Fabulous and fast💖 Yen is a super nail tech!

The service and people here are great. I’m very satisfied with the acrylic manicure and pedicure I got here. The nail technicians here really know their stuff and are more than happy to help. Joe is the technician that did this manicure and provided helpful recommendations based on my requests.

This guy was going so fast that he cut the bottom of my nail it’s started to bleed and I still got charged the same amount and all he said was sorry

My biggest complaint about this place is that the man who did my dip powder filed down the skin around my nails. Now my fingers all have cuts near the tips of my nails and it’s very painful. None of the nail tools looked like they had been sterilized either. Plus he was on his phone during the process. Will never return there.

Its a good place. The people are really nice and the service is good. Its usually packed but I think its worth the wait. The workers will start a conversation with you and keep you company. The prices are kinda high. I got a long coffin shape with 3 different colors and it costed $40. I payed $130 for my cousin, mom, sister and I. Plus I got a eyebrow wax. So the prices ant that high. But the workers at nice and the get you in and out

OMG 😍 love this place! Im a GUY and my nails are bitten down but Viv took my nails and made them look natural and real! I wish I would have included before photos but believe me... My nails looked like something that came out of a horror movie! And then when I first walked in there was this lady, she was like the head woman oh, she looked at my nails real quick and said yes she could help me I wish I would have gotten her name! But overall everybody was so cool and nonchalant about the entire thing I guess I was the only one nervous because Im a guy! Lol! Oh and did I mention I went there 10 minutes till 8! Meaning that they closed at 8 pm! Like I said... GREAT place!

I had a awful experience!!! Major language barrier!!Five different people sat in front of me to work on my nails therefore having explain five different times what I wanted done. 3 customers came in after I sat down and were done and gone before me!!! One of the workers proceeded to argue with me on why I was left sitting there for 30 minutes. I had to request for someone to actually do my nails. My hands were left sitting in the acetone for 30 min. Awful awful.

The owner Anna was very rude and offensive to me on 7-14-2018. This has not been the first time she has been rude and short with me, but i let those times go. I could not find the glitter polish i needed. She asked me to look for it again, so i did. When i returned to my seat, she had another customer in my chair. She asked me to sit and wait until she finished that customer, i only got up to get a color of polish. I have heard that she could be rude and had certain people she caters too, well i experienced it first hand. She was so short and rude with me, and very nice and pleasant to the other customer right in front of me! I have been going to Spa Nails for years, i have encouraged my students, co workers, friends and family to go there as well. That will be my last visit there. To the young man who finished my nails, he knew how angry and upset i was, he tried his best to get me done quickly so i could leave and i appreciated that. I will never go back to Spa Nails, because the owner is so unappreciative of her clients well some of us anyway!!

I got a pedicure, dipping powder on my fingernails, and my eyebrows done. Great experience and i will definitely go back!!!

They do not use any kind of bonder before applying the gel polish. My gel manicure didn’t last one week. They dilute their polish with tons of polish remover.

They were able to start on my mani right away and had a lot of polishes to choose from. I do not care for their massages and felt like the man was punching my arm instead of massaging.

Probably will not be back, took forever to be seen. When I was seen the woman was in a rush and none of my nails are even. I wanted square shape but ended up with a mix of oval and square.

Very poor customer service if they dont know you. Charges announced at check out as opposed to at the beginning of service. I was very disappointed at the treatment Id received here on my visit 3/30/17. I am new to the area but have come in on occasions being that my mom lives in the area. Every time I get the same thing and was never charged differently until today. I expressed and pointed out the people whod done my nails and charged me the base price. I also pulled pics from my nails that theyd done just two weeks prior. As of this visit I will be taking my patronage elsewhere. If just say make sure you tip well and they know you to receive the A1 service that others around me were receiving....

It would have been 5 stars except of how uncomfortable they always make you feel when you first walk in. After 10 minutes of awkwardness it was all good except they try to sell too hard. I said manicure only at least 7 times

If you want to give your $ away this is the place to go. Went for a full pedicure was in the chair just 15 min.Couldnt make them understandhow I wanted them cut. If you want to live and work in America then speak English.Hope to never see that place again

One of the best male techs whom I have come across in a long time.

I’m beginning to think they have regulars and don’t care for anyone else. I have been in here 4 times. Gave them four chances because they are so close to me... and I have had a problem every time I go in. It’s unfortunate because I wanted so bad to like them. The first couple times were pedicures and the last time I got a full set. Pedicure were fine, rushed but not terrible. The issue was mainly the paint after.. I couldve painted them better myself. The full set, I ended up pulling off 4 days later because they were so bad. She rushed me through it. I hated them the moment she finished but wasn’t going to make a scene. I’m thinking with their “Best nails in CenLa” awards they have on the walls they have gotten too cocky and don’t care. I found a new place tho. Pearl Nails in Pineville is where it’s at. They’re AMAZING. Every second of my time there was fun and relaxing and my nails are perfect. Seriously, go there.

Never been there so we were excited. Got very disappointed. We werent informed of any services. We wanted hot towels, stones, etc but were not offered anything but a plain jane pedicure.

This is the place to go if u want your nails done perfectly, they have good pricing and a large variety of colors to choose from.
