I came across Poppy after walking out of a nearby nail salon and I am so glad I found them! This boutique is gorgeous, immaculately clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an exceptionally well run boutique and, for those that are looking for an elegant and truly enjoyable experience, Poppy Nail Boutique will not disappoint.I am so excited to have found Poppy Nail Boutique! They offer high quality work in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
An acrylic refill cost $50 minimum which wouldn’t be a problem if it looked good, but I was never asked what shape I wanted, which should have been the same shape I walked in with, but nope.**My set looks super thick and like I just walked out of a nail salon from 1990. Horrible. Not worth the money.**Oh and be prepared to pay extra for cheap foot tools that you’re supposed to keep and bring back every time you get a pedicure. 🤮 Yuck.
I have been going here for about 4 years. I go to Lynn she always takes here time. The salon is always clean and fresh. I love this salon. I never have to wait, I’m always taken on time. Couldn’t ask for a better salon.
This used to be my favorite place for mani/pedis, but in the recent months the quality in service has decreased and the pace is beyond rushed, leading to a sup par job. My latest experience will be my last- After waiting for 25 min past my appointment time, I was told their credit card machine was down and I’d need to pay cash. I don’t know anyone who carries enough cash for a mani pedi…I politely asked why they didn’t say something when I walked in, or post a sign on the door. The response was “it’s been down all day”. What?!Do yourself a favor and google ANYWHERE ELSE for mani/pedis and run, don’t walk!!
They’re always friendly, clean and do a quality job on my nails. Very happy they’re in the neighborhood. Also have been taking Covid precautions, which I appreciate.
Always a wonderful experience and parking is a breeze thanks to the lot next door. My nails last forever!
Sue is an angel! I’ve been super cautious with Covid and haven’t had the opportunity in so long to get my nails done or my eyebrows waxed. I finally got to try Poppy and am very pleased with the service and cleanliness. Sue listened to what I wanted and made suggestions which I love and very much appreciate. The chairs are spaced out and there is plexiglass windows at each station. Highly recommend you try them :)
Is nice place overprice for the service!!. Im from FL. maybe is the difference.
I have been going to this place for about 3 years now. Great service, very clean, they take COVID seriously. Highly recommended!
Love this place. Sue is the best- ask for her. She is very meticulous, especially with cuticle care. She obviously cares very much about her job. The place is very clean, new design. Manicure bar versus individual manicurist stations. Tons of color options and very well arranged and maintained! Yes, a little bit more expensive than a typical salon, but its worth the extra dollars. Update: I’ve been seeing Sue for at least a year now and everything is still great! Thank you!!
Great Place! Stopped in on the way to my hotel for a pedi and gel manicure. Needed to look good for my MCM on Sunday plus I keep my nails short on hands and feet especially feet with running. Took great care of me as a walk in and I swear they gave me extra care on my pedi for my marathon. Bravo! Also love the shop puppy!
Poppy Nails and Spa is always clean with uplifting decor. My technician opens the tools from the sterilizer in front of me. The air is fresh. The massage chair is fully functional. After an hour at Poppy Nails, I leave feeling refreshed, with fingers and toes looking good!
I do not recommend. HIDDEN exorbitant prices! Warning, not making small talk when asking what you do for a living, your answer depends on the quality of their work and customer service. I dont mind paying high prices, in fact I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for but, they refused to listen to what I asked for and I walked out dissatisfied. FYI, it was the owner or manager who did my nails.Amendment: After time to breathe and going back to complain, they refunded for the part they did wrong. Thankful but, I will not go back.
Gel nails dont always last like they should and service can be inconsistent. Sometimes you get a massage with manicures and pedicures, sometimes you dont. But nice place. Nice staff. And no blaring issues. Good nail shop.
It’s so clean, and the ladies were very nice.
Kelly, who i think is the owner, was very rude to my sister. My sister is new to SNS and Kelly snapped at her 4 times for not holding her hand right, taking care of another customer in the middle of her service, turning around and watching TV, and kept trying to upcharge her on everything. When my sister said please dont talk to me that way, she laughed. I couldnt believe it. How extremely unprofessional. At the very least, be kind. Sometimes its not what you say, its how you say it. I hope Kelly gets the message and considers better professionalism going forward!
Each time I have gone the service has been excellent, the equipment is clean, it is well ventilated, and everyone is nice and professional.
Here for the first time today and not the last. It doesnt even smell like a nail salon, which is great being pregnant. I got the classic pedi with $10 extra massage time. She was generous with the additional massage, could have been slightly harder, but very relaxing. Chairs are comfortable and a bonus is you can go to buzz first! :)
Very clean for covid times. They serve 2 customers at a time, and wear protective gear. I had the spa pedi which felt great!
Great place. Very clean. Dislike that I get charged to trim my nails enough when I dont want them trimmed.
50 min spa pedicure lasted 40 min. The foot massage was no existent due to the fact she was preoccupied watching TV. Hot stones that were used were lukewarm so ineffective. Made toe bleed. Is that enough?
Terrible service! Extremely rude! Will never give them my business again!
It’s a great place to get my bi-monthly self care treatments so I keep coming back. I splurge on spa pedicure and SNS (powder) manicure which is pricy but worth it for these reasons:*I never make an appointment but haven’t been made to wait long and they never rush the treatments.*The technicians are always friendly and treat all customers well.*It’s clean and pleasantly decorated.*You can tip on Venmo which I love since I rarely carry cash.*Im always happy with the results of the treatments regardless of the technician
Friendly, welcoming staff provide prompt and skilled service. Good value for money!
Very clean and the staff does a nice and attentive job for spa pedicures.
Nice salon with good technicians. Wide variety of colors.
This salon charges $32 for a pedi, then they add $2 for the nail polish, then they add $7 for working on your callous (both of these are inclusive in all other salons), then the technician rushes thru her work, speaking loudly across the room to her co-workers in a nasal tone, looking everywhere else, rather than the work she is doing on your feet...... terrible experience!
Customer service is excellent & facility is very clean
This salon is not welcoming in addition to poor quality of work. I will never ever return.
Sue is the best!
Fyi: you cant tip on credit cards here.
They don’t use clean utensils, terrible nail shop not worth the money
