My first time going to Nail Trends after my regular nail tech was on vacation. These are my REAL NAILS ....YES MY REAL NAILS! And I am very picky on the shape and what I want done! Found this place and I wasnt disappointed! The customer service here is phenomenal. I walked in as a stranger & walked out like I was Family. They make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Crystal did my nails...and lets just say she is my new found best friend!! She did a Fabulous Job! You can tell she loves what she does. She took her time to make sure it was perfect. One word #ART! Of all the salons I have been to in my life, this one is the best by far. The quality of my nails was outstanding! They have lasted for two weeks already! The staff there is the absolute BEST! They pamper you from the time u walk through the door. The owners are so lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere in the salon is just superior to any other in the Allen/Frisco area. I will be going back for sure.

Had an appointment but didn’t get started til about 30 minutes later, but it was kind of busy. Definitely worth it though, staff was amazing and very helpful! My nails came out great and overall I had a very nice experience. My fav nails so far.. Definitely coming back 🥰 thank you Grace :)

If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. the staff was so accommodating and kind. crystal did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails. i got a full set acrylic with a powerpuff girl inspired heart on my ringer fingers and i got so many compliments. demi was so accommodating to all my needs, from asking if i needed anything to drink, asking my friend too, who wasn’t getting her nails done, to making sure i was totally satisfied with the color and length of my nails. i haven’t gotten a manicure in over two years, so i’m glad i chose this place. i’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to change out my nails

I came here on a recommendation from my friend and I was not disappointed one bit. The pedicure was delightful and relaxing and worth every penny.

Im not used to manis or pedis, as I usually do my own nails, so Im not used to how nail salons work. I had a great experience my first visit a few weeks ago, so I wanted to come again, but since then, one of my nails broke about as short as possible. I emailed twice to inquire how they might handle that if I came in for another manicure. After no response, I called. The man I talked to would not answer my question about possible costs and solutions and was impatient with me, just wanting to schedule an appointment. I dont like surprises, so I wanted to come knowing what to expect, and I dont think it would have been hard for him to find that information for me. I was disappointed with the customer service and communication.

Nail Trends is a great salon! They take appointments on time and have TONS of color options. Tracy always does a fabulous job for me, going above and beyond to make sure my nails look good and I am happy with them.

After coming to this nail salon for 4 months, I am happy to say it is like my second home. The people are amazing and super accommodating. They cut my cuticles too short until they bled. It was overpriced and unfriendly. Afterwards, they had to paint my nails again, because they were horrible the first time. Even now, I am not satisfied with my results.

After moving to Texas 8 years ago I searched the city for a quality nail salon, even driving to uptown and paying ridiculous prices. I found Nail Trends 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. I am a regular biweekly customer and I will NEVER change nail salons. The customer service is of the highest importance here. I have never left this salon dissatisfied. Tony is the best nail tech I’ve ever had, I can show him a photo of what I want and he recreates it effortlessly. Hannah does my pedicures and waxed and is amazing. Everything is done to perfection and the owners work to make sure you don’t leave unhappy. Hands down best nail salon I’ve ever experienced!

Coming here is like coming home after youve been away a while. They are always happy to see each guest. Ive not had my nails drilled/filed into. They are creative and quality. Due to my job, Ive gone as long as 7 weeks and my nails never chipped or came loose!

I had an incredible experience at Nail Trend today. Tracy and My were so friendly, and from the interactions I observed with all the clients that walked in this was the norm. My manicure and pedicure are great, their hygiene process was impeccable, and they didnt try to ply me with really bad wine. No gimmicks just exceptionally good service. I will definitely be back.

The owners, husband and wife, and their talented staffers become instant friends and deliver excellent service. I have been with 6 different people and I cant recommend just one, because I have been delighted every time, you cant go wrong. Very welcoming, cozy. Seats are comfortable and I never feel rushed. Im picky with my colors and they allow me to take my time. Price for what you get is VERY reasonable.The owner remembers me by name, and remembered me when I came in 2 months after my first visit. Very kind man. I always enjoy my conversations with him.I have not had a bad experience with the nail techs here. Theyre all friendly and will strike up a conversation with you.Definitely one of my favorite nail salons :)

I went here based on the reviews but i am disappointed with how my nails turned out. I got NexGen, the shape of them could be WAY better and they aren’t smooth, quite uneven like she didn’t layer the powder correctly. I would give them one star but since they were so friendly I gave them another star. Take your money somewhere else, there’s a lot of nail places in McKinney/Allen area and for me to be a regular you have to really wow me- they were just “okay”. On to the next!

