Got me in timely, good COVID protection. Missed pulling some of the hair around my ears to match my cut, due to the mask. But I snip at home was an easy fix.

I called at 10 minutes before close to see if I could get in for a haircut per new COVID-19 guidelines. I was expecting to have to come back the next day, instead I was told to come in, because I was right there. My haircut was what I wanted, and I always enjoy getting my eyebrows trimmed too, but I always forget to ask for them. The stylist didn’t hesitate to ask, and did them. Awesome job, reasonably priced too!

I have enjoyed going to CostCutters for years. My hair dresser enjoys what she does and I am very comfortable there. She has me on a regular schedule for haircuts, which I never had before. It feels so good....Her name is Gail.

Excelent job, love the haircut and got in fast by just walking in, the staff is friendly and professional. The place is very clean and lots of windows for nice lighting. Definitely not a hole in the wall, very nice lace to go, if you need a nice haircut definitely go here.

I needed my hair braided quickly without an appointment. After a short wait I was able to be seen. The hairstylist who saw me listened to my description of what I wanted & delivered it perfectly. She was professional as well as friendly. Ill definitely be going back.

Horrible service. I also showed up at 6 p.m. for a hair cut. One extremely lazy woman sat at the desk in the empty salon telling us she was booked for the rest of the night. When we left she went back to perusing her phone.
