Fantastic as always!! My daughter has such tiny nails but insisted upon the cats eye gel nail polish. They did such an amazing job considering how tiny her nails are. The picture doesnt really do it justice.

I came here to get a pedicure, I called n hr before they closed with no appointment and they were able to take me which I appreciated. The inside is very clean and very impressive, my pedicure came out nice, Im very happy with it. They clean all their equipment and have it on display. They have a good amount of nice colors to choose from. I would recommend this nail salon. 💅

First time here, very clean and brand new salon I was happy with the fast serivce!!

The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. The technicians listen well to customer needs, are pleasant to talk too and it was a very nice experience. They took my temperature upon entry. The receptionist was smiling and had a gentle professional manner. Some would consider this shop a bit pricey, but the customer service and attention to detail is worth it. I look forward to returning regularly.

Wow, what an amazing experience, I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. The owners are expert nail techs working along side the staff. The place is beautiful, my nails and toes look amazing, and I can’t wait to come back!

My aunt went to get her gels off after having them done before vacation there. Took an hour and a half. Threw around the cotton and foil. Cindy was rude and upset she wasnt getting another set of gel nails..It was painful. She also refused to trim her broken nail.

Ive visited MANY nail/beauty salons before; always looking for the right place with a good customer service, super clean environment and detailed technicians with great skills. This Salon is & has been a perfect find! Its beautiful inside, they are extremely nice, they offer you water, cookies, chocolates and make sure you are always comfortable. My nails always look flawless and the pedicures are great! I like Holly a lot, shes super sweet, listens to exactly what you would like your nails to look like, and my nails look gorgeous every time. I send all my friends here. Period

It is my second time going here. I love coming here even though it is 45 minutes away from where i live. I love the experience, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. Unlike other nail salons, it feels so relaxing, refreshing and inviting inside. I came with my wife and while waiting for her i got my pedicure done. Helen, Mimi, Tony and Holly are great staffs, very friendly with lots of experience in this industry. Their attention to detail is awesome. The salon itself is extremely clean and the people are very friendly. I have had the pleasure of having different nail techs work on my wife’s nails and my pedicure and each time I have not been able to complain about a thing. They take their time even with the constant flow of customers in and out at all times. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to all. I can’t wait to bring my wife back here again. .

This place is a gem...hidden away in the corner. Staff is great and area is sanitized and well maintained. They follow the current covid 19 guidelines and they make sure social distance is kept. First off, great atmosphere. We were greeted pleasantly at the reception area. After going over what we wanted to get, we were seated and were asked if we wanted water or a soda to drink. I want to point out that we didnt have an appointment. It didnt take long until our nail technician came to get us. You can clearly see that they have high quality products. The nail apparatuses that were used were taken from a sanitation device. Our nail technician was a friendly one and she worked on our nails with great detail and attention. The whole time here felt relaxing and enjoyable. We definitely will return.

My first time at the Palace Salon I could not believe the serves and the atmosphere that I experience here at this salon. They were very professional and kind to me when I was there. The salon inside is beautiful; it looks like a really upscale salon that only the rich go to. The fees are very reasonable for my pocket. I am so looking forward to my return.

Been coming here for a few months now and am still impressed at the customer service, the quality of work (I only go to Holly), and the level of cleanliness. Hollys work on acrylic is unmatched: she takes her time and my nails have *never* lifted or chipped or broken. The application is literally perfect. She doesnt leave acrylic or polish on the sides of my nail either. AND she does amazing designs. Ive gotten foil, hand-painted marble, cat-eye with an extra design, and holographic tips. They can be a little pricier than Im used to but the quality makes up for it! Palace is my new go-to salon.

They went above on cleaning and sanitation efforts. Everything seemed new, polish choices top of the line and everyone was really friendly. Loved the end result.

I work nearby and walked in for a pedicure and a gel set. I was greeted upon entry, worked in immediately, receive a luxurious (and not rushed!) pedicure with hot stone massage, followed by a set of gel nails.I miscommunicated my request upon arrival and tbe staff thought I just wanted gel polish. When I clarified that I wanted a full set but would come back later as I was pressers for time, TWO of the women worked together to do a full set AND get me out the door on time. That was unnecessary, the mistake was on me, but they did it no less, with smiles and kindness. That is above and beyond customer service.The entire facility is immaculately clean, the polish color options are extensive, youre offered a variety of refreshments, and the women friendly. Palace may be new to the area but I anticipate they will quickly become a neighborhood favorite! Next visit I plan to try a facial

I LOVE this shop and Im iffy about most nail shops and techs. Ive gone as far as Maryland bc the ones in this area arent that good and are rude. So I take my money where it is welcomed and the people look like me.BUT I discovered this shop during its opening as its close to my home. I must say they dont just do nails-they groom and grow your nails. And most importantly theyre respectful & welcoming.welcoming
