I received a compliment on the color of my nails after a few days after getting my nails done at Donna Nail, when the lady that complimented me had gotten closer to see my nails and she noticed that my gel nails were already chipped after just getting them done. As a result, I went to Donna nail and spoke to Tom and he told me he cant do a redo and that I had to pay to get it redone. He also said it must be the oil in my skin????

Not only does Donna Nail do a-mazing manis and pedis, their foot massage is happy tears-endusing. Also, once youre totally blissed out, you hardly notice the gentle wax yall know your eyebrows need done. Fully endorse and recommend as a long-time satisfied customer!

Can’t attest to acrylics, gel, etc but the spa pedis are great. They take their time and I never feel rushed. Feet are always soft and polish application is great.

I went twice here and my Gel nail polish came off in three days, and she decided to peel it off with out the remover and damage my nail and did the same thing over and it come off twice. Do not waist your money so unprofessional and rude.

The staff is not professional and careless . I had a bad experience for my pedicure, you don’t get the same service as their regular customers.

Not a good experience. Was yelled at to pay in the middle of my service and treated badly. My mother and wife were also shocked and disappointed. My family will not support this business again.

I am 11 and it was my first time getting acrylics they did such a good job my nail were able to last for 18 days which was good for my first time I think this place was good I was not to much and I loved my nails there were so creative and beautiful I recommend you come here to get you fired acrylics.

Customer for 6 years. I have been going here and have had Kim as my nail tech for 6 years. Shes very gentle and creative. Any design you want and she can recreate it.

Rude and unprofessional. The Nail Tech sparingly added polish to my nails so it streaked. Then expected me to go home with it streaking! When I asked her to add more coats (gel polish) it still looked horrible!. Then she slammed the drawer when I asked her to take it all off. I told her it was too much money to pay to not be right. The second color choice horrible and she left a mark in it so it cracked 2 days later...this is GEL POLISH🤔it doesnt crack for 2 weeks! I just came back for her to fix it. And they made me wait 20 mins while others skipped me in line. Dont come here!
