I drive 2 hrs just to get my brows done by Simone. I get compliments all the time. She is worth the drive.

I have known Simone for around 10 years. Her skill and technique is top notch! She explains the process to you and each experience is catered to each individual. The salon is beautiful. Eloquently designed, smells nice, friendly staff, beautiful decor. I will always refer people to her.

Simone is the best in the business!!! She is serious about her artistry right down to the tiniest microscopic piece of hair. When I started out going to her and my brows were a mess, but you would never know it by the time she was done. After a few yrs of trying to match her brow fabulousness in between appointments and failing, I decided to get Powder Brows and it was the best decision I could have made. I dont even know the last time I used a pencil to fill them in!! Oh and her shop is beautifully appointed and always immaculate!!

Simone is AMAZING. If I have my way, no one else will ever be touching my brows again. I love that she does bone structure measurement and draws on the shape for you to see her vision before waxing. She evened my brows out and gave me guidance on where I need to grow to get an even more superior look. I was also very impressed with their COVID cleaning and distancing (where possible) policies. Worth every dollar, I cant wait to go back!

I had my brows tinted by Simone in March 2020 and had an amazing experience! She is very punctual with her schedule to get her many clients taken care of! She treats everyone kindly and with respect. I just had an appointment with Simone the other day after years of being away from DC. It’s been about three and a half years since I’ve been to the DC area and when I found out I’d be coming I was SO excited to be able to get my brows done (the right way) again. I am EXTREMELY particular and prefer a very full brow but with great definition. Simone has always listened to my desires and catered to what I like, while at the same time showing her expertise buy making suggestions for what works best for my face shape and structure. She always lets me see before taking any hair off (I’m sure she understands how particular I can be), and yet always is very professional and patient with me.Long story short, I had my appointment and it was like no time passed since my last one with her three and a half years ago! Simone remembered how I like my brows, and she was SO efficient and precise! I’m glad that I grew out my brows (for OVER a month) because she was able to get a fantastic shape for them! AND her wax is SO gentle!! At other places my skin would sometime tear when pull the wax off (maybe wax was too hot?), but not with Simone! I barely felt the wax being taken off!SUCH an amazing experience every time! I don’t know what I’m going to do when I have to leave again. For now I’ll relish in this confidence builder that is having “brows on fleek” lolThank you Simone!!

DON’T BE LATE I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. First I will start by clarifying I was late and I know all business stick to their policies.However, I would like to share my experience because I’m honestly not pleased on how I was treated and I think this place lacks customer service skills.On my appointment day I had a traffic issue. I called 40 minutes before the appointment and told them I was not going to be able to make it on time my GPS said I was going to be exactly 12 minutes late knowing that there is a grace period of 10 minutes. I asked SHOULD I GO OR JUST RESCHEDULE? The person I talked to told me “just drive here and call me 10 minutes before the appointment to see where you are at.” I called 10 minutes before the appointment time and told her I’m still 12 minutes away is it still ok or should we just reschedule and she again said YES you’ll make it. Exactly at the appointment time I received a call from the same person I had talked previously that same day telling me “YOU ARE LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED” when I was already at the parking lot. Which makes me very mad because I talked to this person not only once but two times to check if it was worth going.In addition, I got charged $.50 extra not trying to be tacky here but if you are going to stick to the “business policy” I think that applies to all. I personally got off my car to pay since I was there already and got charged the cancellation fee. I told her I thought the dues were $17.5 and she said no it’s $18. When I got back home I checked my email and it specifically said $17.5.My advice for customers, 1) if you are a minute late from the grace period don’t even go it’s not worth it, and 2) business lacks honesty and professionalism.Advice for business, be clear and honest about timing and prices. Offer first time cancellation wavers to new clients. Like myself not worth the time, effort, and money.

I always enjoy my visits to Good Brows the atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting. Simone is the best, she takes her time to make sure that you are satisfied. This was the best brow service that I have received.

It looked like a really nice salon and I wouldve loved to go but they arent accepting new clients unfortunately. Only if you want to do the powder ombre brow procedure.

Paid a deposit and she cancelled on me the night before my appointment. I was leaving out of the country the very next day, so I just said please just issue a refund since the timing wouldnt work out.She said no refunds clearly stated in policy. I said but YOU are cancelling on me, not the other way around! YOU changed the plans. Thats crazy. Wheres the logic in that?Long story short I disputed with my credit card company and won. They agreed. Got my deposit back. Thats why I dont pay anything without a credit card. Small business owners need to learn how to operate and provide customer service.My friend goes to her for touch ups and my friends tried to explain, you need to issue a refund if she is requesting a change. She still didnt get it! SMH.

I love this place! I haven’t allowed anyone to touch my brows other than Simone past 10 years. Yes, I said 10 years. She has perfected her craft by attending trainings to make sure she’s current with all the new techniques, as well as education. I am super particular and she’s super patient. All my friends go to her. But the greatest thing is, that she has now passed her education and techniques to the other ladies in the salon. It’s great space, and owned by women! Make sure you book your appointment in advance because her slots fill up quick!

Simone is the best ! I had my ombré brows done two years ago in 2018 and two years later I’m STILL getting compliments . I just went back for my ombré touch up and it looks so good I could cry ! The location is perfect, parking is abundant and some spots are free . Very professional and exceptionally clean. I will never let anyone else do my brows! Worth every penny. This pandemic had my brows looking ROUGH!! I wasnt comfortable just going to any old shop and remembered Good Brows. The shop is super chic and even pre-covid I appreciated the level of cleanliness they exhibited. I decided it was time to go back and reached out for an appointment. Of course they were booked and going through covid rebookings etc BUT they got me in for my brow wax, and nobody does it better than Simone (I hope I spelled her name right). She got thing 1 &2 ALLLLLL the way together. Im pretty sure I almost fell asleep while she was working lol I look forward to my next appointment. ☺️Oh! They are following the guidelines regarding Covid-19, so dont forget your mask😉

Simone is the BEST. Her artistry is unparalleled - she grew out my lopsided (thanks, bad threading) patchy eyebrows into beautiful strong arches. Simone herself is so lovely and friendly and welcoming. Her shop is beautifully decorated and professional, and I am in love with her brow pencils. I’ve already started my savings fund for her powder brows!

Simone is amazing, not only is she a true artist but she is just a lovely person. She can make even the most uneven and spotty eyebrows look smooth and flawless. I would know. And her new studio is simply beautiful. I would follow her anywhere but hope she stays in her new spot for a very long time.
