace the whole AC system with a heat pump in an effort to save money.I went with the heat pump and within a week, the installation took place. 1 day of work to completely replace my old system with an new up to date efficient system. And it works great. They also helped me to complete the rebate information for PP&L to get more money back. Nothing but positives with my experience. Jason and Mike from Curtis Total Service installed a new expansion tank for my well and a water softener system in my home in August, 2018. I am selling my home at this time and the difficult home inspector insisted there was an issue with the expansion tank. I called Curtis Total Service to address the issue. Recently moved to Easton,Pa and bought a lovely home. Had some items taken care of like water line to refrigerator replaced very professional and modern. Had an outside water faucet removed and replaced. Then returned to complete the work of installing a laundry sink next to the washer and installer kitchen faucets. Jacob and his partner worked very quick and efficient. Explained their work and checked to make sure all is working and no leaks. I highly recommend their service. Michael F. was the on call technician and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also was very receptive to answering all of my questions and arrived at my house 30 minutes after the call. Pricing was very straightforward and resolution of my plumbing issue remained within the scope of his initial assessment and was efficiently completed. I am now a loyal Curtis Total Service customer for my plumbing needs and have signed up for their 12 month plumbing plan, the cost of which I found very reasonable. Our 18 year old gas furnace stopped working and the repair cost was too high to consider for an old unit. We got two quotes for a new system that were close in price and chose Curtis because they are local and could do the job the next day. They have worked in our community and have a good reputation.The installers worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. I had an emergency with my hot water heater on a Sunday. I called Curtis Total Service for advice and guidance. I spoke with Michael F (on call plumber) and he was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reliable person. He arrived at my home within 1 hour of the call that was placed. He had all the supplies that were needed to remove and install a new hot water heater. He explained everything he did and the reason it was being done. He covered the floors to protect them from getting dirty and he cleaned the areas where he did work. There was a minor problem with the new hot water. We had an issue with our AC shutting off just a few weeks ago. And of course it happened at 10 oclock at night. Called Curtis and Chris Conte came out to get it fixed. He knew what the problem was during our first call on the phone so he was prepared when he got to our house. He was very professional and extremely friendly! My father’s central air stopped working properly, so he called Curtis to have someone come out to take a look. They spent quite a while both inside and outside, then essentially told him they couldn’t repair it to functionality, instead quoting him over $12,000 to replace the entire system. He subsequently had another company come out. They diagnosed it as a bad capacitor, and charger under $200 for the repair. I guess Curtis would rather rip off unsuspecting people than develop longstanding customer relationships through honest business practices.

While doing a routine maintenance, Curtis techs pointed out a number of problems with the heating and air conditioning units. The previous owners had not maintained the units properly. They gave me options and recommendations. We ended up replacing the whole system. Everyone involved with the process were great to work with. They were on time. They answered every question I had. We know they will back up their work. Our service contract with them leaves us confident that they have our backs.

They moved quickly to complete the task. A bit of sticker shock to install a new system that was 16 years old and had a Freon leak. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them (1st was for plumbing). If their quote is good for you I certainly recommend them.

I am very disappointed to be writing this review, as Curtis has worked on my house before. I contacted Curtis for help with a bathroom renovation project. The representative was nice and knowledgeable. Im not sure what happened when he left but he said he would get back to me with an estimate. I was never contacted. A week later I called to see what was going on. The person I spoke to on the phone said that the tech decided they werent going to do the job and should have told me that. They then said they tech would call me to explain and that too, never happened.

My water pump sprung a leak. I called and a tech returned my call within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday. I called at 900 am and tech was here at 300 pm. Fixed the leak. Tested water pressure and other lines. Could not ask for quicker or more reliable service. Tech was friendly and professional.

We use Curtis Total Service twice a year to do maintenance on our HVAC and furnace. They have always been very respectful and very educated. They have answered every question we have had. They call you to let you know when they are on their way and to update you if they are running a little late. Last week, someone came out to do the yearly maintenance and informed us that our whole HVAC system had to be replaced. He broke it down for us and explained all the problems our system was having(without us noticing) and that it had become a fire hazard. It took them 3 days to install our new system. Changing such systems is very expensive, and even though we did not do this, they have a financing program for their customers. On the day of installing, we had 4 guys come out to do the job. They were so nice that even my dog wanted to hang out with them. She kept waiting for them to come up the stairs for belly rubs. When they were done, the one in charge took time to show me the new system and to go over it. He explained all the new things that were added and what their purpose. Again, we could not be more grateful to work with such wonderful company.We will definitely be using them for life.

I inherited a rather dilapidated mobile home which needed extensive work. Curtis Total Services of the Lehigh Valley was one of the first companies I called and I’m glad I did. It was a pleasure working with their team and I have complete peace of mind having witnessed the quality of their work.Jason worked on the various plumbing issues and was super proficient and thorough. Communication was good at all times, and everyone showed up when expected. In addition to needing heat tape installed under the unit, they discovered that the previous plumber had removed insulation and never replaced it which had resulted in pipes bursting. The team from Curtis did a great job with the insulation and membrane and repaired an additional area they discovered that was over and above the quote they gave me. Matt and Nick installed a new AC unit and cleaned the heater which hadn’t been done in years.I was impressed by how professional and personable all of the staff from Curtis were. A completely unexpected bonus came after the repairs were made. I discovered a drip from the master shower that was unrelated to the repair on the burst pipe. Rich Price had Jason take care of the drip (as well as a poorly installed pipe from the previous plumber) at no additional expense for which I am exceedingly grateful. I can’t say enough about what a great outfit Curtis Total Service is. The work that was previously done on this mobile home was so shoddy it was beyond belief. It felt great to hire a company whose quality of work is impeccable. I highly recommend Curtis Total Services to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. They’re a great outfit and they were a pleasure to work with.