When it comes to Nail Salons I have tried them all: Grand Nails, Luxe Nails, Grand-Luxe Nails, Pretty Nails, Celebrity Nails & every form of nail bar you can think of!I had a terrible experience at one nail salon where they ruined my nails by filing down my natural way too thin instead of taking the time to soak the product off.Ive even tried a private high- end nail-tech who did very intricate nails. He was awesome.. but I was paying $70- $100 each time for next-gen. I couldnt justify paying so much for nails but I also didnt want to go back to any of those other places.Im so glad I gave Nail Trends a try!This is one is by far the best!Heres what I would want to know about this salon:Their level of professionalism is on a different level than Ive experienced with other salons but their prices are the same!They have a system that tracks your services - so you can see what colors youve chosen in the past.They have a point system that accumulates your points. Ive been pleasantly surprised twice already when I go to check out and they tell me I earned $10 off my service!The owners are STELLAR! I have never seen a client walk in that wasnt greeted in a pleasant way.The place is very clean.The techs are super meticulous and arent rushed at all.Ive been booking with the same nail tech and she has revived my natural nail!!!

I have to say, this is my favorite nail place to go in the 10 years I have been in North Dallas. They have great service and attention to detail, lots of color variety, creative and high quality upgrade package options for manicures and pedicures. The polish lasts longer than other places due to the detailed preparation. Very hygienic. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go here.

Please be aware!!!! I went here today after reading reviews...first impression was quick and great. Got a top dollar pedi and asked for nexgen. The lady that was assigned to me destroyed my nails. She was shaking uncontrollably but I tried to see if she could still do the job, she filed my skin on EVERY finger, and didn’t even get the dip totally on the nail, told her not to cut so she filed them SHORT!!! I had such bad anxiety, I stopped mid nails and asked for a manager, they assigned Tony, who bandaged an already bad service instead of completely making it right. End result, I didn’t get to enjoy my pedicure at all which cost me $50 and my nails are not smooth, sides of nails didn’t get dipped, and my day was ruined. Husband went and received my nexgen cost back after being asked for me to just come back. They should not have let me leave in the first place like this. Everyone else there seemed to do good but it’s a luck of the draw unless you know someone. Don’t be new and go!!!!! I will NEVER be back and will make sure no one else I know goes either. The worst experience I have ever had!

Came to this place today after reading the reviews and they definitely stand up to them. Everyone is so friendly, including the owner, customer service was amazing and my Mani and Pedi turned out great. I got the deluxe Mani and Pedi packages which came with a neck and face massage and Lilly did a fantastic job. Thanks laides it was just what I needed...I will definitely be back soon.

Used to be a regular here, because the atmosphere was great and they did a good job. But my last visit has completely discouraged me from wanting to go back. It was during a sale, so they were pretty packed. I got a gentleman who rushed through it, and he hardly paid attention to what he was doing. I flinched quite a few time because what he was doing hurt quite a lot. He filed my nails down way too much, and theres burn lines on my nails now. Within one week one nail almost completely chipped, and the rest arent in great shape either, theyre lifting(I get the dip gel, no tips, all my nails), and its been quite dangerous trying to operate normally without hurting myself really badly. Because its chipped, part of my nail is torn and if I bump against something, the nail bends, causing pain. I cant afford to go back until my next paycheck, so this is pretty inconvenient. If you do decide to go, ask for Tony. He is awesome.

Love this nail salon! Ive tried several different ones in the area and never happy with the way my nexgen turns out (lumpy, uneven). Anna was my nail tech and did an amazing job. I got the nexgen pink and white. They came out even and smooth.. No lumpiness!! I had a polish change as well, not sure of the girls name but she was so friendly and spent her time. This will be my go to place from now on!
