I’ve recently moved to them couple months ago and i come in every 3-4 weeks for a Brazilian. I tried Mila and Samina. Both are great and professional and QUICK (20mins). I’m sure all the ladies here are great. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxed for over 3 years now and honestly this place has been the best experience I ever gotten! Brazilians in general hurt and you can never get use to it but I feel like the wax is just different here and painless.Come here!!! They are great, quick, clean, and the place is so cute.

We moved an hour from the area and I have not been able to find a place that is comparable, so I have started making the hour drive to and from Hollywood waxing. When you find a place that is clean, professional and personable it’s worth the drive. Their prices are definitely fair (especially for the area) and all the ladies are top notch.

I was looking for a new salon after mediocre results at an expensive spa and was not disappointed. I walked in a short time before closing but they still made time for me. I got under arms and half legs for a lower price than just half legs at another salon, and this time I didnt have ingrown hairs or missing spots. It was also less painful than the chain salon. Great find!

I love this place. My wax tech is very detailed and sweet. I was a virgin to waxing but they made it tolerable. I have extremely sensitive skin and a low pain tolerance but they accommodated me. I will never go to another place as long as I live in DC.

Tee was great! This was the LEAST painfull Brazilian I have ever received, and the first time in contemplating my next appointment I didnt cringe at the thought. It took 15 min tops, then I was heading out the door shocked I wasnt leaving out trying to recover or having to rid myself of wax/baby powder residue. I will definitely come back!

I actually live in Austin but make sure to hit HWS every time Im in town because their service is so good. The environment is clean, the atmosphere is soothing, they do a great job every time, and the staff is friendly while also being efficient. I highly recommend Tee -- shes awesome.

Annie was truly the best. The environment was clean, she was professional, thorough and most importantly, the process, unlike other occasions (at other facilities), was virtually painless. I especially loved the soft music she played while I had my visit.

Bought a Groupon and came here for a bikini wax. I havent had a bikini wax in about 10 years. She made me feel totally comfortable and the pain was not totally unbearable although it did sting just a little. The results lasted about 4 to 5 weeks. I would come back for their services again

Been going here for about two years now. I used to only go to see Annie and she had a WONDERFUL bedside manner. And I even appreciate it that she took the time to remember me! So when I would come in shed ask me how teaching & my students were. Unfortunately she has since left. So Ihad a different other person do my waxing and it was NOT a good experience, thankfully Tammy was very nice and accommodating about it. However I was still very apprehensive to come back.THANKFULLY I did because Terri is AMAZING! Anyone who says waxing is a breeze is LYING. But when Terri did it yesterday I was prepared to be a little sore/uncomfortable but man was I pleasantly surprised! I dont what she does differently (bc she uses the same wax) But I can HONESTLY say it was less painful than when I had my brows done. She even recommended something to help soothe my skin. I ordered it mid service and cant wait to get it tomorrow!!!If you have never had a wax or want to try a new person... I HIGHLY recommend Terri! And the 3 Brazilians for $135($45 each) cant be beat!

I did some reading up on it before going, took a few months to convince myself, then finally decided I could cross it off my bucket list if nothing else.The staff was very professional. Im not a shy guy but fo tend towards modesty, and that was a concern for me. Fortunately there wasnt near the amount of awkwardness as I thought there would be.Given what the process entails I wont say it was easy or uncomfortable, but it waant nearly so bad as I thought it would be.Im gonna give it the recommended 5 or so weeks then decide if I want to go back. Beats the heck out of manscaping every few days at any rate!

I just got back from getting a brazilian here and let me say it was amazing! The place it self was extremely clean, relaxing, and cute. I hadnt got waxed in over a year because my first experience and a different place was terrible. This experience today completely changed my mind about waxing. It was comfortable, everything was explained, and it really didnt hurt! If its your first time this is the place to go and to continue to go to from then on! Super friendly staff and very professional. make your appointments ladies!

I called to ensure that they were open the hours that they say that they are. By the time I get there 30min later, they have locked the door. I called them back. The number forwarded to a personal phone who rudely stated that he was bored and closed early.

I wouldve given 2 stars bc the situation wasnt professional at all. But Danielle was very patient and nice. This was my first Brazilian and I had an appointment for 4:30 pm with Tammy. We had been keeping in touch all day. I asked if I happened to get there earlier then my time if I could be seen. They tried to change my appointment but I told them to leave it the same because I live an hour away but Id call if I was going to get there early. Out of nowhere while in traffic I get a text at 3:08 asking how close I was. I called them confused but told them 30 minutes. At this this time I confirmed that I was speaking to Tammy. She tells me she wont have an opening before my scheduled appt. At this point its fine but I just so happen to see available appts on their site. I callback trying to confirm because Id be getting there at 3:40pm. Im lost due to GPS error and when I called she rushes me off the phone bc she has a client. The number I called is the only number on the site so I ask for a cb to help with directions. I get a text. Im there in under 5 mins. Within that time I get another text saying she cant see me Id have to go to Danielle. I responded saying Id wait til my scheduled time bc its my first time etc. She doesnt reply. Im forced to either reschedule or go with Danielle. To say the least I felt like crying. Im stressed out from the whole experience. Totally not cool. So for those coming from a distance be careful bc your time might be wasted if you have set expectations. Even if I wanted to I dont think I can go back. Why have appointments if you wont keep them.

Normally dont leave bad reviews but this was my worst wax that Ive ever had. The lady left a bunch of hair for my Brazilian wax and I asked to have a triangle but she took everything off which I really dont like. I Defintely asked to have a triangle at the top. Its the day after and I noticed a lot of stragglers down there afterwards. Overall poorly done job. I do like the location though but I dont think Ill be returning.