I have a 5 year old American Standard heat pump that is still under a full parts warranty. The original installer has since left the area. I called American Standard-Trane tech support, and they gave me the names of three authorized contractors in the area. Curtis being one of them. I explained the situation to the woman in the office, she said no problem I will send someone out. The tech came in, set the thermostat to heat and went outside to the unit. It was not running. He did not even take the cover off. He went out to the driveway and got on his phone. He then came back and said that they only do warranty work on things they install. He said if I wanted them to work on it I would have to pay parts and labor. I am a retired senior citizen, why would I throw away my parts warranty? He then charged me $89 for service call. I called tech support back, and he said that he couldn’t understand that and that any contractor should be happy to work on it for labor costs. He then advised me to CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

This company is a complete fraud.They charged us a $289 diagnostic fee but still couldnt tell us what was wrong with our system

A little late in placing my review, but better late than never! I used Curtis Total Service after trying to get service from another company. It was following a significant snow storm and arrived home after a long shift at work with no heat. CTS responded and sent Chris to my rescue! Chris quickly diagnosed problem and repaired my panel for a broken breaker switch. Very professional. Little did I realize that another breaker would need to be replaced the next day! Chris returned and quickly diagnosed problem, replaced breaker. I would highly recommend CTS!

Very satisfied with Will McNally and his service team who came to our home yesterday and installed a new heating and AC system. Very professional and their workmanship is excellent. This was a huge job and took all day. What impressed me was the level of teamwork displayed by all the workers as they professionally installed the system. My mother had a new air conditioner unit installed, she was told it would take three to three 1/2 days. These men got the job done in a day in a half. The guys worked extra hard with heat index of 93 outside and 131 in area they had to work to install the unit. They only took one break for about 20 min to eat their lunch. They were extremely friendly and helpful with explaining the new unit to her. With all the worker my mothers have had she said she has never had any better workers and will not go with anyone else!!

Had ac unit looked at was very professional at the time had another issue a little over a month and tried to explain whats going on and the service manager was extremely rude and would not let me talk kept cutting me off and one excuse after another. I WILL NEVER OR AT ANYTIME DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Unless you like throwing money away for nothing then there your guys. Yes I fully understand my unit is not new and needs work but the lake or care and or compassion for the little guys well thats just in my eyes not someone that I want to deal with. And Im being respectful and not naming names but you the service ops manager thats for the polite hang up on me. 5 stars in my book.

The workers did a great job. They were professional, courteous, hard working and did the work (replacing a 22 year old central A/C system with black mold) that was necessary in the time promised. Unfortunately my neighbor Caitlin J and her husband are noted for not being a good neighbor. She complained here (rightfully) about one of the three service vans being parked in front of her driveway. But all she had to do was knock on our door to ask them to move the van. She did not do that. And she complained about them being noisy. My wife and I are both also working from home (with me being on Skype video meetings) and being inside where they were, it was NOT that noisy. The roofers and builders (other companies) outside were a lot more noisy than my repair was. I would highly recommend Curtis Service as they did a great job replacing my A/C and fixing a previous plumbing problem we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Our family consists of our beloved cats, dogs and chickens and Pete was very friendly to all and took great care when coming and going to be sure none snuck out the door or from our fenced yard. They may be professional and courteous to the homeowners getting work done but they have no regard for their neighborhood. They have has me parked in be almost 6 hours now because they felt they have the right to block neighbors driveways instead of parking 6 feet away where parking was available. They have also been excessively loud. I facilitate training classes which have been disrupted by them every time the come out to work on my neighbors house. I will not EVER support this business!

My boiler was having issues and called Curtis Total Service. First time using company when Chris a service tech arrived he was very professional and explained whole repair. Pricing was very fair and when finished cleaned up professionally. Highly recommend and will definitely call back in future.

We were way over charged. Got quotes after the job was done for well over half the price. What a rip off. Would not recommend then or use them again.

Had my furnace installed early spring 2019 only a few months into the heating season there was an issue with the furnace they came took care of issue at my residence.they informed me of a unit that they were in possession of an AC unit from a former job that was refused due to a little bit of damage All cosmetic. that they offered in house financing For me at a reasonable monthly cost the air conditioning portion of the HVAC system could install in the next few days.The installation was complete they will be coming back in April to May to do the final testing due to it being too cold to add to refrigerant at the time Overall a great experience thank you guys

I highly recommend Curtis Total Service. We had a clogged drain in our bathroom we could not figure out how to get unclogged. We are new to the area and called Curtis Total Service on a referral. It was a Friday afternoon. Charles took my call and was super over the phone. He took our information and details and said someone would be at our house in the next two hours. Jason and Jacob showed up as Charles said they would. Both of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were able to get the drain unclogged for us in less than an hour. I am so happy we called this company. We certainly will look to Curtis Total Service in the future if we need help with any other issues in our home that they can help us with.
