This is my salon! I go every 2 months to Jessica for a cut and color and never leave unhappy! Everyone there is very caring and professional! Its always clean and bright! Love their products as well! Services are very affordable❤

They do such a great job know how I like my hair cut!

Went in to get a cut and color the other day, the gal was extremely rough while brushing and cutting my hair, the cut looks good but it didnt feel good. She also said box colors come out right away, but from my experience their colors come out right away, Ive had better experience with Walmart dyes than what they did because their stuff went from blue to green in less than a week and more just keeps coming out. They were friendly but their services could definitely be better.

Needed last minute hair cut and they took us in so quickly, loved the service, great workers, definitely going back again!

Fantastic Sams always has good prices for their services! I got an inch cut off and some layers which turned out fine. Was it the best haircut I have ever gotten? No, but it wasnt the worst. My layers turned out a little choppy. The girl who cut my hair was nice and I felt like she did a good job overall. The salon was very clean which I appreciated especially during this time of COVID. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did not receive a warm welcome when I walked in and I felt like my hair wash was rushed and she didnt talk to me until after I sat down in the chair. For the price, I would come to only get a haircut if I needed a trim; not a dramatic new hair cut. They do great at brow and lip waxing so whenever I need a cheap wax, I come here!

Disgust of work that offer lack of professionalism they do not care about the client only making money, cuts made by bad beginners. if you are a tourist person and want to cut your hair. this place is not for you. look for another option.

I went in to get my hair dyed and trimmed it was me and my mom I had a great hairstylist dont get me wrong she did a good job on my hair but girls please take your time and dont rush the hairstyles otherwise itll look bad I had some hair dye come out of my hair even tho I rinsed it out in cold water and its still coming out but other then that you guys are doing an amazing job

Ive only been here twice as I was a regular at Cost Cutters (bad choice) and they have definitely exceeded my expectations and have done way more for me than Cost Cutters. Very friendly and super helpful stylists that go the extra mile. Officially my new go to.

Friendly Stylists, my last cut here turned out pretty good.

It wasn’t good! The stylist just didn’t seem to want to cut my hair. I was excited to try something new, and she just didn’t seem too energetic. I showed her a picture. I knew it wouldn’t look exactly like it, but my hair resembled no style at all. Just some random cuts here and there. I tried to get her to do some more, but no. Knowing I wasn’t going to win, I paid, and headed to Great Clips and they fixed it and finished it. It looks great and I have no plans of returning. It was on me, I sometimes don’t like waiting at Great Clips, but I know it’s worth the wait now.

A great alternative to Great Clips where they dont have enough stylists. Only had to wait 10 minutes vs 2.5 hours. I travel in MH and this stop great clips was not the best.

Asked for a trim, got blunt heavy ends. Asked her to touch up my bangs, now it looks like a mullet 😡 First time having this lady (coming here for yrs) and it sucked. Im disappointed heavily....

Quick, good, easy, and cheap. Im talking about getting a haircut from fantastic Sams in alexandria mn. I probably went at one of the slower times of the day. 1 p.m. on a Tuesday. So I got seen right away. I thought fantastic Sams included a shampoo into its haircuts but the stylist never mentioned it. The end product was a good one, so Ill most likely go back. Since after tip I still only paid 13.99. You cant even get a haircut at sports clips for that cheap.

I had a lady do my hair and she didnt fully rinse out the dye out of my hair and missed a spot as well. im not going back ever again bc i shouldnt have to worry about if im going to have dye left in my hair or not

Stylist wasnt friendly. Maybe bc all i wanted was a cut. Looked surprised when i tipped her $10. I work for tips so i get it but be nicer. I guess you get what you pay for.

I went from having blonde hairTo now not even 4 days later dark brown light brown and blonde. I am every upset with my hair now it is blotchy with random blonde spots and also light Browns when the color was supposed to be dark brown with a maroon look to it!! The lady was nice but got dry all over my top of my head and all over my ears didn’t clean it off right away so for the next 2 days I had dye marks all over! Will not be going there again I got this hair don’t for a party and now I want to get it redone to actually look good for the party

They do a great job of cutting your hair. Also very friendly and courteous.

Last two times there was a terrible experience. Will never go back again. Staff was good, I think I just got a rookie or they didnt know what they were doing.

Kinda hard to get to and the parking lot is awful. However, I really like my hair cut and my stylist was nice!

Went in today to get a haircut. I asked the girl to just square up my hairline and she took it halfway up my head! Im a hairstylist myself, just in town for a few days...there is no reason you would ever take a neckline up that far, unless the person specifically asks you to do it! Then she says is that ok....well, I guess it has to be now doesnt it? This is by far the worst haircut I have ever had! Lol...when I wrote a review on Facebook, the stylist went back and wrote a rude little post back...very professional...great customer service!

Terrible haircut! Told the stylist it was crooked and she rolled her eyes. She tried to fix it and screwed it up more...just kept cutting my bangs shorter and shorter. I will NEVER go back!
