I went in for a Mani/Pedi and I wish I had not now. The Mani was just ok and the Pedi turned out to be a painful nightmare. The young lady tore open the skin on my foot. She was buffing my toenails all the while paying more attention to everyone coming in the door. I had to stop her and say your hurting me and look down she cut me above my big toe. I should have just left. The skin above my big toe took the brunt of it, she cut the skin on my next toe and on my other foot. If you cant focus on your actual customer then stop working on them!For this reason I am saying Worst pedicure ever!!!!

My tech does amazing SNS, really fast and professional. Ive had horror stories with nail shops and this place is always worth my time. 5 stars, NO complaints.

My experience at California nails was terrible I mean terrible. Honestly... They were super super rude!! Ill never go back again!! the only thing I liked it was there was nobody in their men one of the woman.so they definitely dont get the business they used to.their stores in the mall when I used to be shopping and pass by there that will be so many people you would have to sit down in the chair and wait and do the next person is done but today it was a ghost town.

Well I have been going to this shop for the last past years, and I must say Im not the easiest person to please. But She is the one that does my nails, I dont have to tell her the color or design I want. She automatic knows just what I want when i sit in her chair. She cares about her customers, and to me that definitely makes a difference.

I love love love Andy and Elena. He is the best nail tech Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting and his work never ever disappoints. Elena is fantastic at pedicures and shes always detailed when giving me the pedicure treatment from beginning to end. If you havent been to California Nails and you want to try for them for the first time you should make an appointment with those two. The nail salon itself is always bright and cheery and a nice inviting space. Always makes me happy to go and spend my money and treat myself.

I just left there they were horrible and my total was 96 dollars they charged my card for 115!00

I went to California Nails for the first time today to get a filler for my acrylic nail. I was greeted quickly and kindly and even though I had an appointment, They were able to take care of me within 10 minutes of arrival! The girls work very well, fulfilling my requirements perfectly like length, shape and thickness, and she even makes a great design based on a photo I gave her. watch it! Good prices, great service, and I LOVE my nails! I will come back!

I went in for my first time and showed the picture of what I wanted. I was not impressed by the result. The polish has many air pockets, and the coverage is bare. The customer service is nice but very poor quality. I’m going again in maybe a month and hopefully it will be a better experience if not, then I won’t return ever.

Just got my nails done here with my daughters, we have been to MULTIPLE nail salons and this was the best one yet! We were walk ins and they took us right away. ( only does gel) she was very sweet. Im a hairstylist so my natural nails were dyed brown and she took the time to get that off, she focused on my cuticles and this is the FIRST place Ive been to that gave me a hand massage with my manicure!! There are few times Im blown away by a nail salon, but this is one of them. Fantastic customer service, all the latest nail options, able to do just about any design exactly how you ask. Ambiance is great, everything is super clean. I recommend this place to everyone as the best in the city!

I found this place a few months ago and havent gone anywhere else since. Its right around the corner from me, which makes it super convenient. Its usually busy, but Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes (even when they quote me longer). Ive had my nails done by 4 different people so far, and Ive liked some better than others, but overall they are very consistent and do a great job (the gel always lasts 2.5-3 weeks for me). You can pay for the service with a credit card, but tip is in cash.

I went in for a pedicure yesterday and selected the $27 package. I had four toes done with acrylic nails. I was charged $52. My feet look worse than before I went in. My skin is pealing and my feet look horrible. You can tell I have acrylic toe nails on my four toes. Absolutely horrible. Im so imberessed of my feet today that I have on close toe shoes. I dont recommend this place at all. Pedicure is 27 but I was charged 52. SMH

At California Nails you will have a unique customer service than any nail salon in USA. They all do a fantastic job. There hospitality is addicting and you always want to go back. Try them you wont regret it.

I just got an amazing gel manicure! Elena was professional and friendly, and the salon is definitely a beautiful space. Ive had manicures and pedicures here before, and its always been pleasant, and its my go-to for my treat-yourself days.

Pedicure was the worst I have ever had. People coming in after me and Im just there sitting and then when they did finally get to me I was rushed through paid extra for extra services and got the same as a regular Pedicure. And the man that did my Pedicure was rude.

Nice people, they were easy to work with. I love my nails and I love my design he redid it twice to make sure it was perfect and it is!! The only reason its not 5 stars is because the prices posted werent what we were charged. It wasnt a big difference but it made a difference in the end. Reedited this post but my nails ended up smugging and ruined within 20minutes of leaving the salon. I went back to get them fixed and he redid them terribly. I went to another nail salon and the laughed at how poor the design was. Nice place if youre not trying to do anything fancy.

Horrible service, horrible nails! that should be your moto! my wife was disappointed immediately after, because within 5 min her nails polish was ruined due to not properly aplying it, not alowing the first layer of polish to dry, 2 hours later it was still wet. the next day her nails broke where i literally cant see how its posible to. one nail is short and filed at an angle, and 2 are crooked. thats all on just one hand. i want my money back! yall rushed her because she didnt want to get a gel polish, its uncalled for, your bad service will catch up to you!

I went for a pedicure and its the worst place ever! Very rude was trying to pick out a color and every 2 seconds the lady would come up to me you sit there Im like ok give me a minute to pick my color and I will. In 5 minutes she said that about 20 times. Then when I did sit down the water she started was cold and she gave a horrible pedicure it looked like my 1 year old painted my toes will never go back. Not to mention my friend got a full set and she had paint all over her fingers and they cut her a few times. They lost out business for sure. I almost walked out because of her being rude in the beginning and I should have!

Wow. If I could give them less than one star I would. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure today and it is the worst! There is polish on my cuticles on my toes and fingers. Im not so worried abbot it on my toes because that will wear off because it is just regular polish. But my nails are gel polish!! And it is completely covering my cuticle all the way!! When it grows out there will be a lip that will catch hair and pull up the polish. I told the lady multiple times that the polish was over my cuticles. She took her little dremel tool thing and sanded one of my fingers trying to fix it and made it bleed. Thats when I said enough! I told her one more time that the polish was completely covering my nails and I didnt like it and she said no, its okay. So I paid and left. I will not be back ever and no one should!!! If this is the way they do nails and business they wont ever get my business again and I hope no one else!!!!

Never again!I have long natural nails and needs a gel polish change while I am in town.The woman used the dremel on my nail splitting 2 nails, breaking one because her hand slipped and completely thinning my nails out - to the point they are so thin they are all going to break.The polish job is terrible - all over my cuticles.I told the woman to not use the dremel and the polish was everywhere. She laughed it off.As I am sitting there looking around the place is so dirty! Never again will I return - I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.Its too bad I cant leave feedback with a single star.
